This was my first time at Bosa, and the second for the other people in my party. The three coconut covered donuts were reportedly amazing. That was the only positive aspect of this visit. The staff were rude. So rude, that I decided to not order a breakfast sandwich because they prepared them in the back and I was concerned about the integrity of the staff/food. The Coke machine was out of Coke Zero syrup and the Diet Coke was completely flat. If we were not on a road trip, we would have stuck around to have it corrected but needed to get back in the road. This is the nicest Bosa business we've gone to. Not everyone working here is Asian, so that was nice. We ordered our normal 2 smoothies with Boba and it was perfect. Boba was nice and fresh, chewy and flexible. Smoothies tasted wonderful. The ambiance of the place is really nice and modern and not some converted Taco Bell or other out of business chain. The bathrooms are nice, too. Will be back when we come back for more hiking in the area. Way better than the Bosa locations in the east valley of the Phoenix area. read more

First off, I'm really disappointed in the management and lack of priority among the staff. There was three cars to include mine in the drive thru, where we were not only patient but understanding of the delay. Once we were given our food however, we couldn't take it. A burnt sand which, water down coffee and worst of all a completely wrong order of our food. I went inside to communicate the issue, just to find 3 employees all not communicating with each other, and I know this because a couple got asked "What would you like to order" by all three of them separately. I have gone at least once a week since they opened and the service and food quality is always perfect! I haven't had a single bad experience with any employee. They are always quick and nice! The donuts are heavenly and always fresh no matter what time of day! I normally bring my puppy with me so I always go through the drive thru and they are always super sweet to him and give him a pup cup! He definitely gives them 5 stars too! read more

I went through the drive-thru at 6pm and was told they don't offer coffee after 5pm. Why would a Donut Shop stay open until after 8pm and stop serving coffee at 5pm? Either the employees on staff today were too lazy to brew coffee... which is pretty lazy... Or the owner of this Donut Shop is not very bright. If you are serving donuts you should be serving coffee. read more

Servers generally attentive. Very busy and short staffed...definitely hard to hire and keep workers, however, food products are fresh and common areas are clean. If you need to use a rest room, please do that at home...the men's and ladies rooms are disgusting. Hire a cleaning company read more

The BOSA on Viewpoint is wonderful! Their products r always soo fresh. We walked in and it was spotless with a large sports team and family leaving . Even with a long drive thru line , two employees came right out to b sure and wipe down tables & chairs! When it was our turn at the counter we chose selections that were the only ones left for that category, and I couldn't believe they offered to make us a fresh batch for each of us, my husband and I. We don't like to waste and the owner was working and actually thanked us for not wasting them and shared about her parents having emigrated and growing up without a lot, so my husband also shared his same experience. She was so very gracious and took the time to converse awhile. She thanked us for our patronage, when we went to tip the team, she said that they had already had a great day, asked us to keep the tip for another day, but my husband insisted. She then asked for our family name so that she would remember the next time we spoke!
