Many different sugar free flavor options, great iced lattes, but the oatmeal is very high in sugar with no nutritional facts on packaging.

They have really stepped up their game! Coffee drinks are piping hot and iced drinks nice and cold. No lag tome in the drive thru. Blended drinks don't have flavorless "slush" leftover like another coffee competitor in town, everything is blended perfectly to the last drop. read more

Method has a variety of drink options! But my favorite go-to is the classic mocha. Method delivers a top-notch mocha, smooth and creamy without the bitterness or the overboard sweetness of some of the coffee chains. I was looking for a sign from the universe... chai or matcha? I walked in the door and saw not one but two signs directing me to chai! Then, amazingly there are like five non-dairy milk alternatives-heaven. Chai with macadamia nut milk, a little too sweet together for me but hit the spot. If there's a method to my madness I may have found it in Prescott, Arizona. This little place throws down some very good coffee drinks while amusing me by having stock delivered by a guy in a car pulling up and tossing boxes in through the drive-thru window. It's a tight place. If it were mine I would take out the Men's room, make the Women's room a unisex bathroom and open up that space for more tables. Just a suggestion. And when you demolish the Men's room you can have a pick-up periodically go through the drive-thru and toss construction debris out into the back of it. Fun! read more

Hands down, best coffee and coffee shop in Prescott! really cool place to hang out especially on saturday nights when it's open mic.. workers are friendly very nice.. i've gone quite a few times and always ordered something different (sometimes complicated) and all i've been to some coffee shops and if u do that, they'll give u a bad look or talk behind ur back or something.. these workers never did any of that.. one of the workers even thought that they should try the coffee that i ordered cuz it sounds delicious.. bottom line is.. they love they what they do and the customers can see and appreciate it. read more

I've stopped in this place a couple of times when leaving Prescott & both times I was satisfied. Both times I had iced coffee & both times they were good. I'm sometimes iffy about iced coffee because I think it can be watered down & I prefer iced espresso, but the iced brew here is strong. Nice clean coffee place with places to sit inside or out. Bathrooms are clean and they have a pretty good selection of goodies. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are great choices between a standard brew, French press, Chemix, or pour over. I got the poor over and it was very nice. I would have liked to try a French press or Chemix on my second trip but they only comes in sizes big enough to share. Great find in Prescott! read more

I'm always on the hunt for a good cup of jo and really like this place. I've visit here when ever I'm in Prescott over the last four years. They are always friendly and go out of the way to make you feel like you're one of the folks. They seem to have a talent for hiring people who love people and. make a good Cappuccino. Vanilla latte is my favorite, not the greatest I've had in the history of my life but pretty good. I just have to give em extra points for friendliness. Method Coffee is my favorite café in Prescott, AZ. They have the best service in-town, always friendly happy, very outgoing. They honestly make you feel like family. The breakfast sandwiches are absolutely perfect- hot and tasty. I love their buttery toasted croissant, with melted pepper jack cheese and sausage. Big fan of their dirty chai, frozen caramel, and hazelnut latte! My usual is a hot creamy Dulce, rich in caramel and whip cream. The atmosphere is trendy, they have a sweet playlist that is always changing. Every other Saturday they have live music. I also like the fact they are into the arts and display local artists. There is nothing I don't like, I love it all. You can grab a quick coffee and walk down the street to Willow Lake and enjoy nature hiking around and sipping on Method Coffee. It ain't Starbucks!! (And that's a good thing!). I always try to buy/shop/eat locally in all the towns I visit for work and this place fits the bill. There is a Shitbucks inside the grocery store in the same shopping plaza as Method Coffee. But why fight with shopping carts and rude people when you can pull into the Method Coffee drive thru!?! (I chose to go inside for a more personal experience however). I was warmly and genuinely greeted. As I was ordering from one employee another was listening to my order and began to make it before it was even rung up. The drink (medium breve latte) came out hot and with a smile from a 3rd employee who I think was also working the drive thru. I like a good espresso drink. I tweeted out to my AZ friends and they recommended this place. I'm glad I went. Pros: They have a nice staff. Friendly and fun. Also, unlike so many coffee places these days they asked if it was for here or to go and when I said for here, they gave me a real glass, not a plastic cup with a lid and a straw. I got an iced coconut mocha which was really good. A little strong but not bitter. Also wasn't overly sweet. Atmosphere was nice. Cons: It's a little small for the sitting area for dining in but not any smaller than your normal sized Starbucks. The chairs are all wooden so they aren't going to be the most comfortable for an extened computer work session but that is a very small gripe. Summary: I would say this is a great place for a good cup of espresso. Would definitely recommend. read more

A local coffee spot with a drive-thru?! Amazing! They do their coffee and espresso well, which should be expected from a coffee house, but I haven't always found to be the case in Prescott. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Hours are great. I was ecstatic to find they were open one Saturday morning before my 0630 shift. They stay open fairly late as well. Although they did a pretty good job turning an extremely corporate looking strip-mall location into an "indish" coffee house, it's still a little cold for my liking. I love the coffee. I enjoy a couple of the off menu items the most. I was pretty upset in my last visit when a customer sat down at an outside table next to a door and lit a cigarette. When the staff came out, I assumed they'd ask him to move but instead joined him at the table only a few feet from the open door. They have a sign that clearly states no smoking 20 feet from the entrance. I have asthma and find that the lax policy makes the environment extremely inhospitable. I doubt I will stop there again when I'm looking for a place to get a little work done. read more

I don't like leaving reviews like this one, ESP for small local shops, but wish I had read the others like it before making the trip over town to Method. The concept is great (which is what attracted me); single-cup brewing, tradition espresso beverages on the menu, images of latte art, and apparently steeped in the art community of Prescott. However, after being declined 3 different beverages (including two single cup brewing options listed plainly on the menu) I settled for a beverage, which was then served up entirely different as described. I was told the senior barista behind the bar did not know how to prepare the different beverages I had ordered (that were on the menu). Staff was very cordial and professional about it, and seemed like cool folks, but I would think if the business is open on a Saturday there would be staff available who can prepare drinks that are on the menu. The owners Joseph Burton and Rachelle Burton do a great job keeping their coffee classic and tasteful with great attention to detail. Nice atmosphere and every other saturday night they have a voted best open mic night from PopRocket. Cons: The wooden chairs can be a little uncomfortable when sitting for a long time. It was apparent this quaint coffeeshop was favorite to students and locals alike, as patrons were study groups, business meetings, and moms with babies. Method is only 1 mile from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. They have regular items on their menu including lattes, americano, cold brew and coffee, but they also had seasonal favorites. I felt like being adventurous and tried the Cookie Butter latte. It was so creamy and felt like being home, and it wasn't too sweet! I love their variety of oatmeals and pastries. The cheese danish jumped out to me and it was delicious! The place had ample seating and it was clean. If I find myself in the area again, I'll be sure to stop by Method Coffee! read more

I love Method Coffee. I much prefer spending my money on noon franchised coffee shops. Method Coffee is never intimidated by my nonfat, no whip, white chocolate raspberry mocha with an extra shot requests and they recognize me as my "usual" in the drive through. They always have a smile on their face, the prices are good if not better than Starbucks and they are in a super convenient location for me. Good vibes in this small place oddly located in a strip mall on the north side of town but filled with local art & local bulletin board & Eclectic customers. Only problem is the poor quality and selection of snacks. go for the amazing coffee - but bring your own sandwiches, snacks and baked goods. Our favorite Prescott coffee thus far UPDATE: They have changed the coffee preparation. Coffee is weak, watery and overly hot.
