Service with a smile from the young man working. The food I ordered was good, albeit more spicy than I am used to eating. Thank goodness for the side of salad and yogurt sauce to tame it down for me. They offer an extensive drink menu that probably appeals to the millennials and Gen Z more than the older generations. As the other reviewer mentioned, the decor and items for sale do not flow together. For some of us, less is more and would "feel" better. I prefer the decor and food offerings over the merch items. The music is relaxing and enjoyable. It is a great little spot for a group of girlfriends to come to for drinks.

I was so surprised to find this place in the Prescott mall. The chai tea was delicious and very authentic. I had the samosas which were equally delicious. Service is excellent. The atmosphere is charming with lovely and comfortable chairs, cute decor, books, Knick knacks for sale. . What a fun time I'll be back to try their Indian food menu. Also, it was massage day with an excellent Massage therapist outfront with his massage chair. And he was offering a dollar off any drink if you got a massage

Come for the atmosphere, stay for the yummy samosas and beverages. This place is so fun, and if you let yourself; you can be transported to somewhere else.

First time we went it was tasty. We came back and the got the same drink. But the boba was not fully cooked and was extremely grainy.

I always enjoy stopping by. There are a few places in Flag that serve boba tea (Aloha BBQ, a place…read moreat the mall, and Java, the new place on Milton near Bookman's), and Sweet Day is my favorite. I've never tried the food from Sweet Day itself, although Hot Wok is good, but the tea is delicious and the boba itself is the best I've had in Flagstaff. I usually get the Thai tea and boba, although the signature is delicious, and I also love the 3 brothers tea, which is the signature milk tea with boba, jelly, and pudding. I didn't like the taro, but my friends love it, and Sweet Day has the best matcha in Flagstaff. Plus, aside from the standard milk tea and boba, they also have popping pearls and fruitier teas, which are very refreshing (I personally recommend the honey green tea and lychee pearls, or strawberry green tea and mango pearls). The staff is always great and friendly, and I love hanging out and chatting with them, or playing pool or foosball with my roommate as we grab tea. It's close to the university, but it's never busy. That's probably because not many people know it's there, which is a real shame, but also means there's rarely a line, and the drinks are always made really quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Sweet Day if you're just looking for good boba tea. If you're more hungry and the tea is a bonus, the food next door at Hot Wok is great, or check out Aloha BBQ downtown.

3.5/5 For Flagstaff,…read morethis bubble tea is alright. If you get a drink from here it will be a sweet day indeed! At first I was a little confused because I didn't see an actual bubble tea store, but it turns out the bubble tea shop has the same owner as the restaurant and grocery store. There are menus at the counter of the grocery store's check out counter where you can place your order. Sadly, one of my choices (The lemon black tea) was not available so I went with the mango tea instead and got a passion fruit tea with yogurt popping boba. The cashier said the passion fruit was her favorite flavor- alright! They make the bubble tea next door at the Chinese restaurant kitchen/drink area. It didn't take too long for my drinks to be made and they had those nicely heat sealed lids. The passion fruit drink was a little too sweet for me so I'll see if I can ask for it less sweet next time. Service was very friendly and nice. Since options are limited in Flagstaff for bubble tea and I want to support local boba business (And fuel my bubble tea addiction) I'll try more next time I'm here!

You order yourself at a kiosk. First day we ordered pop n bo with signature milk tea, another signature milk tea and a Shizuka matcha with coconut milk. The milk teas had a strong tea flavor, which we prefer. The matcha was a little too sweet if you want to be able to taste the matcha. I like a lot of ice in my tea, so I asked for more. They had to put into a new cup and reseal, but the worker gladly did it for me. We sat and enjoyed the popcorn chicken fresh. There are several tables, but most people seemed to take it to go. The next day we got the same orders but reduced the sugar in the matcha and added an order of fried tofu, which was also delicious.

Ended up having to use the self serve kiosk which was annoying because we intended on purchasing stickers as well and we can't do that at the kiosk. I'm only giving this review two stars because my family liked their drinks (a hot taro milk tea with boba) but I hated mine, got the regular milk tea and the quality was terrible. Was only able to buy our stickers after they finished making our drinks and we asked a worker to help us purchase them . Wouldn't recommend this spot overall

The side patio was especially nice, decorated with string lights and offering outdoor games like Connect 4, which gave the space a relaxed and fun atmosphere for family or friends! We ordered a classic Thai tea with honey boba. The drink itself was prepared very quickly, which was appreciated. The tea had a balanced sweetness and creaminess that made it both flavorful and refreshing. The boba, however, was smaller than average in size, which may have affected the overall chewiness and texture. The outside was soft and sweet, while the inside had a slightly starchy texture. I'm not sure if this experience was because we came close to closing time, but that was really my only complaint. This visit, we didn't order the pho, although it seemed very popular among other customers in the shop. The aroma of the broth filled the restaurant and honestly smelled really good and tempting throughout our visit. Overall, I'd return to give the boba another try and possibly try the pho next time as well.
