First of all they have brown rice! That is awesome so few places have a brown rice and I love the healthy option! We had the spring rolls which are nice and the red curry and Tom Yum soup is definitely a place I would come back to! read more

Love love love this place. Clean, fresh tasting Thai food. I love the curry dishes but they never disappoint on anything. I should have reviewed them a long time ago because I keep going back. So happy to have a great Thai restaurant in town! read more

Yay for great Thai food in Lombard! The woman behind the counter was friendly and polite. My boyfriend and I dined in and found the atmosphere a little stark but colorful, definitely focused on takeout. The food came out fast, hot and fresh. We found it convenient that the food was served in takeout containers, which made leftovers easy to pack. My boyfriend ordered spicy shrimp with ginger sauce, and I had cashew chicken. It tasted like the sauces were made from scratch. Delicious! Both dishes were loaded with fresh vegetables and protein choices at affordable prices. We also got crab rangoon, which were good. My only criticism about the visit is that the Thai iced tea was overly sweet, but that's easy to overlook. We will definitely return soon. Long live Thai Kitchen! read more

Thai Kitchen - Spicy shrimp with ginger sauce, cashew chicken and a peek at crab rangoon. So good! - Thai Near Me - Lombard, Illinois

How have I not reviewed Thai Kitchen?! I love this place I get it at least 3 times a month. Everyone at my work is in love with it too. I'm vegan and love that they don't put fish sauce in their pad Thai sauce. The pad woonsen with tofu and pad Thai with tofu are my go to's plus the fried tofu is really good too. Everyone who works here is so sweet you can really feel that they love what they do and that is making bomb food lol HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Delicious Thai food! Enjoyed the lunch special that comes with egg roll and cucumber salad. I had pad see-ew and husband had pad kee mao! Highly recommend! They are very friendly. It's small with two tables so best for 2-3 or take out. read more

This is some of the best Thai food I've ever had. I've ordered on several occasions. Everything I've tried is amazing. The portions are large, the food is flavorful and inexpensive. Pad se ew, massaman curry, and Thai fried rice are some of my favorites. Last time I even tried a tofu in peanut sauce and it was amazing. My boyfriend doesn't even like tofu and he ate a bunch of it. So glad Thai has come to Lombard. 5 stars!! The only suggestion I would say is to increase your delivery zone. I work on north avenue in Lombard and it's not within the delivery range. read more

Thai Kitchen is a new favorite of ours!! LOVE the Rama Rice and also recommend all of their curries :)

Doesn't look like much driving past but wow ow wow is their food AMAZING!! By far one of the best if not THE BEST Thai food in the area. One of my other favs is local too. But this location is perfect. They're quick and very courteous. You won't regret ordering from here. Their Pad Thai is exquisite, and their Thai fried rice is always a must. Egg rolls are to die for, I order them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Trying the seafood fried rice and the shumai dumplings for the first time today, if I remember I'll try to update review on those. Happy ordering!! read more

Small carry out restaurant with two tables. The food does not have added msg in their foods which is a big plus given the rumored health implications of consuming a lot of msg. The pad Thai was good and flavorful, while the pad woonsen was a bit bland. Not sure about what other items are great on the menu, but a lot of people sitting down were talking highly of the curries. read more

I have had Thai food in many places and this one fell short for me. The spicy cashew chicken was not spicy at all and was very runny like soup. The appetizers were not tasty and the soup was so spicy I could not eat it. It did not say the soup was spicy and my spicy food was bland. That was my last time for this place. Sad to say because I live near by and would of loved a close Thai place! read more

I am really surprised by this restaurant! The food is amazing and I loved every part of it. I got the spicy beef lunch special and it came with a mini spring roll and cucumber salad. The flavor is great and I would look forward to trying new things here! Definitely going to be my go to spot. read more

This is the best Thai food in the western burbs hands down! We have tried every Thai restaurant in Wheaton, lisle, and Glen Ellyn. They are all Americanized and flavorless. We had Bamee noodle, Rama chicken and spicy basil fried rice. They use minced chicken chicken in the dishes which is totally legit in authentic Thai food. The portions were a nice size. I drive past 6 or more Thai restaurants in wheaton, lisle, and Glen Ellyn to get this food. Can't wait to try more dishes read more

