Quaint spot off of the street. We were seated quickly and menus were placed. We ordered Chicken fried rice, veggie egg rolls and Kaikua noodles. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and just cooked. Really good food folks, come on in here and enjoy it. Helpful and friendly staff and decently clean restaurant.

Easily our favorite Thai restaurant nearby. Thai Towne eatery has a homey feel, with authentic Thai food. Our favorite is their pad thai. We tried their shrimp roll appetizer and sticky rice on our last visit. Both were SO good! Every dish here is delicious! And very friendly service each time we visit. It is a small restaurant located inside Orange Circle, but leaves a huge satisfactory mark on your heart

Hidden gem. The food is delicious with friendly service. If you like the small restaurant with chill ambiance this is a must try.

Very cute and homey restaurant that we stumbled upon. Food was yummy. Service is friendly.

Nice local Thai restaurant with a varied menu, delicious food and excellent service! We went for lunch, starting with a small Tom Kha soup which was plenty for two. A refreshing mini spinach salad was a pleasant inclusion on the lunch specials. Green Curry with chicken and Pad Thai with chicken well prepared and enjoyable, as well as the hot tea and the Thai iced coffee. Seating is pleasant and comfortable, and when the weather is better after seating available as well. Looking forwardto my next visit.

Came here for dinner. The place is clean and the staff is nice and accommodating. We ordered the massaman curry with beef, pad thai, and mango sticky rice to go. They seemed busy so it took a long time for each item to come out. Massaman Curry with Beef- The sauce is delicious! So much flavor and you get a lot of carrots, potatoes, and peanuts. The beef could have cooked longer though, it wasn't very tender. Pad Thai- Noodles are nice and chewy. The vegetables have a lovely crunch to them. It could have used a bit more of the ground peanuts though, and the sauce was a little too sour for my liking. Mango Sticky Rice- We ordered it to go and it traveled really well! The coconut sauce has a nice flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. Mangoes are ripe and juicy. Experience was okay overall but improvements could be made.

This is hidden gem tucked away in the orange circle. This is a very quaint restaurant a few tables and booths; clean and inviting! Our server was a really sweet lady, too bad I failed to get her name. We order House chicken fried rice, Kai Kua beef with flat noodles, and eggs rolls. The food was fresh and light. Prices were pretty standard for this type of meal, about 18 dollars per entree l, but it's shareable. The dishes came out at different times, but that didn't bother us. We plan to return to try out the other dishes.

The food is good, I really love the pad Thai. Green curry is good too. I would recommend coming here for food.

This is a hidden gem! Strongly recommend for authentic Thai food that's freshly made. There's a bit of wait for your food to come out but that's reasonable for the delicious food! I wa surprised but how good the steak salad was.

Although the waiter mentioned that there would be some spiciness to both beef dishes, I didn't find them spicy at all. Nevertheless, no complaints regarding the spiciness as the dishes tasted good. The pad thai was seasoned with just the right balance of sweetness and degree of tamarind flavor. The mango with coconut sticky rice and the coconut ice cream with fried bananas were also very tasty. I wish the portion sizes were bigger to the desserts. The staff members were very diligent in serving our table. We arrived around 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. We were able to be seated with just one more table available. I intended to get a dish and not ask for any modifications so that the kitchen would not have a chance to mess up the order. I chose the red curry with chicken lunch special. This was so much more tasty and satisfying compared to my last dish about a year ago. Even the side salad was tasty and more fresh than the last time. This includes a creamy tangy dressing, which is pretty good. It's a small amount but just right for lunch. The salad consisted of hearts of romaine lettuce with a slice of tomato and a sliver of cantaloupe and sliver of sliced avocado. It also came with a small egg roll with a touch of sweet chili sauce. After that, a bowl of cabbage soup was brought out. Fortunately, the cabbage was not over-boiled this time. My coworkers were satisfied with their green chicken curry dish and pad Thai noodles with chicken.

