I personally didn't like this place. The only good thing about this place was the customer service. ( that's why they got a three star for their customer service ) I order a mocha latte, it was very water down. My be got a mint drink I can't remember the drink. The food was great. The service was slow and our orders were slightly wrong. Customers are going to want to omit or substitute ingredients. It's something every successful cafe or restaurant will do To accommodate and please their customers. I will give this place another try. Hopefully the service gets better. It's great to finally find such an awesome, fresh, friendly spot. After coming here a few times all I have to say is everything I tried on their menu was delicious, no complaints. A healthy choice to breakfast and lunch. Located right next to a busy gym, this place had an amazing menu and food. Their fresh brewed coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juice were delicious. My wife and daughter shared a Strawberry Nutella and ice cream waffle. I went with the gluten free crepe with hamd, swiss, green peppers and red onions with a fried egg white on top. Both meals were quick, tasted great and we're presented well. Chef was very nice as we're his waitresses. My wife and I will be re returning in weekends to check out more of the menu! read more

Never in all my years have I encountered such horrible customer service from a business. Today I ordered two bowls from 3rd Wave Café. When the bowls arrived one was inedible as the half of the contents were stuck to the top of the container and both bowls contained no flavor and the color of the fruit did not look right. I immediately called 3rd Wave thinking like any business they would be more than happy to fix the errors and stand by their product but instead, I was met with the nastiest most vile woman that called herself the manager. Instead of trying to make it right she was insistent nothing was wrong with the food. I tried to explain we were loyal customers that order all the time and it just seemed to be an off day. I was told no I was wrong. I asked perhaps if we could be refunded or when we ordered another time the food could be comped. I was told the owner Tony would have to come back and pick up the partially eaten food, Ewww, so they could inspect it themselves, even more, gross that a restaurant would want eaten food back to inspect and test themselves. Needless to say, the women got nasty with me and denied us a refund or any help and wouldn't allow me to speak with the owner. Beware to all and stay far far away from 3rd Wave, after someone wants already eaten food back I can only imagine what they send out to their customers. read more

I've been here enough times to finely give a review. I enjoy coming here because not only is the food delicious but the customer service is awesome as well. They recently added new things to the menu. The other day I had the chicken kabobs that came with lemon potatoes and tzsiki (bad spelling) sauce. It was so good. The potatoes were my favorite. Today for breakfast I had the Kings court omelet which is 2 egg whites, asparagus, spinach, Muenster cheese, and low sodium turkey. If comes with a fruit cup and some bread. It was so good and enjoyable. It was a nice thing to have after my workout, too. If you want healthy, fresh, delicious, and a nice variety of food I suggest coming here. read more

I always noticed this new restaurant when I got off the bus after work. Today my wife checked Yelp and this was the first picture the popped up and the crepes looked amazing. Well with that being said we decided to go in. We were welcomed right away by the nice counter girl. She explained the menu to us in detail. I ordered a egg white crepe with feta cheese, olives, cucumbers and also a cup of strawberries on the side. I was extremely pleased with the food. The owner also came over to our table and spoke to us which I found to be very personable, some restaurants you would not even see the owner. Living in a town where the options are only chineese, pizza. I am very happy to see a restaurant that offers more than just the standard fast food. The menu is filled with healthy food, tea, coffee.
