Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back to this location on Gail Gardner. I guess I just keep hoping that one of these days it's going to be consistently like the other locations that I go to. This location makes the worst sweet cream cold brew. It Tastes like burnt coffee sometimes, just an awful bitterness . The worst part is Today for the 20th time the Window drive-through staff were rude and obnoxious. I could not see her name she was a dark haired female. I believe Asian genetics. She wore a face mask. She was arrogant and seems to have forgotten that the paying Customer is the reason why the business exists in the first place. No customers = no money and no jobs. I think the entire city of Prescott should just avoid this location. I hate paying $6.00 for a coffee and have someone be so smug and condescending. The other two locations have the nicest staff. Not sure if it's only the Starbucks on Gail Gardner but I've noticed they no longer completely fill their cups of coffee, lattes, etc. I've been going to this Starbucks almost daily for years. However, I'm done with paying for a full cup but only receiving a cup 3/4 full. Starbucks charges so much for coffee and lattes that I will now go a local coffee shop. I'm sure to get a full cup mod coffee at a locally owned coffee shop. read more

The moment I walked in, I knew this place was special. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air and instantly made me feel at home. I tried their signature drink, the vanilla latte, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The milk foam was silky smooth and the coffee had a beautiful flavor balance. The staff were so kind, they even recommended their homemade tiramisu which was heavenly. I also loved the interior lots of wood, plants, and soft lights that create a very warm atmosphere. The music was relaxing and not too loud, perfect for conversations. It's a place where you can unwind after work or have a quiet date. Located in the heart of Prescott. No hate from me as far as this Starbucks is concerned. We were greeted when we walked in. Both my order and my wife's order were made correctly and tasted just like any other Starbucks location. We walked inside. Can't comment on the drive-thru accuracy or efficiency. Wow! I have never been to such an amazing Starbucks in the U.S. or Europe! Jenn and her baristas are the best I've ever seen in motion. It's like a beautiful symphony in motion. I had quite the experience with one of the baristas, her name Jena a red head. She always had a bad attitude like she didn't want to be there but this particular day she was extra rude. I brought my personal cup in placed my order and she proceeds to crab my glass at the top in a claw fashion where I drink from! I said to her politely that she really shouldn't be touching the glass there, she proceeded to justify her actions by saying she wasn't touching it and got mad at me! She said I was the problem and then got extra snobby and said she would put gloves on to handle it (which she did) and again got mad at ME saying every time I come in there is an issue and that she was going to talk to her manager about me! Some people aren't cut out to be in the service industry and Jena is one of those people, I noticed I was not the only one to write a complaint about her attitude here so I would say Starbucks needs to take a look at this employee and maybe keep her in the back where she doesn't interact with customer. read more

Not sure if it's newer people needing more training on how to pull espresso shots or what, but it's getting frustrating. One was so bad last week I asked them to remake it. Here visiting with my kids and we've been pretty limited in places we can go because the town square doesn't require masking and no one seems to be doing it freely. We have an immune compromised baby and it makes a big difference to us. We still have so wipe down everything coming into our vehicle or a space where our baby is with hospital grade sanitation wipes, but it's a little peace of mind that this business is prepping and practicing safety with home many people from the community they overlap with. read more

This was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had! Started out wonderful, this location is now carrying the fruit and cheese boxes! They handed me my husband's Venti Pike Place with extra cream and 9 Splenda (he said they didn't use 9, but it was sweetened). My drink was a Tall, Iced Triple Espresso with Extra Coconut Milk. It appeared they had forgotten it and the Barista said she would be right on it. She put the ticket above Cold Bar and then appeared to be making other drinks. I got angry and said forget it and walked out. Ordered a tall iced americano with a splash of half n half on the mobile app for in store pick up. When I picked it up it was mostly all cream. I asked them nicely if I could have a new one with less creamer and they did! They were so nice about it. I know that a "splash" can mean different things to different people, so I am glad they made me a new one and this one was perfect! read more

My favorite of all the Starbucks around here. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. When I've had a bad day, they always cheer me up. My dog even loves this place because when we go thru the drive up they always offer her a Pup Cup of whipped cream that she Loves. She gets excited when I pulled up the the window, I'm sure she associates the smell of fresh coffee with a treat. I was in a hurry so stopped in for a few minutes. The music is still loud. The chairs are terribly uncomfortable. This store works very hard to make people uncomfortable. Don't believe me? It-s all but empty, as usual. I drove the extra 7 miles to the Starbucks on Rte 69 and it's packed, as usual. Due to an Achilles Tendon issue, I put my calf, not foot, up on an empty chair to ease the pain. A girl promptly came over and removed the chair. Incredibly rude. We've never had a bad experience at Starbucks until we came here. The baristas didn't even put flavor or steam the milk the first time - our coffees tasted awful. We took them back in to get our order fixed and they got it wrong a second time. Finally they got it right but not once did they apologize. I have been to this location 3 times now. The first time the drive through had only 3 cars, and it took us almost 15 minutes to get through it. And the last and final time I'll give them a try was this morning, when I ordered an extra shot 2 pump white mocha and 2 pump raspberry (otherwise it's way too sweet) I got a Decaf UBER sweet white mocha. Everytime I come to this location I am always so disappointed. I had a friend whom worked at Starbucks and idk if it's just a different state thing but I remember her talking about corporate being really strict about uniform and especially with they're training. Every time I come to this location they take FOOOREVER to make 1 or 2 drinks I waited for 20 minutes one time and as I looked in the window the window person was just standing there, all I had was a vanilla iced coffee -_- lol really? how hard is it? They are also never in uniform either the last two times I've been there, their in jeans and t shirts not in Starbucks uniform. Not good. Ordered a white mocha and it just didn't taste right. It tasted so off, I had them remake it, figuring it was just a mix up. I can handle the standard inconsistency from barista to barista but this just tasted burnt or like spoiled milk. It even smelled weird. They happily made me another one so that was cool...except the second one tasted and smelled exactly the same. I'm not exactly proud to admit this, but I have literally ordered hunderds of this exact drink from Starbucks for several years now. Airport locations, grocery store locations and stand alone stores, everyone can do it....except for our friends at the Gail Gardner location. This is the only time that I have actually been unable to drink it. I had to dump it out because even the smell of the drink in the car was just "off putting" to be polite. The bright spot? It tasted so disgusting I won't order another one for a very very long time, and I was a little addicted before so this makes it easier to break the habit. read more
