I have been a big human beans customer for years in other locations. Sorry to say I will not return to the prescott valley location. My drink was so watered down. When I brought it to their attention I was lectured rather then trying to make it right. Mind you I know this drink well and this was not good. Their customer service and policy at this location is terrible. Starbucks is always always willing to remake or replace your drink with no questions ask other then how can I make this better. I am back at Starbucks. read more

As "Winter is Coming" it's getting pretty cold "up in these hills" also known as Prescott Valley! So I decided to stop by and grab me a nice warm one! I ordered the hot large Vanilla Chai Latte to warm up my old bones! And of course they never disappoint with great taste, great prices, great service!!! read more

Customer service was great. Location is very convenient for a quick stop and go. The coffee is ok. It was not flavorful and smooth. We were just in town for a day so this was the closest coffee shop to our Airbnb. read more

The barista at the window was super bubbly and cheerful, but I have to say my iced Americano was the worst coffee I've had in recent memory! Main tasting note was "burnt." I think their specialty is lattes, not espresso-forward drinks. I don't know if it was their beans or their espresso brewing process, but something could use improvement. read more

Always a pleasure driving through The Human Bean. The coffee is smooth and fresh while the food options complement the drink selection well. The baristas are kind and personable without being overbearing. The stand is always clean, well decorated, and service is superb. read more

I love the coffee beans. When I travel to Arizona, I make sure to stop on the way in and out.

Excellent customer service and the coffee was fantastic. I had a regular coffee, sugar free almond flavor, half & half. It was super tasty. Loved the almond flavor. The team members were so friendly & nice. I can't wait to come back & try more things. The food looks yummy. Locally owned is a plus. read more

Great coffee! Their cold brew with cold foam was delish! They have a good selection of teas and coffees and I love it! I love how they give out expresso beans with their drinks; it's a cute touch. I notice this chain is all around AZ. Maybe they will come to the east coast! read more

This is the 4th coffee place on our venture to find the best frappe/Frappuccino/blended coffee. He loved the texture and taste. The customer service great awesome personalities and location was clean and welcoming. (I walked up to the window and ordered). After this blended coffee the standings based of taste only are Dutch Bros 1st, McDonalds 2nd, The Human Bean 3rd and Starbucks 4th read more

I'm always up for a new coffee establishment in town and they definitely did not disappoint! I have been here twice now. Once in the morning and once on a weekend afternoon. Both times, the wait was minimal... even with several cars ahead of me. I got an iced Mexi Mocha and a green tea smoothie with blackberry. Both were delicious. I think what impressed me even more was the friendliness of the staff. From ordering to payment, they were sweet, provided recommendations for future visits, and very efficient. I will be back!! Thank you for the pleasant experience! read more

I decided to try out The Human Bean and I am so very happy I did. I had a hard time making up my mind on what to order because so many things sounded really good. I finally decided on The Mexi Mocha and I got it hot as it was a chilly morning. Great choice! It was exactly what I was hoping for, warm and chocolatey and a little bit of spice. It was perfect and I know I will be ordering it again. read more

Okay, I'm impressed. My biggest peeves is when the shots taste watered down and you only get 2 shots for a large. I guess you could say I am a 4 shot drinker. I got their version of an iced caramel macchiato with English toffee nut instead of vanilla, OA milk with a splash of breve. Most important I was thrilled when they told me their large iced comes with 4 shots! Yummy! Price wasn't bad either, about the same for what I pay at Founding Fathers. Cheaper than Yellow leaf version of this drink. I'm happy! The food looked delicious, this is definitely one of those places where you can stop by for some breakfast on your way in or out of Prescott. The service was great, your average customer service you get at any of these coffee shops here. They even put a chocolate covered espresso bean on my drink. Yummy! Looks like I'll be coming here for my coffee when I get sick of the other places I go to. Give my palette a change. Haha... read more

The Human Bean - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

Great little drive through coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful. I ordered cappuccino and it was great. I'm very picky about flavor. I asked the girl taking my order to please put 1/2 of a pump of sugar free syrup in my drink because I don't like my drink too sweet. I have requested this at another coffee place (starbucks) and it's always too sweet. I like when baristas pay attention to making sure flavor is as requested. My daughter also likes her mocha. read more

My first visit here proved rewarding , I had a Mexi-Mocha with the roasted sun-dry tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto on a croissant . The flavors were awesome. Planning on regular visits in the future. read more

This is my first time ever at The Human Bean and it definitely didn't disappoint. I got the salted caramel mocha with caramel mocha cold foam and the sausage egg on a waffle sandwich. And both were so tasty and love the fact that the coffee wasn't too sweet and you still taste the coffee. The service was also phenomenal. read more

Good lattes, and I love how they give you a chocolate covered coffee bean with your drink. It's like the cherry on top! Fast service.

This place was amazing! We ate the sandwiches so fast we didn't get a photo. Service was friendly, coffee was delicious! Happy they opened and will be going back! read more
