When he gave me recommendations on what I would need and where to acquire everything. Then he stayed in communication with us throughout the process and arrived when he said he would. When he completed the job he and his associate removed the liner and other remnants of the job and recommended things to extend the life of our pool/liner. Without a doubt, I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants someone reliable to work on their above-ground pool. But apparently, above-ground pools are only part of his expertise.
