Experience: Great Ambience: Relaxing and chill Customer Service: Awesome & Very Respectful The soup was really good! The Thai tea had a great Thai flavor, but it was definitely on the sweeter side, so next time I'd ask for it less sweet if possible. For the lunch specials, we ordered the Mongolian Beef and the Garlic & Pepper Chicken with fried rice.

I pretty much never come here because I would eat at the other Thai restaurant. The last few times we've eaten at the other place, we have not been happy. I placed a to- go order that my daughter picked up for me. I ordered pad see eww with chicken and shrimp, and pad Thai for my son. My dish was perfect. I am so happy that I have a Thai restaurant now that will make the dish the way I want it. 4/30/26

Phenomenal!!! Reminds me of Thailand with the authentic flavors and spice. Papaya salad, Thai spicy, isn't for newcomers! Delicious and perfect heat, for me. My tongue is still burning 20 minutes later :) The Pad See Ew with tofu was full of fresh basil flavor and tofu cooked perfectly with a little firmness but still soft. Busy for a workday lunch but nice and calm with a great wait staff. Coming back next week for some more!

Don't think my lisinopril is going to save me here! Had the pad see ew with tofu and it had way too much soy and oyster sauce (salty). Good amount of tofu though. A little too much salt for my taste. The Thai ice tea s good but very sweet. Get it to go, as they serve way more than in a glass. They say it's also priced more but I don't see a price for it on menu so I think it's same price. Would I come here again, probably not. Only one server and probably only one cook. Last thing, prices on menu are different than the prices at the end as they'll said it's the old price. Thai ice tea on menu was $3.75 but the price on receipt came out to $4.25. Definitely not coming back.

We come here several times a month and it's always so good! The women who work up front are always so friendly and welcoming. This time we had the teriyaki chicken, Mongolian beef and pad Thai. For dessert, if they have it, get the mango sticky rice! It's one of my favorites!

Stopped in for a late meal. It's been awhile since I have come here. Looked really clean when I walked in and you can definetly.smell the food. I was greeted instantly. I ordered hot tea they do have several decaf options I was surprised Almond cream, blueberry, peach, and lemon ginger. We are trying the peach. Love that they have loose leaf tea! The service is really good tonight. The egg roll is hot, crispy, and flavorful. Curry is AMAZING THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GREAT TONIGHT. Much improved from my last visit.

Me and my husband were on a work trip in Tehachapi for a week and wanted some Thai food and loved the name of this place. Thai Hachapi, so clever! Some dishes were better than others. I did love the Tom Yum and the spicy crispy pork belly. I would've preferred ground pork but they didn't have that, But overall great service and a good spot for a city with not much here.

I wanted to try this place because of the name. Smaller sized restaurant & very busy. The staff is very quick and friendly. The place is bright and clean. We ordered the appetizer sampler It had fried shrimp, chicken wontons & eggrolls. They were each so good, the eggroll was a standard eggrolls, the chicken wontons were so simple but so tasty. The shrimp coating or breading was amazing. the texture was just so crispy. Chicken satay was great the dipping sauce was great. The little cucumber salad is refreshing. Our entrees we got were chicken pad Thai, panang curry with chicken, spicy basil pork belly. Pad Thai was great, lots of chicken & had a hint of sweetness. The panang is amazing, it was my first time trying it and oh my good I'm obsessed. Has a sweetness to it and so much chicken it was delicious. The spicy basil pork belly is a must try, we got medium spicy and that was great for us. The pork belly is fried to perfection, the veggies aren't soggy, super tasty. The sweetness of the Panang & spicyness of the pork belly dish went so great together. This is by far my favorite Thai restaurant. I'll definitely stop here every time we pass through the area.

