    Thai iced coffee

Sat quickly and had an amazing Thai iced coffee! Also had the shrimp pad thai. I really appreciated their spice level being true to the number. Overall great experience.

Are here with my coworkers for lunch. Had appetizers but sorry no pics. I ordered the Yellow Curry with chicken and it was good. The service was good, the place was busy at lunchtime. It was a good spot for lunch with the team. We'll come back again since everyone seemed to enjoy the place and food.

We tried this restaurant for the first time for lunch. We were seated right away without any wait. What I like was that you get one spring roll with each entree. We ordered their Thai iced tea along with some hot tea. Then we ordered their pad Thai with chicken, shrimp basil and massaman curry. I really liked their Pad Thai and Massaman curry with chicken. The shrimp basil was okay. I probably wouldn't order again. See photos of the food below. Overall the food was delicious and I would come back here. The ambiance is simple and service was good. The food came fresh and fast.

The food was good. The price is my only problem. A tiny plate of steamed rice and veggies ONLY was $13.

    3-Flavored Fish (extra spicy)

Met up with an old friend for dinner since I have been in this area for three years. This Thai restaurant is very close to my hotel and had pretty good reviews. We ordered the same dish, Three-flavors fish with mild (for my fried) spicy (5/5 for myself). The fried cat fish fillets were tended and slightly fried and mixed with vegetables and crispy basil leaves. It was a wonderful selection. We also had Mixed Seafood Salad as appetizer, and warm stir fried seafood mixed with lemongrass, shallots, tomato, mint leaves and spring green were a perfect combination that topped with Thai chili in lime juice. Another great dish. The other appetizer, potstickers, never been served but we have nothing to complain since the food is so delicious. There were too many patrons inside. Maybe the locals don't like Thai food. My friend is definitely coming back from more in the future. This is his newly found local favorite from now on.

Went to R'Haan on a date with a regular and I'm so glad he made the suggestion! Great restaurant with chill ambiance and awesome Thai food. We started with the potstickers which were tasty with a flavorful filling and accompanied by both sweet and sour sauce and peanut sauce. I ordered the pad kee mow and it's some of the best I've had, I loved the noodle texture (but probably could have upped my heat, I picked 2). My date ordered a curry which he raved about. No alcohol, but I hear you can BYOB. I opted for the Thai tea which was creamy and not too sweet. Perfect date night spot: quiet enough to have a conversation with great food and service. The reviews here are well-earned.

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: all of their Thai dishes are delicious. You really can't go wrong. A local favorite. THE VIBE: pretty quiet inside but they usually have a lunch rush. PRICE: ~$35 + $20 tip (we love the owners they usually are the servers) WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! Multiple times before. **** Overall Rating: 11/10 - I've rated @rhaanthaicuisine before but I just had to make another post again because I seriously love this place. I've never had a bad dish from here and the flavor never lacks. - Their Thai tea is on the sweeter side however this is probably one of the best Thai teas to grab. So good and milky. - I love their curries but didn't get any this time but their red curry is seriously phenomenal. I get the spice level at 4 and it's perfect for someone who loves spicy food but doesn't have a crazy high tolerance (get the 5 if that's the case). - The owners are sweet and you just can't go wrong coming here. Only downside is they close on Sundays! I wish they were open for family dinners on Sundays but regardless I'd go any day of the week. One time my family and I literally ate here three times in one week lol.

Same name, different everything else. Just mediocre food now, like any other takeout Thai. Nothing is special, everything is just okay.

I wasn't entirely sold when first reading the description, but I'm already a big fan of apples and caramel with a side of cheese.. why wouldn't I love a sandwich version? And I do. The Caramel Gang is a perfect mix of savory and sweet flavors with all the best textures going on: soft mozzarella, gooey caramel, and crunchy, crisp, tart green apples.. it's so fun and interesting and entirely delicious. I like to pair it with the tomato bisque, which is served on Tuesdays and Thursdays (potato soup on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, broccoli cheese on Wednesdays). Don't sleep on this sandwich shop. They have a simple but memorable menu of fantastic paninis, sandwiches, salads, soup of the day, and scratch-made desserts like coconut cream pie, banana pudding, and chocolate chip cookies. Mmm so good!

The space feels intimate and welcoming, the kind of spot where the steam from the bowls fogs up the windows and time slows down just enough to enjoy your meal. The ramen is where Kintaro really shines. The broth is deeply flavored and comforting, rich without feeling heavy, and clearly simmered with care. Every sip feels intentional. The noodles have that perfect bite, springy and substantial, soaking up the broth without going soft. Toppings are generous and well balanced, especially the pork, which is tender and savory and melts into the broth in the best way. What really sells the experience is how everything works together. The warmth of the space, the aroma of the kitchen, and the layered flavors in the bowl create something that feels less like a quick meal and more like a small ritual. It's the kind of place you want to linger, finishing the last drops of broth even when you're already full. Kintaro isn't flashy or overhyped. It's just solid, soulful ramen served in a space that feels like a refuge. If you're craving something comforting and satisfying, this is absolutely the spot.
