Once we were seated, approximately 10 minutes later the staff proceeded to take the order from another table that was just seated. When we questioned them why they weren't serving us. She snidely and sarcastically said "sorry we're just getting caught up". So we got up to leave and she asked if we were leaving. I informed her we were going to another restaurant and she said "sounds good have a good day" and I completely sarcastic tone. They have lost my business and any business from anyone I know that would consider eating there when they fly in. Employees make the difference. Unless owners stop hiring these incompetent and inconsiderate people the business will suffer.
