We walked in on a rainy evening looking for some soup and Thai fresh and spicy goodness. Yelp warned me about the area and general conditions to expect so I was prepared. We didn't go for ambiance, just good food for a stormy night. The largest table held a few kids with their babysitter iPads and a tv tuned to disney movie. The other TV was for grandpa to watch the game while eating what looked like Popeyes chicken. I'm not judging. This is obviously a family business and you feel like you have walked into a family's living room. Don't mind us, I thought, we heard the food was good. The large tom kah was more than enough for the three of us. Watch out for the shrimp tails but super good. I ordered the whole fried fish. Wow! It was spicy and good but I should have ordered the filet so I didn't look like a greedy American. Pad Thai was generous and the spicy beef must have been good because I didn't get a taste before my husband made that disappear. The waitress was sweet and helpful and the food was as great. We had lunch here yesterday and it was delicious, fresh Thai food. It wasn't busy fortunately since one single employee was the hostess/server/busser and food runner. The Thai tea is quite good. It has milk in ice tea so I was very skeptical but it works. We tried the Tom Kha Soup and Bangkok Connection from the entree portion of the menu. My dining companions were offered a spice level of 1 -4 and because they both are a little bit nuts they both chose 4. And they liked it. I ordered from the appetizer section since it was my first meal of the day. I ordered the dumplings. It's a serving of 4 and they were really good. No spice level is offered on the dumplings. They are small, mildly seasoned and tasty. I would definitely order them again. We also tried the spring rolls. They are served with 2 sauce cups. Food: 9/10 One of the best Thai restaurants in the metroplex and I've been to a TON of them. Probably number one in value, prices are very reasonable. They have some appetizers like egg rolls and fried tofu that are only $2.95 and are really really good. Egg rolls are home-made in the back and some of the best I ever had. Unfortunately they ran out of them yesterday. They did have the Pad Kee Mow though and that was one of the best I ever had as well. Extremely good flavors and decent size portion. My girlfriend always orders the fried fish in red curry sauce which is also really good. I've had the yellow curry as well before with tofu and veggies, also great. A nice mix of fresh veggies in flavorful curry sauce, really good. Service: 9/10 There's only one guy that does the entire restaurant so keep that in mind. He is really nice and professional though, and he stays on top of everything. Really takes good care of you. We'll bring a bottle of wine or champagne sometimes and they have an ice bucket ready and wine glasses etc. The neighborhood and the restaurant itself is not all that great, but keep in mind that this keep the prices down on the menu. It's not in an appealing area and neither does the restaurant look fancy but this doesn't stop me from going there. It's more a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. Visited here on a whim after reading the Yelp reviews - totally, absolutely worth the trip into Euless!!! Definitely a local hole-in-the-wall, well off the beaten path!!! Not fancy, dated decor... Service was friendly but very awkward with server hovering over the table as we tired to decide on what to order none the less he was friendly and personable. Don't let the location fool you! The food was really good! I was a bit unsure of why I received rice with my noodle dish and not a full plate of the dish like my husband received, but oh well. I ordered the chicken pad woon sen and my husband ordered the beef pad see ew, but he received chicken in it on accident. Both were very flavorful and had a good amount of sauce mixed in to the noodles. We ordered a spice level of 4 (highest they go) and it was good! We like spicy food, so it wasn't too much for us. BUT we're sure glad we tried it out! Hidden gem right in our backyard. Service was friendly and quick. We tried the beef pad kee mao and pork pad thai, both spice level 2. Loooooved the pad kee mao. I am particular about my beef and this one was pretty good. The pad thai wasn't my favorite - a little too saucy and sweet for my taste. But everything was freshly made and piping hot. We both like spicy and level 2 spice was a comfortable spicy level for us without leaving us sweating and with runny noses. my constant visits to hole-in-the-wall type establishment is always a crapshoot. Luckily for me, I love craps so it usually ends up paying out. My visits to Thai Noodle have been nothing short of great. Two visits, and zero customers dining at the same time as me later, and I am still extremely satisfied. The Pad Thai was excellent (a little over sauced for some people) but great for me, the spice was on point and really enjoyed that. The Tom Kha had great depth of flavor and was heartier than most that I have experienced. The Yellow Curry was the highlight of all dishes tried. I've tried recreating this at home and I still can't hit what they do to get it to be so addicting and rich. The spicy-ness scale is pretty accurate and 2- medium 3-hot 4-fire. The outside exterior can be off-putting and very shady at night. As for the interior, it's alright and seems decently clean. The food has the feel that someone's grandma is running the kitchen back there. My new go-to spot for Thai food. read more

