I love this coffee shop!! I wish it was my local store. I was visiting from Oregon for 4 days and came here every morning. Their lattes are great - I like mine on the sweeter side, and an iced oat milk latte with coconut and vanilla quickly became my daily drink. I don't know what it is about their bagels but I ended up ordering those every day too. I also tried the lemon blueberry loaf which was fresh, delicious, and a large portion. One of my favorite things though was the staff! They are all so efficient and nice. They have a lot of regulars but they still make the effort to treat new customers really well. I really appreciated their attention to detail, the speed and quality of their work, and their genuine smiles.

I've had the Pumpkin loaf, Blueberry, and Cherry danish all good. The staff is always warm, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I headed over to Method coffee before work this morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were open so early. I rolled in about 6:30 am, and they actually opened at 5:30am! Nice! They had their seasonal menu posted in the drive thru, so I ordered an eggnog latte and a breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! I ordered a cheesy bagel with egg and bacon. The bagel was toasty on the outside and soft on the inside, an egg, and some thinly sliced, crispy bacon. It hit the spot! I'll definitely be back to try more of their seasonal coffees and tasty treats!

I'm amazed how good this place is. It's got great coffee, never over roasted, all sorts of fun syrups for those fancier drinks, and always friendly staff. Was in town for NYE and stopped in for some caffeine :) cute little locally owned spot! Plenty of seating both indoor and out-- making this a great spot to hang out or get some work done. Staff were super friendly-- which I appreciate extra from a coffee shop. Ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was a little on the milky side for my personal preference. I should have clarified the amount of espresso in the size I ordered and potentially ordered an extra shot. Overall a cute spot and I would come again! read more

This is a good place to stop for a good coffee and muffin if you appreciate quality. I was traveling from Peoria to The Grand Canyon and options were limited for good coffee until I found this little gem Good service, good coffee and good pastries/muffins. Hubby and I really enjoy this small, independent coffee shop. They serve good coffee and have plenty of seating. They also serve breakfast sandwiches and some baked goods. There's a drive-through too, so super convenient for those mornings when you're in a rush. read more

I love this coffee shop!! I wish it was my local store. I was visiting from Oregon for 4 days and came here every morning. Their lattes are great - I like mine on the sweeter side, and an iced oat milk latte with coconut and vanilla quickly became my daily drink. Whenever I go here I always get an oat milk vanilla latte and a dairy-free bagel with bacon and egg. It never disappoints! The drive-thru is pretty quick, and even if some days it takes a little bit, it is so worth it. I am always happy after Method. read more

Fabulous. Absolutely fabulous. I'm so pleased I found this gem of a place. Nice people work there. Their coffee is the bomb dot com. Had the blended peanut butter mocha with whip cream and choc sauce on top. Heavenly. Way better than anyone in the area. I don't think I've ever had such a tasty coffee. Got a raspberry cake as well. One of the few drive thru coffee shops in the area that isn't Starbucks or Dunkin. I wanted to try more of a local spot so this one popped up in my search. Prices are really good here for what you get. We ordered a medium blended mocha and a large iced dulce latte and added vanilla to it. Both were good. I'm not sure if it's the coffee itself or the syrups used but my drink tasted a bit like honey. I didn't mind it but wasn't expecting that flavor to be so strong. I would come back and try a seasonal drink as I didn't see a sign for those until we got to the window to pay. And we didn't go inside so I can't comment on any of the food/sweets options. read more

Did not eat any food but the but the coffee was great and the service was even better. The ambiance is near the top of the coffee shops I have been in. The only downside for me is the location is out of the way and on the wrong side on my way to work. I don't usually buy coffee on the way home from work. read more

I love this place! It's always a "must have" whenever I visit Prescott. I absolutely LOVE their lavender lattes and violet lattes (I can't say which one I like better, sometimes I even get half lavender and half violet when I can't decide). Their other drinks are also delicious and I love their seasonal menu. Just a ton of creativity when it comes to making unique and delicious beverages and the staff is always very friendly! So sad. This was absolutely our favorite coffee shop. Would stop at least once or twice a week. Last several times. They ask if want whip. But they never actually give it or it's there but maybe a half a teaspoon just to show us they don't really want to do it but have to? Early on when we found method, I asked them hey my kids just want a vanilla shake. Is there a way we could do something for them. She was so sweet and said of course. When you come in just order a vanilla blended with no coffee split into two cups! We have done it ever since. Today we are ordering as normal. The person who took our order very simply said "no". I was like "no?" Yeah. No. We can't do kids drinks like that. Pretty disappointing. We spend $7-$8 per coffee and are treated like that when our kids want a little treat. Sad to see such a great local small business losing their desire to care and serve. read more

Established in 2008.