Ordered the pad thai because it had such great reviews. Wanted medium spice but it was not remotely spicy. The sauce was way too sweet and unlike any pad thai sauce I've had. The rice noodles were stuck together in big chunks. Overall it was okay at best. read more

I was really satisfied with my Uber eats ordered from the location. Not only was the food great tasting and enjoyable but the packaging to go is well thought out and came piping hot enough to burn my mouth a little. Tried the red curry and had enough heat to be enjoyable although I would have preferred a little more chicken I wasn't disappointed by the portion sizing and couldn't finish it completely. Similarly on the Tom Yum soup, the portion was good but could have used a little more protein. Still was great overall though and as far as prep to delivery mostly stayed on the anticipated delivery time which was great. The record avoided tolls which took a little longer than hoped but not bad at all. Definitely recommend them to go and at some point, wouldn't mind coming and trying them in house. read more

A great little Thai restaurant in Lombard. I was excited to try this place when they opened up years ago and it has never disappointed us. The food is great - our favorite go-to's are the basil chicken, lad na, and pad see eew. The bamee and crab rangoon are also my favorites there. Growing up on home-cooked Thai food, it was hard finding a Thai place in Lombard that could compare until Thai Kitchen - it's my go-to take out Thai when I'm too lazy to cook at home :) read more

My go to Thai take out place! Thai kitchen has been a staple in our home and we have never had a bad meal experience. Definitely recommend the Panang curry, pad thai, and the pad see ew. read more

Their food is fresh, light and fast. No oily sauces or rubbery fish...give them a try for a healthy take out option

Maybe it was an off night but both service and food was subpar. I waited ten minutes at the counter to be waited on. Then I was told a couple soups would be twenty minutes. Due to the great reviews, I waited. 40 minutes later I was handed my bag. We were so disappointed. Most of the ingredients listed on the beef soup were not even in it. It says it should be spicy but was bland as could be. The beef was 90% fat also. The bbq pork soup was passable. It simply did not meet the hopes I had based on other reviews. I doubt if I will be back. read more

Absolutely delicious! One of best I've had. Very authentic. I was skeptical at first fried rice looked little plain but it was soooooo good. Everything was fresh and made perfectly . Little pricey but totally worth it ! Definitely our new favorite read more

It's okay kinda taste Chinese not much Thai flavor not really fresh as well for example the fresh spring roll I had to Toss because it taste spoiled. The sauces on their dishes are more Chinese type flavor that I'm definitely not a fan of . read more

Such a hidden gem for great Thai food! Their Tom yum soup is amazing and although we usually stick to the same few dishes, they are so delicious! They give generous portions and food is fresh and has great flavor. Def recommend if you are looking for some good take out Thai food. They do have a small area to sit as well. Such nice people! read more

Good food, but too pricey! The customer service at this place was on point though. They were very nice.

One of the best Thai places if not the best Thai place I have ever been too! Their food is delicious especially their Spicey Thai Basil and their Eggplant curry! They really bring the heat in their food too if you go with something spicey! Which I love spicey food! read more

Wow third time ordering from here and I am hooked. The food is delicious, not too salty or greasy. I never fill out yelp reviews but this plaCe deserves it. read more

There are only 6 tables you could sit at. You get what you pay for! the food was ok, customer service was meh, the atmosphere was not great! If you want to use the bathroom you have to go through their kitchen which was not ideal unless you wanna see their kitchen and storage room! read more

Not bad at all! Generous portions, delicious Tom Yum, friendly family restaurant owners, and very affordable prices.

The food at Thai Kitchen is so very good! I phoned in a big order, and everything was delicious. The Tom Kha is to die for. I had mine with shrimp. I made 2 meals of it. The spicing is right on the money. I asked for medium spice, and they nailed it! The Panang Chicken was delicious as was Seafood Madness, and I had a salad with beef. The dressing was outstanding. Their Chicken Satays are great too! There is something curative about their dishes, and I am feeling great right now! I will be back and back and back and.... read more

Love this new Thai spot! We ordered Crab Rangoon, Pad See Ew and Panang Curry (and received a free Cucumber Salad). All were delicious and friendly service too. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

So happy a Thai place is in town! This is no Mai Thai but it's definitely good! We have had the pad Thai and spring rolls. We have ordered twice and both times the food was perfect as ordered. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for good Thai! read more

Trying to order from here tonight for the first time. Yelp says it's open, grub hub is indicating it's not. How come I feel that grub hub is the middle man with no recourse. It's a horrible "service" and unfortunately the business gets the raw end of the deal. Please let me know how I can complain to Grub Hub. read more

