I had to call the corporate office myself to schedule an appointment because she was too lazy to do it herself. She told me it would be the two months before they could install our new salt cell After it took two months to receive. I called the corporate office and they had me on Schedule within three days. The local store has Worst customer service ever. I wish they had the other people that used to run the store because those people were top notch! I will drive all the way to Maryland Heights to another pool store just to avoid this disaster of a place. I've never experienced more rudeness in my life. Good luck. I would do a complete makeover in the store if you want to continue to get people to come there. And I'm not the only one that feels this way. I didn't know all of my other friends that have pools will not step in the store with this awful new management.

I feel in the long run, all it did was stop me from returning it for a full refund. Thus, when it left the warehouse, it was non refundable or a returnable. He picked it up from her warehouse and dropped it in my backyard and left it there for 5 weeks. Every time I called up there about that guy I was told he's great, and he'll get to you,, from several different people. I would hope that they would not refer this gentleman to anyone else. I purchased my pool in march, it is now july tenth and I have found someone else to install it.

Then charge a high price for horrible work. Since it changed hands I thought I would try them again. I scheduled a pool opening They did not tell me you had to pay in full the bill. Before your pool was even open. Most Pool Companies take your card and do not charge it until the day they do it after the pool is opened. When I got the bill in the mail I left a message to have someone call me. On Monday a woman called back and was rude about me asking questions. This company does not even clean your pool when they open it. You have to fill the pool they take the cover off. Throw in chemicals. Turn on the filter and leave. That is sloppy work. I got a guy who cleans it with his big cleaner too. If it is as bad as it was when Bill had it be ware.