Opening in 2008, Method Coffee brought to Prescott a brand new approach to making coffee. Owners Rachelle and Joseph Burton have 34 years combined experience in food and beverage, specializing in coffee since 1994. After both graduating from ASU, and tiring quickly of the corporate world, they returned to Prescott to set up shop. With a deep background and knowledge in every step of of a coffee's life, from seed to cup, Method Coffee is the result of a pure desire to bring exceptional coffee to Prescott. If ya'll need the money that bad, keep it, just doesn't seem like the ethical thing to do. I'll be back, I'll just be sure to use cash, and make sure you all check your receipts from cove cafe so they don't double charge you!!

The first time I ordered the butterscotch latte and it was very creamy, good flavor profile and it was topped with the orange slice which I think was a nice touch! The second time I ordered a pistachio latte and I do think there was a little too much cinnamon but overall, it was very good! Every iced latte is shaken, which is really nice because the syrup is evenly distributed throughout the drink! The bagels are fluffy and if you order a bagel sandwich lot of times they do not come with cream cheese, which I think is very nice especially for somebody who is lactose intolerant but still wants to enjoy a bagel but have something to top it with! They also have a gluten-free bagels which can be hard to find! There is a ton of seating and people generally go in and out, so it seemed to be fairly easy to find a table!

But those chairs man......... how can someone eat and not have back pain in them? I'm very open and honest so I hope you take this with feedback well. I'll try again once those are fixed -- promise! Everything else is cool. I love the books, the fish n chips weren't bad , but your portions are small. I think your prices were a bit expensive and expensive for what you get. The crisp dessert was cool and delicious. Service was very fast.

We felt like only visitors in the place. Most of the bar patrons seemed to know everyone and were engaging the bartenders. Parking rather tough, it's all angled on street up against town square. We had a pretty long walk weaving through all the St patty's day revelers.

Method Coffee, hands down is awesome. I am a regular customer of three years, and was rather upset after reading the previous two star review dated 5/5/12. I happened to be in on that day, during one of the busiest rushes I have ever seen them in, and was greatly impressed by their abilities. It was my school's (Embry Riddle) graduation day, and the drive through and lobby was packed, but they were busting out drinks left and right like it was nothing. The way the employees move together seems effortless, and they are constantly aware of their surroundings, and each other. As a customer, I have never found any difficulty in distinguishing where to order, or to pick up my drinks. As soon as you walk in, there is an employee standing at the counter where you order greeting you and asking you questions. And when you are finished ordering, another barista working at the espresso machine calls out your drink and sets it on the counter where you pick up. Seems pretty simple to me. And speaking of Method Coffee's baristas, I have never seen a team more friendly and willing to help a customer. Not knowing everything there is about coffee, I have had many conversations with the staff about how to get the exact drink I want. They always offer knowledgeable advice, and on the rare occasion that i get something I don't want, they remake it or give me another drink without any issues. Another thing that I absolutely love about Method Coffee is their diverse scene. Each person that works there has their own unique style and culture. This is definitely not a place for name tags or uniforms. It's amazing that a town like Prescott can have a fun, hip place such as this to draw in all sorts of different people. And lastly, it is very obvious that each barista has the passion for the coffee. They are very deliberate and methodical to each and every drink, and it sure shows in the taste of their coffee. Best I have had on this side of the states. Method is a one and only, and I give it five stars for it's delicious coffee, great staff, hip scene, and obvious attention to the customer. I will continue coming here for as long as I am in Prescott, and If you look for all of these things, I encourage all of you to check it out too. read more

I was visiting Prescott and not familiar with the area. I just happened to pass by this place and I am so happy I went in! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff greeted me with sincere smiles (yeah, I could feel their good energy). It means a great deal to see people loving what they do. The Cafe au Lait that the young gentleman made for me was perfect in taste, consistency and billowy frothiness. I noticed also that this is an environmentally conscious establishment, using fair trade products and recyclable materials. Excellent way to do business! I was so taken by this place that I returned later that day to purchase a bag of coffee to take home. Another staff member,a friendly and knowledgeable young lady assisted with my purchase - Naga Laos G1, and ground it for me right in the store. When I returned to Chicago, my husband brewed a pot and said it was the best coffee he ever tasted! Keep up those good vibes, and may you have success always! read more

Absolutely stellar coffee! The best that I have had in the US outside major cities like NYC and LA. I make sure to come here every day whenever I visit my in-Laws in Prescott :-) I warmly recommend it! The soy milk is suberb too and blends perfectly with the coffee (this is often hit and miss at cafes). read more
