Chicken drunken noodles and green curry with chicken
Munsa M.

Me and my bf came here to grab a quick bite and the food was excellent! We got the chicken drunken noodles and the green curry with chicken with a 3/5 spice level for both. The food seemed freshly made since it came out piping hot and the service was relatively fast considering that. Everything was really well seasoned and nice and spicy!! We were definitely full after each getting an entree. We will definitely be back!!

Picture might not do it justice... but I NEED y'all to know- this truly might be some of the best Thai I've ever had. The Green Curry was one of the most delicious curries, with a spice level that rises at first and then plateaus, complimenting the meal perfectly. It also stays piping hot so it's great to eat there or to-go! $12 for a really good serving, I ended up having leftovers and ate twice! Seriously, cannot recommend this place enough.

There were no prices on the menu, which is really exciting because I love surprises. The surprise was that the price is similar to what you'd get at a sit-down restaurant, and the quality was definitely not comparable. The parking lot was extremely small and tight, and there were only two tables next to the food truck. I had the drunken noodles and they were not good. They were somehow spicy but without any flavour.

Parking & Service: Arrival was stress-free thanks to the massive parking lot in the strip mall. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. The Spice Factor: Interestingly, they offer two spice tiers: 1-10 and 10-15. We usually prefer a heavy heat, but found that levels 8 and 9 were still relatively mild. If you're a true spice lover, you might want to venture into the double digits! The Food: Portions are very generous and perfect for family-style dining. Everything was flavorful, though my one small note for the kitchen is that some dishes leaned a bit heavy on the salt. Overall, a great spot with big flavors.

The service has always been great--servers are attentive, friendly, and quick to clear plates, which we've always appreciated. It's part of why we kept coming back. We usually order the fried pompano, and it's always been a favorite. But the last couple of times, the fish has been noticeably smaller--like almost half the size it used to be. That was already a letdown. What really did it for us, though, was finding a plastic to-go cup lid inside one of our drink glasses. It was buried in there, and completely threw us off. At that point, we were just done. It's a bummer because we've liked this place for a long time, but between the smaller portions and that experience, we won't be coming back.

The menu is pretty extensive too, so it was easy for everyone to find something they were excited about. I had the Tum Tad salad, which was super fresh and flavorful with a nice balance of tangy and savory. For dessert, the mango sticky rice was a standout. It was made with a black rice that actually looked kind of blue, which made it really visually fun. Not totally sure if there was some ube mixed in or just the natural color, but either way it was delicious and a little different from the usual version.

If it wasn't for the fantastic gentlemen at the front door i would have left. He kept on the waitresses to take my order. But then after order i did not receive my food for long time. I watched others walk in behind me and get food before me. Should never happen. The garden roll and sauces were great. Fresh. The pad see ewe was flavorless. Maybe least flavored pad see that I've ever had. I had to ask for salt and chili oil to give some flavor but even that didn't work out. I used my leftover peanut sauce from the garden rolls and finally, FLAVOR! Portions are small, I'm leaving still hungry.

It's perfectly poached, incredibly tender, and paired with fragrant rice that's rich without being greasy. It also comes with a decadent bowl of soup. I usually start with the chicken skin appetizer, which iss dangerously addictive. It's crispy, light, and comes with dipping sauce. The combo plate is the way to go if you want to try the poached and fried chicken. You get a variety of textures and flavors, both juicy and crunchy. Both sauces are great to dip in and the chicken goes great with the rice. If you can handle spice, the boat noodles are a great option too. The broth is complex and spicy, with tender noodles and well-seasoned meat. The spiciness is definitely a build up, but the broth is so good you can't stop drinking it. Overall, P Thai's is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Plenty of seating inside with some outside, nice staff that explain everything, and a great spot to share food. Their thai tea is great too so don't skip out on that. Definitely have been here multiple times and will keep coming back.

They moved into their own building, which is nice, with more tables and a bigger kitchen, which is helpful with the amount of people coming here now. The food is still amazing from their earlier days. I got the KMG Tod again with a Thai tea. The chicken was crispy and juicy still. I wish the rice had a bit more flavor, though. I do want to note there are two parking spots, one on the left and one to the right of the building. The one to the left of the building can be a bit confusing as I notice people just park randomly sometimes there, and they can take up multiple spots.

Absolutely packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I'll be coming back just for that curry! The atmosphere inside is a bit on the plain side, but the colorful glasses and fun plates add a nice touch and keep things lively. The food more than makes up for any lack of ambiance. The khao soi was pretty mid and it didn't have the nice fried crunch i was expecting out of a chiang mai khao soi. The rip and dip roti was amazing and it went so well with its own sauce as wella s the dang curry. When we were leaving, there was already a line outside, so i recommend either coming early or during non-peak times. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall damage done was around $140 for everything.
