We dined here twice, in one week, because the food was so delicious ! Very generous servings. Spice level is graded 1-5. Try a 1-2 if you're a wimp like me. If your stomach is solid cast iron , Perhaps a 4-5. Everything was delicious, especially the pad Thai . My wife had the best Larb Gai ever. The. OK, they say you have to try the Thai Iced tea and I did. I loved it. I also ordered the Pad Thai, I said spicy. The cook came with my lunch and told me it was 3 star spicy. It was not very spicy. No extras at all, no additional condiments on the table. I would have liked more chicken, tofu and sprouts. The noodles were the highlight cooked to perfection. The Pad Thai came with a deep fried spring roll that tasted great but was über-oily. I will give them another chance on lunch. It was a satisfying lunch. I just hope next time there are more ingredients. Maybe the oily roll was just cause I went on an off day. I liked it the best of the Thai places in Augusta. I have had much better, just not in Augusta. If you do try this one out, get that Thai Iced Tea. read more

Went here during a business trip based on a recommendation from one of my customers. It is hard to find sandwiched inside a strip mall with a faint sign outside. Once you step in, you're greeted into a small cozy restaurant with cultural art displayed on the walls. Now to the food...it's as traditional tasting as it can get. I always judge Thai restaurants by how they make their pad Thai. No two stores make their pad Thais the same. I have to say I was rather impressed. They also asked the spice level which I welcome because only select few Thai places I know of make this request. All in all, a great place for Thai if you're in the Augusta area. read more

Ok I must admit, this place is the best Thai in the CSRA based on my recent visit. We had their lunch specials for $6.99 which comes with a fried spring roll and tea or lemonade. We also ordered the chicken coconut soup on the side. It was tasty and deep broth flavor. The Lad Na beef wide noodle with gravy was spot on with the gravy being the highlight. We also tried the chicken red curry. Again the coconut based curry sauce was the difference. So good I ordered a Pad Thai to go for later. This is where to get the best Thai food in the Augusta area. The service is great and the food delicious. Prices are very fair, particularly the lunch specials, many of which run about $6.95. The service here is really poor. A little old lady runs back and forth from kitchen to all the tables. Only one server for the whole restaurant ?! The food is okay but wasn't the best I had. Favorite was pigs in a blanket. Drunken noodles wasn't that good just edible. Thai tea was decent. Ever since moving to Georgia, I've been searching for some decent Thai and been constantly disappointed. Thai Kitchen most definitely did not disappoint! It's a small place in a strip mall. Very good service, very kind staff. I ordered Tom yum goong and shrimp pad Thai. Tom yum was a bit more salty than I used to, but still delicious. I ordered it with 3 out of 5 spiciness, maybe I'll try a bit more spicy next time. The pad Thai was phenomenal. They gave us chili sauce and powder to use and oh man, that definitely made it even better. They even gave us little slices of cake for free. Big portions, I waddled outta there after the meal. My beautiful wife and I traveling during 4th of July (the 6th) holiday season. And we love Thai Cuisine so we stopped by Thai Kitchen excited and expecting great food and services as well. It's a small busy little restaurant in Evans GA. My wife has a very serious medical condition and cannot tolerate drinking anything with ICE. Well, we ordered our dinner including Thai Tea. She advised our server that she cannot have ICE in the beverage. And the server acknowledged her request said okay. After enjoying our two meals (small portions for price) and ready for our check. There apparently seemed to be a discrepancy on the check. We were charged for TWO Thai Tea drinks. What's up? We wondered why and asked the server. The server said said NO ICE you must PAY for TWO. But Initially upon placing this order though the server failed to advise us of this the NO ICE in a drink extra charge policy. Outrageous! We had dined there a couple of times before maybe a year ago, although because of this, this was the last time. We usually tip at least 30-40 percent but not this time! We have dined in many Thai restaurants all over the country, and wife always has THAI TEA NO ICE! Never a charge for two! Be careful where you sit, togo order traffic is high and might cough up in your food or knock you out of your chair. read more

We just got take out from here and they had a really great system to help mitigate the transmission of COVID-19. Only one person can go in at a time and the doorway is covered in a plastic sheet with magnetic fasteners. The have a small area closed off and covered in plastic for you to pick up the to go orders so everything seemed really safe. Over the phone they told us our order would be ready in half an hour. I got there a couple minutes early and it was bagged up and ready to go already. The calamari was cooked tempura style and it was delicious. The curry was full of vegetables and very tasty, but it wasn't very spicy. And, of course, the Thai iced tea was awesome. We'll definitely be eating here again. read more

Thai Kitchen is a restaurant closely linked with my life in Augusta. I have been coming here since 2013. It is family owned and definitely a "hole in the wall" (aren't these restaurants the BEST kind?), and the decor is lovely and cozy inside. The owners (and their precious daughter, who is an absolute hoot) are extremely accommodating. The lunch special for $5-6 cannot be beat. Dinner prices are fairly standard but portions are good. My favorite item is chicken or pork Pad Thai - though the tom yum soup and panang, red, and yellow curries are also delicious. I have enjoyed the Pad See Ew and Drunken noodle dishes, as well. A friend of mine ordered the Basil duck stirfry and ate every last bite. Love this place! read more

Their two children are also always there and very pleasant to be around. The food all tastes like a home cooked meal because that's what it is.
