Just located across from fry's, this spot is a drive through and sit in which is so nice. The service was friendly but it can be busy so there may be a wait. I ordered a chai and it was a sweet and spicy concentrate which was yummy. Overall, a great experience! read more

Best coffee place I've found in Prescott. I was very impressed by the banana split cold brew and banana bread latte. Usually I need to ask for drinks to be half sweet, but the drinks were very well balanced. The flights were a great way to try a few drinks. We loved the interior, including the wood resin counters and industrial pipe shelves that the owner made himself. Coffee came out quickly, and the ladies working were nice. I wish they had some pastries, but it's a small note. read more

I love this place! I've tried every coffee spot in town and this is one at the top of the list! The drinks are so well-crafted and good! Even those that might be considered more on "frilly" side are more about the layering of the flavors than being sweet. (hello white velvet, I'm looking at you with your orange vanilla cinnamon!) THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU!! :) I drive down this rode just about everyday and I am always looking out for new coffee shops when I noticed this place. It's tiny and yet convenient with a drive thru for those of us who are too lazy to get out of the car. Lol I am an iced latte foo foo drinker and picky about my coffee, especially when the shots taste watered down. Their espresso is comparable to Merchant coffee, my shots did not taste watered down & my drink tasted nice and strong, just how I like it. They also have espresso whipped cream so I had to try that on my drink, it's not over bearing, just right. I would definitely come here again. The service was great, can't complain there. I have not gone inside yet, I used their drive thru, they request the drive thru be used for smaller cars and bigger cars park & go inside. The road is not fully paved and driving out was kind of scary, you'll see in my pictures, especially for a smaller car. I hoped the bottom of my car would not get scratched. It might be kind of a pain when it's busier at the intersection light when you have to turn left but I was able to get out. I'm sure they will improve the drive thru road eventually but it doesn't deter me from continuing to visit. Try this place out, you'll like it!! read more

Just happened upon this place, but THIS is what i call a LEGIT Coffeeshop. Premium feel, taste, vibe, and experience! Each drink handcrafted with unique ingredients for a very classy finish and experience. Had the sunday flight (new for today, lucky us!) & iced mocha with salted caramel whipped cream (never had flavored whipped cream at a coffeeshop before! ). The lavendar chai was the best ive ever had, and I'm no fan of chai at all... Lightly sweet with a hint of chai . The butterscotch cold brew had a nice hint of butterscotch flavor without drowning out the cold brew flavors. And the irish cream cappuccino was perfect! Sweet, light, and not overly powerful. The iced mocha is my go to and bar i used to judge all coffee shops. And i will say, it was on point . Creamy, light, not too much mocha, and the salted caramel whipped cream was the icing on the cake! Dont usually get whipped cream on my mochas, but i saw it on the board and just had to try it. Converted skeptic. A yelp review for this place said "best bagel sandwich ever". Frankly my…read moreresponse was, "Ever? Like in all place and all time in the history of man? Where is this person from? Small town or NYC?" So expectations were low. But let me tell you, after a few bites I was thinking there's no way the king of Babylon had a bagel sandwich this good. That maybe, just maybe it actually was a better sandwich than that of our forefathers. And maybe that yelp reviewer was more historian than day hiker. It's like you drive up to Prescott and go take your kids to a park and see some guy casually running a 3min mile. You tell him, "what are you doing up here? You should be in the Olympics smashing world records?" And he just tells you, "I just like running." That's this place - it's got no business being up here just casually making transcendent bagel sandwiches. Someone needs to write about this place on a stone tablet in 5 languages so our posterity can have some sort of record for when in 1000 years some guy casually says unchallenged that they're eating the "best bagel sandwich ever".

Who doesn't love a good sunroom full of plants for a meeting/work/hang space?!

What is especially notable is that Lizarraga's is, simply put, dirt cheap. The wide variety of oversized, colorful pastries range in price from $.88 - $1.25 each, hot coffee is $1.25 for a big cup, fountain drinks are $1.25. No quality is sacrificed at these prices either. The coffee is fresh and smooth. The churros, two types, are to die for! The not-to-sweet, vanilla flavored Ojos De Panchas are the perfect "dunking" pastry. The service is super friendly, and samples are often available. They also bake bread and make cakes to order. Aside from grocery store bakeries, there is only one other Panaderia that I know of in our area: The Donut Hole in Prescott Valley. There is really no comparison; my Mexican pastry experience there still haunts me to this day. (You can read my YELP review of "The Hole" for the gory detail.) Lizarraga's is actually worth a trip to Gateway Mall for an astoundingly cheap and delicious treat. I'm hoping that Lizarraga's is able to stay in business. They are a refreshing addition to the Mall.

We landed on the Mac and Cheese and the Steak Salad with blue cheese dressing. Pretty standard bar food. Service was good, not great, very low energy, which is fine. We felt like only visitors in the place. Most of the bar patrons seemed to know everyone and were engaging the bartenders. Parking rather tough, it's all angled on street up against town square. We had a pretty long walk weaving through all the St patty's day revelers.
