My credit card got used to accidentally pay for someone else's bill, in addition to mine. I called to get the $25 refund... but they kept the $6 tip!! Meanwhile I already paid a great tip on my actual bill, so I got a false charge and they kept the tip for themselves. If ya'll need the money that bad, keep it, just doesn't seem like the ethical thing to do. What a GEM of a place! Great vibes and probably the smoothest drip coffee I've ever had! I also had a custom coffee yesterday that was absolutely fantastic. We got lucky as had some pretty bad coffee down the road but then happened by found Cove. The owners are super cool, guest oriented, as we were the crew that was working yesterday when we went. This is such a cute cafe, Beautifully decorated with lots of plants which matches the healthy vibe of their food items. Three of us went for coffee and a light breakfast. The baked oats are excellent and freshly made after you order so their is still a bit of texture and crunch with the creaminess of the oats. Get the optional blueberries and walnut topping for a complete meal. Cream is served in a small picture on the side. I also had an herbal hot tea and liked that the water was in a glass picture with stainless steel tea strainer for the loose leaf tea so the tea stayed hot and no plastic tea bags! I had a couple of hours to kill before work, so I stopped by this place a little after 8:00 AM on a freezing December morning. Unfortunately, I left wishing I had gone to The County Seat or Merchant Coffee instead, where the customer service is consistently excellent. The cafe was uncomfortably cold, and I had to keep my heavy winter jacket on the entire time. When I asked the barista if they had any seasonal winter drinks, her response was a curt, rude "NO." Hoping for an alternative, I asked about a peppermint white mocha, and again, she responded rudely with another "NO." Instead of offering helpful suggestions, she left me hanging until she finally mentioned a caramel cinnamon iced latte, which I ordered just to end the interaction. Her attitude was so off-putting that I asked if she was okay since she seemed unhappy to be there. Her response? A sarcastic "I love my job." If this is how she genuinely feels, it makes me wonder why she's in customer service at all. Later, I asked if she could turn on the heater, and her dismissive response was, "Umm, NO. The owner isn't here." It's disappointing that no one there knows how to operate the heater, especially in cold weather. Owners should ensure their staff are properly trained for basic needs like this. Finally, the Wi-Fi policy here is terrible--you're limited to just one hour. I've been to countless coffee shops in California, the Valley, and Prescott, and I've never encountered such a restrictive setup. It feels like a sheisty business model that doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be back. There are plenty of better options in town. -1 star for RUDE customer service -1 star for FREEZING coffee shop & barista having no knowledge how to operate it -1star for no seasonal drinks -1 star for ONLY 1-hour of WIFI use, really!? read more

Finally! A coffee shop and a great place to hang out in this side of town- I'm super excited! What's even better? That it has awesome food, coffee, atmosphere and people. The Cove Cafe is owned and operated by a couple who are gracious and friendly. They have a cozy coffee bar but also serve beer, wine and mixed cocktails. Our cappuccinos were crafted perfectly and the selection of fresh made sandwiches, pastries and other fare are very good. They shared info about the city and really encouraged us to explore the area, even recommending an historic home that was just listed on their street. This is a don't miss cafe! read more

I love this place. I haven't had any of their coffee drinks yet, but the coffee aficionados in my family say that the they are very well done and delicious. I've had their Mocktails, (my favorite is The Traveler), and love them. Food is yummy, and I really enjoy the atmosphere, especially the plants. Staff are friendly and helpful. read more

Really great coffee shop, yummy bites, nice decor, comfortable atmosphere, and great service. However parking is an issue. Seems like the neighboring shops all propped up signs when the coffee shop moved in -- claiming two, three spaces. I had to wait quite awhile for a non claimed space to open up while several of the claimed spaces were open. Not very neighborly of these other tenants. read more
