We proclaim this the best Thai restaurant in the area! Finally! 5 years of searching and we think we found the best Thai spot. It beats Manaao as well! We stopped by for lunch and ordered a pad see ew, a green Thai curry lunch special and a crab lump fried rice. My daughter always orders pad see ew, that's the one dish she gets every single time. The presentation was beautiful. At first bite she dropped her fork and said "omg, mommy this is so good. It's the best!" My green curry was flavorful. I ordered it with pork. I thought they could've given a little more white rice but it does come with two egg rolls and a salad. All for $13.50! The crab fried was perfectly seasoned with a hint of sweetness. The rice wasn't mushy or anything. Just perfectly done. I thought the quality of the crab could be better, it was shredded in texture and tasted watered down. Maybe next time I'll just settle for the claw which is a little cheaper. All in one, it was a very good meal. We all enjoyed it very much! read more

I attended a recent event here and loved my food, so I decided to bring some people from my family to give them a try. Just like my prior visit, service was very friendly. We were seated right away. The space is narrow and only has several tables for dine-in. I think that there are probably more people who order for pickup because a lot came in to grab their food during our entire visit. It seems they have a good amount of regulars too. Almost like the Cheers bar in MA where everybody knows your name. Kinda nice actually. What we ordered: 1) pad see ew with crispy pork - 5/5. The kids loved this so much we needed up having to order two. 2) garlic salmon - 4/5. Served over a bed of veggies. This one was à la cart so we had to order a side of rice. It's enough for one person. This was covered with garlicky goodness. My son was wanting more. 3) Panang curry - 5/5. Not pictured here. One of our guests started to devour that dish before I could even take a photo. Sadly, they weren't familiar with me wanting to take a picture. The kids were like "oh no. We don't touch our food before the little photoshoot" LOL. Overall, we really enjoyed our food. came around 4 PM on a weekday and was seated right away with no wait. The restaurant has such a cozy, homey feel and the decor is super cute. It honestly feels very family owned and welcoming. There was an adorable grandma serving the food, which made the whole experience even more charming. We started with the chicken satay. The chicken itself was slightly on the drier side, but the peanut sauce totally made up for it. For mains, we ordered the pad see ew with beef. The noodle texture was excellent: soft with just the right amount of chew, and the seasoning was well balanced. I liked that they used Chinese broccoli, which gave it a nice slight bitterness to contrast the savory sauce. The egg was placed more in the center instead of being fully mixed throughout, which was a little different but still tasted great. We also tried the Bangkok drink and Thai tea. The BBQ chicken was good too; it had a tangy flavor and the sauces it came with are a nice addition. The service was fine. However, I'd avoid ordering on their website since their software was a little weird -- our order didn't process on the website, so we had to call and they had to manually accept it (they were confused about it too). As we were about to pick up the food, they called us to say they didn't have mangos for the Mango Sticky Rice we originally ordered, so they cancelled it and refunded us for that item with cash when we arrived. My review is long overdue. I came to place a takeout order a while back one late afternoon. I think it's ran by a couple and they were super sweet. The lady took my order and then I paid and waited at the restaurant. I really like how they decorated the place. If I dine in, I would love to sit at one of the two tables right next to the glass wall, so you can look outside. It has an outdoor indoor courtyard feel. Service and atmosphere were left lukewarm, just like my water. Coconut Shrimp ($10.50) - Avoid at all costs. The star for specialty means nothing. As soon as the appetizer was placed, I thought, "Wow, generous serving." Only to be left underwhelmed. All you taste is coconut, the small side of sweet and sour sauce for dipping does nothing to accompany the screaming coconut flakes. Shrimp, where? All batter. Not to mention the color of the fry on this. Pad See Ew ($13.95) - With chicken. Delicious. Really good, tasted like every other pad See ew I've ever had which is great. We went Sunday around 3 PM. We were a family of 10. We ordered 3 noodle dishes, 2 rice, 2 Curries dishes, a large soup, some apps, desserts and everything was good! My issue was with the soft drinks. We ordered 3 drinks and what I don't seem to understand is they charged us for a can of soda at $2.5/ each. Pricing is not the issue but they charged us for the entire can but instead of just giving us the can they poured half the can in glass and then put the remainder can back in the fridge. Upon asking why we didn't receive the full can they said if you want a refill we don't charge you and just put the remainder of your can back into your glass. Had I not asked they would have shorted me half the can of soda. Why wouldn't you just give us our can of soda and let us finish it on our own pace. Had we not asked we would have just received the half can! Once I asked, I even said why don't you just give us our can of soda, the lady said no we only give you the remaining soda if you ask for a refill! I don't think that's a good practice and a bit misleading if you ask me. Food and space were good but this soda thing was a concern for me!
