They explained everything we'd need ready on our end to be up to code for delivery and set-up - which can be tricky depending on location - but they were nothing but accommodating. I had them replace my vinyl liner in the pool 2 years ago. There were wrinkles in the liner after…read moreinstallation. The liner slipped out during the winter when the cover was on. Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

We ordered an 18 foot swim spa in chocolate which they said might take longer as it wasn't as commonly ordered but we actually received it earlier than expected. Brian's team is exceptional, helping us with a myriad of technical questions. We bought this particular swim spa for physical therapy and water quality control. The water at public gyms pools and spas cause severe skin irritation for family members - the Master Spa circulation system along with chemicals used for this unit WORKS FOR US! It's such a blessing to have ability to swim again, especially since the buoyancy afforded by water is the ONLY physical therapy available to my husband. I chose Master Spa for the quality reputation and so far I am not disappointed after a summer of use. I chose Spas & More for their service support - they have exceeded my expectations! After being told to 'just shock it everyday until it's clear' and spending HUNDREDS of dollars on chemicals that weren't fixing it, I went elsewhere and seemed advice and our pool was cleared in a day. Every single person in there will give you a different answer on 'what to do' or 'how to do it' or what you need. For experienced pool owners this is a great local family owned place and the people are very nice. But for new pool owners I suggest going elsewhere first.

We told one of the sales associates that we were just looking (because who wants someone hovering while you are shopping) and he stayed away. However, he kept an eye out on us in a good way because adverb we had a question, he quickly made himself available. Then he would give us our space again. That was amazing! It's good to read your potential buyers and not hover. The prices were decent with nice quality furniture. He gave us really good information and when we are ready to purchase, we will surely return here and connect with the same associate. Side note, they have a cute coffee and candy area.

The salesman that helped us the first day was great. He kept his distance, but was around to answer questions if we needed. He wasn't pushy or hovering. We we asked for him to help us, and we came back,bust he wasn't there yet. A manager came to speak with us about it. She was absolutely lovely and genuinely kind. They also have a complementary café area. With coffee , candy and ice cream. My kids were very excited about that. The only negative thing I have to say is that they said the furniture won't be here for two months That time to get rid of our old furniture and get the room ready. So it's really not that negative for us, but maybe for someone that needed in Furniture ASAP. We went during the memorial day sales, and I do believe we got a great deal.