Pork spicy basil 2/5: this had a shockingly, tiny portion of protein and was 3/4 veggies, of which some were big slices of onion. Flavor was just OK, spice level was good. For $15 this was a definite letdown. Chicken panang 4/5: this one is solid. Flavor and spice are good, not a generous amount of protein, but was as expected for the price of the dish. Bbq ribs 3/5: very tender, tastes more like American bbq. Again a bit stingy on the protein with just 4 medium sized ribs and a tiny pinky sized rib (so I guess 1/4 rib?) for $18. Free cream cheese wontons with $50+ order 5/5: Nothing special, just cream cheese, but I always appreciate when a business gives perks like this.

So of course, I gave it a try since I love a good deal and I love Thai food. I got the pad see ew with chicken and yellow curry with chicken. Both lunch specials. I did take out so I can't really speak to the ambiance. However, the restaurant isn't too big and it's nothing noteworthy. When placing the online order, they take your payment online so all I had to do was walk in and pick up at the cashier area. When I brought it home, I dug into the food. At first, it didn't look like there was a lot of food, but once I started eating, I noticed that it was actually a fair portion for the pad see ew. The yellow curry was also nice because you were able to select the level of spice. I selected medium and it had a nice heat to it all in all. It was really good. I appreciate that the food wasn't overly salty but had good flavors. The lunch specials also came with some fried wonton looking items which was really tasty as well. I would definitely check it out if you're in the area, even though the appearance on the outside, doesn't look anything special and the location is somewhat questionable. Don't let that deter you from coming in though!

We've eaten at Luck Gai Cafe many times and have always enjoyed both the food and service, which is…read morewhy this experience was particularly disappointing. We visited on Father's Day around 12:20 PM. Since part of our group was still a few minutes away, we waited outside rather than going in because we assumed the entire party needed to be present before being seated. While we were waiting, a large group of around 20 people arrived and sat in the outdoor patio area, which was completely fine and didn't seem to affect the indoor seating. Once the rest of our party was close, I went inside to check in with the host. At the same time, another group of about 10 people entered and seated themselves. Seeing this, I assumed seating was being handled informally and found an empty table for my family. The host immediately told me we could not sit there and asked us to get up because the tables were being held for future reservations or call-in parties. Meanwhile, other groups appeared to be seating themselves without being stopped. In that moment, it honestly felt like our party was the easiest one to turn away. I was then told we wouldn't be able to eat and that the wait would be over an hour. I asked if there was some type of waitlist or system being used, and was told there wasn't. What bothered me most wasn't the wait itself. It was Father's Day, and I completely understand that restaurants get unexpectedly busy. What was frustrating was the lack of communication. Even if the host had a plan for how she wanted to handle the sudden rush of people, I wish that had been communicated. A simple explanation and a little empathy would have gone a long way. Something as simple as, "I'm so sorry, we just had a huge wave of guests come in and unfortunately we're at capacity right now," would have helped us understand what was happening. Instead, it felt like we were simply being told no without any real explanation or options. We've always enjoyed coming here, and that's why this experience stood out. Great food is what brings people in the first time, but great customer service is often what keeps them coming back. I wanted to share this feedback because I genuinely think clearer communication during busy periods would create a much better experience for guests. We'll still be back because we've had many positive experiences here before. I just hope this feedback can be taken as an opportunity for improvement.

We were seated right away. The space is narrow and only has several tables for dine-in. I think that there are probably more people who order for pickup because a lot came in to grab their food during our entire visit. It seems they have a good amount of regulars too. Almost like the Cheers bar in MA where everybody knows your name. Kinda nice actually. What we ordered: 1) pad see ew with crispy pork - 5/5. The kids loved this so much we needed up having to order two. 2) garlic salmon - 4/5. Served over a bed of veggies. This one was à la cart so we had to order a side of rice. It's enough for one person. This was covered with garlicky goodness. My son was wanting more. 3) Panang curry - 5/5. Not pictured here. One of our guests started to devour that dish before I could even take a photo. Sadly, they weren't familiar with me wanting to take a picture. The kids were like "oh no. We don't touch our food before the little photoshoot" LOL. Overall, we really enjoyed our food. I'm not in the area frequently, but if I was around and wanted Thai, I would definitely come back for more. Service was great and staff were attentive and friendly. What more could you ask for?
