I have been a big human beans customer for years in other locations. Sorry to say I will not return to the prescott valley location. My drink was so watered down. When I brought it to their attention I was lectured rather then trying to make it right. Mind you I know this drink well and this was not good. Their customer service and policy at this location is terrible. Starbucks is always always willing to remake or replace your drink with no questions ask other then how can I make this better. I am back at Starbucks. read more

Customer service was great. Location is very convenient for a quick stop and go. The coffee is ok. It was not flavorful and smooth. We were just in town for a day so this was the closest coffee shop to our Airbnb. read more

Excellent customer service and the coffee was fantastic. I had a regular coffee, sugar free almond flavor, half & half. It was super tasty. Loved the almond flavor. I'm always up for a new coffee establishment in town and they definitely did not disappoint! I have been here twice now. Once in the morning and once on a weekend afternoon. Both times, the wait was minimal... even with several cars ahead of me. I got an iced Mexi Mocha and a green tea smoothie with blackberry. Both were delicious. I think what impressed me even more was the friendliness of the staff. From ordering to payment, they were sweet, provided recommendations for future visits, and very efficient. I will be back!! I decided to try out The Human Bean and I am so very happy I did. I had a hard time making up my mind on what to order because so many things sounded really good. I finally decided on The Mexi Mocha and I got it hot as it was a chilly morning. Great choice! It was exactly what I was hoping for, warm and chocolatey and a little bit of spice. Great little drive through coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful. I ordered cappuccino and it was great. I'm very picky about flavor. I asked the girl taking my order to please put 1/2 of a pump of sugar free syrup in my drink because I don't like my drink too sweet. I have requested this at another coffee place (starbucks) and it's always too sweet. I like when baristas pay attention to making sure flavor is as requested. Okay, I'm impressed. My biggest peeves is when the shots taste watered down and you only get 2 shots for a large. I guess you could say I am a 4 shot drinker. I got their version of an iced caramel macchiato with English toffee nut instead of vanilla, OA milk with a splash of breve. Most important I was thrilled when they told me their large iced comes with 4 shots! Yummy! Price wasn't bad either, about the same for what I pay at Founding Fathers. Cheaper than Yellow leaf version of this drink. I'm happy! The food looked delicious, this is definitely one of those places where you can stop by for some breakfast on your way in or out of Prescott. The service was great, your average customer service you get at any of these coffee shops here. They even put a chocolate covered espresso bean on my drink. Yummy! This is my first time ever at The Human Bean and it definitely didn't disappoint. I got the salted caramel mocha with caramel mocha cold foam and the sausage egg on a waffle sandwich. And both were so tasty and love the fact that the coffee wasn't too sweet and you still taste the coffee. The service was also phenomenal. read more
