Fried Rice
Souzana V.

Came here for dinner before heading out to a Bingo evening. Picked this place through Yelp since I was unfamiliar with the area. The place is small and decent looking. Our timing was good and we were they only customers at the time. We ordered the fried tofu to start. The tofu was ok. They could have made it more crispier. For our entrees we ordered and shared a Thai fried rice, chicken pad see eww, and a tofu pad Thai. All the entrees were absolutely delicious, flavorful, not overly oily, and the portion of meat was appropriate. I really enjoyed the entrees here for sure. The only thing I recommend is to improve on customer attentiveness. I had to go ask the waiter for beverage refills and condiments that he forgot to bring. I would come back in the future if I'm in the area.

Ordered some Pad Thai takeout, and was given a 15-20 minute timeframe. Order was ready in the estimated time. The portions are huge!! I got the Pad Thai "Thai Hot" and the spice level didn't disappoint. Flavor was great. I look forward to going back and trying other items but the Pad Thai will be hard to pass up.

The waiter was awesome. Pad Thai is phenomenal!! #1 & 3 on the lunch menu are great. I can't wait to come back.

We've never had Northern style Thai food so this was an interesting experience!…read more Items we ordered (as of 6/2025): - Cream cheese wontons - $8.99 - Not bad although the wonton itself was thicker than expected. - Pad Thai (with chicken) - $15.99 - While it's not the typical Pad Thai I've had in the past (the sauce is different), I must say that I still enjoyed it. Chicken was great as it wasn't overcooked (and thus not dry). I got no spice but for future reference, some spice would really add to this dish! - Drunken Noodle (with seafood) - $16.99 + $6 - We thought this dish was okay. The sauce was more watery than expected but the seafood and noodles were cooked perfectly. Despite ordering a spice level of 5, we were surprised as to how non-spicy it was only to find out when the bill came that it was mistakenly entered as a spice level of 2. Fortunately the spice condiments available to us helped in adding a sufficient level of spice! - Sweet and Spicy Tamarind Ribs - $17.99 - This was the highlight of our meal! Meat was crisp and cooked perfectly and you can really taste the spice in this dish (yay)!. If you like the taste of tamarind then you will 100% enjoy this dish. Would highly recommend. The decor was unique and we really enjoyed the ambiance this place offered! If you like Thai food then make sure to give this place a try!

Impeccable Thai cuisine, a rare find in this part of Colorado. The restaurant itself is gorgeous…read moreand gives you the sense of tranquility, simple yet elegant decorative pieces throughout. That translates directly to every dish, authentic taste (that definitely helps me less homesick!) and beautifully presented. Our server was very attentive and polite yet friendly, we also had the pleasure of Annie (the owner) visiting our table for a little chat, very charming lady! You can tell she puts her heart into every detail. If you're craving for highly authentic Thai dishes, look no further and go! Save some room for dessert as well :) their Anchan ice cream is delicious both for your eyes and your tummy!

Amazing food! So tasty, delicious and well made. I have…read moretried a couple of Thai restaurants and this one is on top. Also, they mango sticky rice is so delicious!!

This used to be a great place for Thai take out, but the management has gone downhill…read more I placed an order for pickup at 6 pm. I placed the order 4 hours ahead of time. Yet when I walked in the door they had not even started making it. A few minutes late is reasonable, but waiting 20 minutes past my pickup time when I ordered 4 hours ahead of time is not good customer service. I ordered it well ahead of time because I didn't want to sit around their store waiting for my order. So I'm not sure what the point was of ordering ahead. Also, the guy running the front of the house seemed intentionally rude to me. He asked my name when I walked in and I told him, twice, "Gregory". He found my ticket, the one for the order that had not been started yet. He showed it to me and asked if it was mine, pronouncing my name "Georgie", when I had just said it twice. I looked at the ticket to make sure it was mine, because it could easily have been somebody else's since he pronounced my name so badly. I said, "That's mine, but my name is pronounced Gregory". A few minutes later he confirmed that they had just started my order, again calling me "Georgie". I said thank you but my name is "Gregory". Other people got their orders, and when he handed them their orders he said "Thanks for waiting. Sorry for the delay." When he finally handed me my order he said, "This is your order Georgie". And I could tell that he knew exactly how to pronounce my name. He was just being straight up rude. The food is good enough. But there are other places in Longmont that make great Thai food.

The Longmont location of Boulder County's beloved Thai Restaurant chain has struggled to capture…read morethe flavors and ambience of their iconic Louisville location, and while the ambiance is still a challenge (kitchen/ventilation noise, drafts from the doors), the food is now deserving of the Busaba name! We had their rich and flavorful Panag Curry and their Pad See Ewe. Both dishes provided the warmth and comfort we've come to expect from Thai dishes. On a whim, we ordered their Crab Rangoon for the first time, expecting small fried wontons with just a quarter teaspoon of filling like we've had at other Asian restaurants. And boy were we overjoyed by the tablespoon+ of creamy crabby filling and left wanting more. We still like the ambiance of their Louisville and Erie locations better, but we're glad we have an option in Longmont!

We were so excited to learn about Busaba coming to Longmont after visiting their other locations to…read moreeat in the past. This location does not disappoint !! The staff is friendly, there is ample parking and the flavors are consistent and on point!! We used to go to Jai Thai a lot, and sometimes went to Anchan Thai but there is just something special about the flavors that are cultivated in the Busaba menu that sets it apart and makes it even more tasty. I appreciate that we have so much diversity in our Thai options here in Longmont. If you are a lover of Thai food but haven't had a chance to check out this restaurant yet I really have to recommend it. Their online menu also offers a way to modify foods that you need (thought not all), and you can always call to the restaurant to clarify your preferences after submitting your online order. I do this when I want to order their fried rice dishes without egg in it, they don't offer that on the online order form but are so kind and accommodating when I call it in.
