We were seated after waiting 15 minutes and after multiple tables were seated that arrived after us. Once we were seated, approximately 10 minutes later the staff proceeded to take the order from another table that was just seated. When we questioned them why they weren't serving us. She snidely and sarcastically said "sorry we're just getting caught up". So we got up to leave and she asked if we were leaving. I informed her we were going to another restaurant and she said "sounds good have a good day" and I completely sarcastic tone. They have lost my business and any business from anyone I know that would consider eating there when they fly in. Employees make the difference. Unless owners stop hiring these incompetent and inconsiderate people the business will suffer.

She then proceeded to go back to that same table and talk to them. we decided that at that point we've had enough and we got up to leave. She then walked over to the table and asked what our order would be when we said we're going somewhere else, She said that sounds great to me. I hope the owner reads this review. You could see what one employee can do to a business. My family and friends all go to this restaurant and people that know me and fly into meet me, We always meet there and I will make darn sure that no one in my circle ever goes to this restaurant again. You seriously need to train that redheaded waitress properly in customer service. I can't stress this enough. I am a business owner and if my employees treated customers that way, were laughed at and the smug smile and have a great day comment, I would fire them in a heartbeat. With so many restaurants to choose from in the Prescott area, I would go above and beyond to treat my patrons properly.