Surprisingly good Thai food! The restaurant is clean and modern. We got there at about 5:30 pm on a Saturday night and by 6:00pm, it was packed! We got the Tom Kha soup with tofu, green curry with vegetables, and Kho Mee See noodles with tofu. The green curry was exceptional. The medium spice was just right, not crazy spicy to the point of discomfort (which I've experienced before). The Kho Mee See noodles are crunchy and doused with a mild sweet gravy, but also very delicious. The Tom kha was different from what I've had before...it was much thicker, more tangy, with lots of different flavors coming through: I tasted a touch of ketchup, the husband tasted cheese. Whenever I make a trip to Kohnen's Bakery I got get some food from here to go for dinner! We love their pad see ew with beef, crab angels (like crab Rangoons) and yellow/ panang curry are both yummy! Service is good and the place is open with plenty of tables. A nice spot for lunch too! Restrooms for customers only and street parking if you can find it. read more

If you're in the mood for Thai, and you happen to be in Tehachapi, this is the place to go. It's downtown, kind of out-of-the-way but once you sit down inside, it's a totally different feeling. They have some Chinese dishes on their menu as well. So if you're with someone else who has a craving for orange chicken, you'll be in luck. I thought the service was fantastic. Mainly because the server didn't get into my business. He took my order and left us alone. read more

I visit Tehachapi at least once a week, I have asked Multiple people where a good place to eat is and everyone has recommended this place. I was not disappointed, this is a great place to eat, food was delicious and the service was fast. I am not exaggerating when I say this place has the best Thai iced tea I have ever had in my LIFE (and I've consumed way too much Thai iced tea than I should). Wow. I can't get over how good it was. I ordered the ground pork larb and the mango sticky rice, and both dishes were delicious and authentic. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Love the cozy, low-key vibe. I eat here all the time and order the same basic dish. Spicy chili fried rice with chicken and the crab angels. It's good and I always come back. Tonight the food was so delicious. It tasted different but in a good way and the rice had so much flavor. It always has fresh peppers, basil, and chicken breast but today the rice actually had a ton of flavor in addition to the spicyness. I hope it continues to be prepared in this manner. I always call in my order and it is usually ready by the time I get there from Stallion Springs. This is a good little restaurant and they have a ton of options, a little something for everyone. I have never dined in so I can't say how that service is. read more

Affordable, tasty, lots of options, and tofu for everything if I wanted it. Also open at night on Sunday when a lot of this town shuts down. My wife said her Larb was just ok and the crab Rangoon was more cream than crab but it was all great on my side of the table. Service was fine and quick as well. read more

I will say that I have never been disappointed with anything that I have ordered here. I love green curry and I like it HOT, you get funny looks when you order the extra spicy but if you like it hot, like me then looks are ok. The won ton soup is great, wish it came in a gallon bowl as I enjoy it so much. Customer service is always great weather you dine-in or to go. Service is speedy and courteous. I would love to try everything on the menu, they don't have a combo plate that I remember so if you want more than one item you will have allot of food or take the whole family order a variety and share. The restaurant is clean and quiet, it's very relaxing and there is no pressure to hurry up and eat. This is my go-to Thia Place when I want a delicious spicy meal with a kick. read more

If you're driving through Tehachapi and skip this place, that's a curry-ous decision. Five stars. I'd give it six if they'd let me lick the tikka masala bowl in public.

The Chile Verde has shrunk in both size flavor and increased in price. It is simply not the same it is too mild; if you want it more spicy they have an up charge, which is nuts. The tacos were extra greasy and the enchilada sauce was bland. Even the two salsas are literally like nearly tasteless. According to the waiter, the owners like it watered down because they think the community doesn't appreciate spicy foods. This is insane. Tonight, I thought things couldn't get worse, but of course I was wrong as another server, not the waiter brought the meals and literally knocked a full glass of water across the table, soaking me and my partner. Other than bring us extra napkins there was no other comps. The place seemed slower than normal for a Saturday night, so maybe the town is noticing the same thing we are. The bathrooms are disgusting. I hope they fix this stuff because it has really given us pause about even coming back.
