Customer service A+, such a sweet and kind lady. Drinks are also really good. I just don't think…read morethey need to be selling food, especially calling it "Indian food". Rice was extremely mushy and overcooked, almost like porridge, and tasted like water with herbs. For a $33 meal, I'm a little disappointed. I returned it but got the same thing. I must say Tikka masala was really really tasty. So they have some good food, just not Indian food.It was just the rice so I'm really happy i didn't order the biryani. Your place can absolutely not be known for good quality Indian food. See I don't like that it's hard for you to take constructive criticism, as I made sure to add things that I also liked. So I didn't make a bad review, I made an honest review that included the things that I liked, and the things that I didn't like. If I wanted to miss guide consumers about your business, then I would just say hateful things and not add any good opinions. I 100% recognize that you guys make really tasty drinks, even the tikka masala is pretty good, it's just not good Indian food., it's just food not good quality Indian food. As you can see in the picture below, I inserted a picture of what Indian rice typically looks like as far as consistency, texture, and taste, yours looks nothing close to it. Yours looks like oatmeal and tastes like water with herbs. And my meal, including an extra side of rice, and garlic naan came out to $33. Let me know if you wanted to insert a picture of my receipt. Indian food is typically on the expensive side, so the price is not the problem if you're going to charge such a high price then you should make sure that your food matches your prices because it doesn't. And you shouldn't call yourself an Indian restaurant if you don't cook, good quality, Indian food, especially something as basic as white rice. It should be perfect in my opinion. Yuck and don't ever tell somebody that they're exaggerating without trying to at least understand their point of view. Because you're loud and wrong. Will absolutely be sharing on TikTok.

The place is super cute and calm, and Jordyn has such a perfect personality to work with people. I couldn't decide on what to drink, so she made me a delicious surprise combination of their Fire Cream & Taro Milk drinks. Everything was a 12/10, thank you Jordyn!!!

There are a few Boba Cucue locations in Arizona, and we stopped by the one in Camp Verde…read more We were supposed to grab coffee from Starbucks, but after we parked, I saw Boba Cucue next to Starbucks and decided to get a boba drink instead. I ordered the Fruit Tea Madness with boba. It was my first time here, and I was surprised that the fruit tea actually had a strong tea flavor instead of just tasting like sweet juice, and it came with plenty of fruit. Unfortunately, the boba was too chewy and seemed a bit old. The shop is spacious and has a few cute statues, along with a good-sized artificial tree toward the back of the store. I haven't been to any other Boba Cucue locations, so I'm not sure if they all have the same menu. One thing I found interesting is that this location offers more than just drinks. They also serve ice cream, Waffle Pops, and Hong Kong-style dim sum. We didn't try any of those this time, but it was nice to see the variety on the menu. I try, I review, and I might come back to try the Waffle Pop.

I always enjoy stopping by. There are a few places in Flag that serve boba tea (Aloha BBQ, a place…read moreat the mall, and Java, the new place on Milton near Bookman's), and Sweet Day is my favorite. I've never tried the food from Sweet Day itself, although Hot Wok is good, but the tea is delicious and the boba itself is the best I've had in Flagstaff. I usually get the Thai tea and boba, although the signature is delicious, and I also love the 3 brothers tea, which is the signature milk tea with boba, jelly, and pudding. I didn't like the taro, but my friends love it, and Sweet Day has the best matcha in Flagstaff. Plus, aside from the standard milk tea and boba, they also have popping pearls and fruitier teas, which are very refreshing (I personally recommend the honey green tea and lychee pearls, or strawberry green tea and mango pearls). The staff is always great and friendly, and I love hanging out and chatting with them, or playing pool or foosball with my roommate as we grab tea. It's close to the university, but it's never busy. That's probably because not many people know it's there, which is a real shame, but also means there's rarely a line, and the drinks are always made really quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Sweet Day if you're just looking for good boba tea. If you're more hungry and the tea is a bonus, the food next door at Hot Wok is great, or check out Aloha BBQ downtown.

3.5/5 For Flagstaff,…read morethis bubble tea is alright. If you get a drink from here it will be a sweet day indeed! At first I was a little confused because I didn't see an actual bubble tea store, but it turns out the bubble tea shop has the same owner as the restaurant and grocery store. There are menus at the counter of the grocery store's check out counter where you can place your order. Sadly, one of my choices (The lemon black tea) was not available so I went with the mango tea instead and got a passion fruit tea with yogurt popping boba. The cashier said the passion fruit was her favorite flavor- alright! They make the bubble tea next door at the Chinese restaurant kitchen/drink area. It didn't take too long for my drinks to be made and they had those nicely heat sealed lids. The passion fruit drink was a little too sweet for me so I'll see if I can ask for it less sweet next time. Service was very friendly and nice. Since options are limited in Flagstaff for bubble tea and I want to support local boba business (And fuel my bubble tea addiction) I'll try more next time I'm here!