My family met here the other week. It is really not a eat-in joint, but they do have a couple of tables. The food was sooooo good and we had a good time with our server who owns the place with her family. Crab Rangoon, soups, noodle dishes were all top notch. We will keep it on our list to return when we are in the area. Definitely give it a try! read more

We were at the bakery next door and decided to stop in and order take out. We ordered spring rolls, crab Rangoon, chicken satay and pad Thai. Service was polite and quick. Took it all home and enjoyed everything. Really fresh ingredients, not overly salty, cooked well. We will be back. read more

Great to have a Thai place downtown! Our first takeout order was ready as promised with nothing missing. Several entrees and appetizers with no real complaints. One diner would have liked the Pad Thai to have more spice but that's about it. They did add spice to one of the dishes at our request so I'm guessing just say what you'd like and it can be done. Prices were reasonable and they do deliver. An online menu would be helpful. Hopefully that is coming. We will be ordering again. read more

good food. I like their beef pad se ew and their pad thai. huge portions and good price for the amount. I order here at least once a week

I've been awaiting the opening date of this place for some time now. I LOVE Thai food and need more options around town. As I was running errands today I remembered this place should be open, so I stopped in. First, service. Lady at the counter was very nice. It took a little bit to complete taking my order, but hey... they just opened. Second, food. I ordered eggrolls, Chicken Pad Thai and Broccoli with Beef. Overall, I was happy with the food. Eggrolls - even though it's listed as an order of (2) eggrolls on the menu, they informed me they actually give three per order. They come cut in half and are smaller in diameter than a typical egg roll. They were good though. Super crispy. Chicken Pad Thai - this is my go-to dish to judge Thai restaurants. I was concerned at first as the color of the Pad Thai was very pale. Some of my favorites are very yellow/orange due to the tamarind in the sauce. I was concerned it would be tasteless. I did add my normal helping of chili paste to the dish. I found the chili paste interesting - I was very watery compared to the paste that I get at other places. But it added good flavor and the consistency helped allow it to spread through all the noodles. The Pad Thai was tasty. It could use a touch more sauce/flavor, but overall pretty good. Broccoli with Beef - this is a new favorite of mine from another local Thai place. Typically the sauce is more flavorful than versions I get at Chinese restaurants. The version at Thai Kitchen really lives up to its name of Broccoli and beef. Because there is a lot of broccoli and carrots and not a lot of meat. However, the meat is excellent, tender and sliced very thin. The sauce was fantastic. I usually order this dish for the broccoli anyway. I like to find sneaky ways to eat veggies. LOL. This is definitely a repeat. All-in-all, I'm a fan and look forward to trying this place again once again and have more time to perfect recipes and service. read more

Finally- a good Thai place in Lombard! Their food is delicious. I docked them a star because the food is never ready for carryout when they say it will be. We have had to wait an additional 15+ minutes for 3 out of 4 takeout orders. No fun with a baby in the car. read more

Awesome Thai, pleasantly suprised with the flavor of the ten level spicy chicken pad thai and the normal sweetness of the chicken pad see ew. Crab rangoons were fresh creamy and had just the right balance of crab to cream cheese mix as well. Very friendly ladies and reasonable cost for the amount of food you get. Wish I lived closer, I'd literally get it every week. I am also quick picky with thai food as well and really glad I ordered. :) read more

Hidden gem in Lombard! We use GrubHub or door dash to have it delivered. Never disappoints. The pad see ew and pad Thai are our favorites. I also love the chicken satay and crab Rangoon, which are huge! Very authentic tasty Thai! read more

I have longed for good Thai food in our area but most of them are just average or pricey for what they are. Today I stumbled upon this small Thai restaurant in Lombard, "Thai Kitchen". More of a takeout place but they do ha e two small table in house. I had the green curry which was very good and my friend had the panang curry. Both were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and made good suggestions. We also had the shrimp cigars and egg rolls were both fantastic! They tasted so light and crispy and you could tell the oil they were cooked in was fresh so as not to get that old oil taste that so many restaurants give you. I can't wait to visit again but definitely more of a takeout place or quick bite of lunch place if you eat in. Thank you for a great experience! I know my Thai food and can tell you with confidence it was quite tasty. Look forward to trying other options here in the future. read more
