The customers are sitting enjoying their drinks while they read a good book or conversating with friends. The staff at Starbucks are well trained when it comes to customer service. The Baristas have great knowledge about what goes into each drink and they can easily change specific ingredients in your drink to your specific requirements. These staff members are eager to please any and all customers with any issues that may arise, which attests to their customer service abilities. This also plays apart in the environment in this establishment. Starbucks has many amenities that helps to attract customers. One of which is the ability to access the internet. I have noticed many students studying online at Starbucks. They feel comfortable enough to come in order a drink, and complete homework. Another amenity is the comfort that you feel when sitting on a comfortable couch or lounge chair. So many people come in to get away and relax. These types of amenities help Starbucks to attract all kinds of clientele. We cannot forget the main reason customers come to Starbucks. They are well known for all kinds of different coffee drinks. Anytime of the year is a goodtime to get something to drink at Starbucks. During the warm weather they have teas, ice coffees, and Frappuccino's. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever! Lots of workers stumbling over each other, but still took 15 minutes to get my iced passion tea lemonade. Had to ask them to finish my drink twice and one person almost threw it out. To top it off the cups were not full. Not my typical experience at Starbucks. read more

Very Very disappointed w/ customer service from the manager Employee was helping my mom it was her birthday August 12th we went in for her free on birthday Starbucks drink , all of a sudden her Starbucks app wasn't working in store , the employee mention the internet service is really bad at times in the store, she called over the guy which was a manager at the 3322 N . Glassford hill store .. employee explained to manager he walked away saying oh well , seriously that was the rudest thing on her birthday .. my mom was so disappointed on her birthday we walked out & she didn't get her free birthday coffee which she is always excited to get once a year....manager didn't even offer her a coffee or a coupon or anything on her birthday the internet service wasn't working great w/ the Starbucks app.. unbelievably disappointing , I was shocked ! Starbucks in frys off glassford hills. Ordered a Frappuccino and it was soupy. Drank a few sips and returned to the counter . Mentioned to the girl about my issue and she said, "oh I must have made a mistake when mixing...blah blah... no apology and no offer to remake. I didnt ask to have another made properly. So I wont order from that employee again, and will mention up front to assure it's actually a frap and not mocha soup. read more

I am so glad they opened this location! When we had the Big Bug Fire last year in 2017, this Starbucks location donated Pike coffee, cups, creamer, sugar, napkins and straws with drinking cups for the First Responders Appreciation Dinner that the residents of Cordes Lakes put together. All food and drink items were donated by local businesses and residents themselves! Thank you Starbucks!!! I visit this location to show my appreciation for them! Just needed to kill a few minutes so stopped in here. In terms of the environment, it's your typical Starbucks (although it's much larger and more spacious than most I have been to) and very nice inside however, I usually avoid any type of specialty coffee place like this. I only ever want a simple regular cup of coffee but always have to wait, wait, wait for it because everyone in front of me has ordered some specialty coffee drink that takes too long to make. Starbucks needs to have a system in place that allows you to order and get a simple cup of regular coffee instantly. I shouldn't have to wait because everyone in front of me decided they want some elaborate coffee drink that's going to take 10 minutes to make. Irritating. That's why I avoid places like this. Takes too long for a simple cup of coffee. Stop with all the specialty coffee drinks and just order regular coffee people, keep the line moving! read more

So I guess the President of the USA doesn't know what he's talking about. I ran in this Starbucks to pick up my mobile order and the girl at the counter started arguing with me about not having my mask on! I think her politely to hand me my drink and I would leave. But no! They proceeded to hand me a mask (which I never put on) instead of handing me my drink. Now mind you I am over 50 years old, fully vaccinated and following cdc guidelines. I told the girl and now the boy that if they would just hand me my drink I would leave the establishment. They still insisted I put on my mask...what a waste of time and money, since I threw the unused mask in the trash as I walked out the door! Every single time I come here, the employees are running around like they have tons of things to do, but no idea how to do it. This location prioritizes its drive thru customers, so be prepared to wait in excess of 15 minutes for your coffee (or iced tea, etc) because any customer at the window takes priority to you. Today I placed my order and watched several people who ordered at least 5 minutes after me get their drinks first. When I asked about my order, it was discovered my ticket had fallen on the ground in their unorganized chaotic back counter area. The gentleman in front of me ordered a few drinks and none of them came out together, as well. This location is unorganized, doesn't make drinks in order, and needs retrained. It's a typical starbucks as far as coffee is concerned. However if you're going here to study or work be prepared.they keep this place at very cold temps, when it's already cold outside. They also push you out of the lobby a full hour before it says they close. You could tell the workers just wanted to go home. So apparently this is the ONLY Starbucks in all of Arizona who will illegally discriminate against people with medical conditions not allowing them to be in the store. I travel for work so trust me my condition is way more inconvenient for me. I have been to Starbucks in Flagstaff, Paige, Camp Verde, showlow, Payson, and 8 different Starbucks around Phoenix, no one has treated me as badly as the management at this location. Which it is illegal for a business to make or even request someone stand outside or be treated differently in any way because of a condition. Had a very nice experience at our Starbucks Drive-thru. Have never been to a Starbucks drive thru before. Ordering was easy. I ordered two items and one was a gift card. The young lady that helped me at the window was so nice. I was there around 10am or so and it took me awhile to figure out everything, she helped me with ordering and also waited for me to figure things out! Friendly prompt service when I was there (1-2 people in line); the usual Starbucks coffee and snacks. I measured wifi speed at 34Mbps, which is quite good. Spacious and clean facility with electrical outlets near some of the seats. I hung around doing my online stuff for several hours, and nobody pushed me to order more. read more

Typical Starbucks. Clean, efficient, and comfortable. While I don't know the baristas by name like back home, I have meetings next to this location monthly and in several years I've never had an issue. I just got a Pumpkin Spice Latte here. Their Pumpkin Spice Latte isn't as good as the Starbucks at the Frontier Village. If you were to compare both drinks from the same franchise. This is the worst Starbucks Drive-Thru!! They have managed to get my order wrong ALL 3 TIMES I've visited! From getting the wrong order to not getting my order correct. This time I called to complain and the kid answering the phone said he couldn't hear so I spoke louder...he responded with "ma'am yelling won't help me hear you".
