Could not recommend this place less. My family has tried to be a customer for years, since we…read morebought our first house with a pool, and have never had an experience describable as 'great', sometimes it was alright, got the job done, but we could never rely on them to do a consistent job or even to show up. This year, we paid over $600 for an opening that was never complete. They, as is seemingly habit for them, never showed up to rectify this after we called and they said they would send someone out. We've also been trying for years to get on their weekly cleaning service list and have been repeatedly told to tell them 'At the beginning of the season' as that's when they're figuring out how much staff/resources to acquire, we also got on a wait list, which I suppose makes sense until they finally say you're in and people still never show up consistently. We've also had problems with rude staff in store in the past. Yes, we should've given up on this place a long time ago, we're just busy and this place is close to us so it was convenient-- at first, obviously. After the shit show of this year, it's June and we haven't been able to swim once yet bc the pool is in a state of neglect from this one sided relationship with Four Seasons, we've finally put the thought required into finding a new company, St. Charles Pool and Spa, and they have been fantastic. Friendly staff that actually show up and in the time frame they say they will. Almost like they recognize that they're being paid to be here and do the job! I highly recommend going right to them and not wasting your time here. They've already been out to asses the situation, are doing a sort of 'second opening' for us to fix the bad job done the first time, and got us cemented in their weekly cleaning schedule. Finally!

We waited around when we were told they would be there at 4pm and they never showed up. We got a text 3 hours after the time we were told apologizing that they weren't able to get there but that they would try to be there the next morning depending on weather. We heard nothing from them for the next 3 days. I finally reached out again to double check if they would be coming the following week. And I got a response apologizing again for the delay but that we would be the priority the next morning. Now we are 5 days after that and I've been blocked on Facebook and my texts have been left completely on read. This is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. The lack of communication alone is horrible, but the complete ghosting of a customer is so unprofessional.

Absolutely no response again. It's as if pool repair businesses aren't concerned about revenue, and can ignore the concept of gaining more of it, at least from me. It's looking more and more like a DIY but I'm highly disappointed in the work ethic of the pool repair business community in Saint Charles Missouri, thus far. Zero stars for lack of effort and communication. If you are too busy, say that. The one star was obligatory. Edit: Instead of an apology or trying to rectify the situation, Dave at Odyssey Pool decided to leave a disparaging comment. The review is for those customers looking for work to be done, and if a business can't be bothered to treat their potential customers like they matter, then the public should be made aware. Do better.

My vinyl liner was floating due at opening due to a leak that was caused by the previous pool service. I contacted a number of pool companies, but they did not seem interested or were unfamiliar with liner pools. One even took my expensive cover and then quit business! Mark found the leaks, repaired them and reset the liner. They are quite busy, so do not expect them to book you immediately if you are a new customer. I will report back once they have closed the pool. Their prices are competitive but I sure hope I do not have to reset the liner next year. Overall the process didn't allow us to use the pool until late June. My advice, open your pool as early as possible so you can avoid issues and delays.

I know that every year I can count on them to open it and I can count on them to close it, the little in between issues we have with our pool, Mark takes care of when I call him. I do my own weekly maintenance but I know if I get in a jam, I can just call Mark and he gives me suggestions or comes and takes care of it for me. I have watched people in my neighborhood go through pool service after pool service, we cant expect our pools to be perfect, its not always the pool company's fault, there are weather factors and equipment issues that can be blamed, these guys aren't miracle workers, but they will try to fix whatever issues go wrong. I like the fact that this company 'knows' my pool, knows the history of it and I can count on them when I need something.