So, I've already been back for lunch and took the Hubs with me this time. It's not often I hit up the same place twice in one week, but this place is good! And so I'm upping my rating to a '5' (it would really be a 4.5, but since I can't do that...). We shared an order of the Fresh Shrimp Rolls, Glass Noodle Salad, and Vegetable Delight with Tofu. Oh, and a gi-normous bowl of steamed rice. The shrimp rolls were delicious and fresh and wrapped tight (not like some that fall apart when you pick them up. I think he made them right after we ordered them. The sauce that accompanied them was very tasty, as well. We ordered the glass noodle salad the medium heat level. It was a little milder than I like, but still had a decent kick to it. And it was also very fresh tasting and delicious. The most pleasant surprise for me was the vegetable dish with the tofu. It actually had a lot of vegetables. I mean a lot. This wouldn't be so earth-shattering except for the fact that at quite a few other places where I've ordered a vegetable dish there wouldn't be much vegetable. It would be just too small a portion to satisfy my craving for vegetables. Anyway, Thai Noodle gave us VEGETABLES. It was a nice big serving of broccoli, carrots, cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, and sprouts in a brown sauce. And TOFU. Lots of tofu fried the way I like it (not greasy). The brown sauce didn't grab my taste buds (I prefer the sour-salty-spicy-sweet sauces, but I guess you can't have that on everything), but for me a little went a long way and it was fine in this dish. Oh, and this feast for the two of us was less than $20! Again, the TVs were on - 2 sports channels. After spending a year in Thailand during my USAF days, I grew to love Thai food. Unfortunately, much of the Thai food in this country has been modified to match the tastes of the people here. Thai Noodle House has some of the most authentic tasting food that I have had here. The chef will modify your dish to suit your taste (milder or spicier) while maintaining the original character of the dish. I personally recommend the green curry shrimp or seafood (the chef sometimes has baby Thai round green eggplants, a traditional ingredient for this dish, and will include them if he can). On my visit today, I had this dish and it was as good as it always has been. P accompanied me and had the Pad See Ew with chicken, which was also excellent. We started the lunch with the Fresh Rolls, rice noodles with lettuce, carrot, cilantro, scallion, and shrimp, wrapped in a rice paper wrapper, served with a peanut-y sauce. A very light and fresh start. Don't expect much in the decor here, the restaurant is set in an older store front of an older strip shopping center. Many of the people who eat (or order) food from this restaurant are native born Thai and Lao immigrants who live nearby... I can't think of a higher compliment to pay to this chef who commonly does 100% of the work; takes the order, cooks the food, serves the food, cleans the tables, then acts as your cashier! Sometimes he has help, sometimes not, but it never stops him from greeting his customers and giving them every possible courtesy. read more

Arrived on a Thursday. There was a party of 4 already seated. Placed my order at 8:15pm. By 8:30 the other table started getting their appetizers. The rest of their orders trickled in until 8:45, then at 8:50 (35 minutes after I placed my order) I finally got my appetizer and 2 minutes later my main dish. Over time, 2 more tables came in and they also did not get served until much later. There was just one waitress for the whole restaurant and it seemed the kitchen was making one dish at a time. The spring rolls were okay, but the peanut sauce and fish sauce were both lackluster. My Pad Pak Beef was bordering on bland. I devoured it because I was famished, not because it was particularly tasty. Service was also non-existant. The waitress barely said 3 words to me, didn't talk the entire time she took my order, never apologized for the delay, and only came to refill my water once the first table left (they got multiple water refills during this time). I had high hopes for this establishment based on the high reviews, but I'm sad to say this is the first time a 4+ Star restaurant has completely sucked. They are super sweet, and they are not stingy with the protein they put into the dishes...for that they get 3 stars. The additional star is for the authentic and truly delicious flavor. This is a difficult place to find information on and a little difficult to spot from the road (off Hwy 10, between 157 and Main Street in Euless) but trust me- it's worth a visit! My wife and I lived in Thailand for 3 years and I can say without a doubt this is the most authentic Thai restaurant in the Metroplex that we have found (a little funny though, considering the owner is from Laos). Keep in mind, the authenticity is not just the food but the music, the Thai News that regularly plays on the TV and sometimes the service. All these things are part of what makes it PERFECT. It's hard to find good Thai Noodles at most Thai restaurants. With that in mind, I recommend any of theirs. They come in a huge bowl with all the sides (the plate full of basil leaves and lime is great!), starting at just $4.99. Top it off with a bowl of the black sticky rice dessert and you can't beat it. read more

Service was slow. My husband's basil fried rice had no taste and his rice was burnt. So he ended up getting the panang. My panang was just ok. The sauce was thin and sweet. I have had way better panang at other places. I won't be coming back. read more
