I owe this place a new review - we were in for lunch a few years ago and I really wasn't happy and left a negative review. Went in for dinner last week and, while the ambiance is still not date- night suitable the place is very clean and comfortable and the service was great - warm, welcoming and fast. And the food was great. I ordered from the board of specials: long translucent noodles in a coconut forward sauce with, maybe pineapple that provided a small note of contrast to the coconut- I loved it. Partner had the green curry and he was equally pleased and neither of us are particularly easy to please. The servings were large- both had plenty for lunch the next day. Prices are in line for the quality - not cheap but not over the top. So go here for the food and service. Don't be put off by the small-town restaurant ambiance - No need to dress up- and sometimes a lack of pretension is a welcome relief. Bottom line- go for the food! read more

I liked my stir fry which I had without rice. I thought it was a generous dish and tasty. "Medium spicy" was enough for me. My lips burned in a good way. The owner was a hoot. I had a great time. read more

Went there for lunch today. Somebody mentioned that they pad the bill by enticing you to order desert. This is exactly what happened to us. $44 for absolutely the worst thai food we've ever had. Flavorless and bland. Brought the $12 desert home and it was disgusting. By all the good reviews, I'm not sure if it was an off day but no way we will ever go back. read more

THEY OVERCHARGE HERE. The owner is lovely but she uses you not being a local to overcharge you. I was charged $60 for two soups, two orders of spring salad rolls and one sticky rice dish I didn't ask for AND didn't realize she was charging me for. Came here for dinner. Staff were very friendly. Food was not up to par. Tried the pad thai, which had a flavor that was just off. Drunken noodle just wasn't very good and it was too spicy. Summer rolls also were subpar with iceberg lettuce. I don't think I'd come back again. read more

Oh my goodness! We had walked by this small restaurant earlier in the day and decided to cal in a to go order for dinner later that night. It's not much to look at when you walk by... But the food is some of the best Thai my husband and I have found in Oregon! He had the green curry with the most aromatic jasmine rice... Cooked perfectly. I had the beef salad- so tender/medium rare to medium with a wonderful light dressing, and we shared the combination appetizer. Highly recommend all three of these things we ordered! Anytime we're back in Silverton, we will make it a point to return! Also... Super impressed with their quick and very friendly service! Most definitely deserving of five stars! read more

I think this place mainly caters to 'togo' orders, as they seemed not very pleased with dining in option, no one else was in the restaurant, it still took a very long time to get served and overall I thought the staff was rude. The Pad Thai was really greasy & was mostly bean sprouts instead of noodles, I was disappointed. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. They need to learn how to respect customers instead of treating them with disdain. read more

A bit of perspective, our family loves Asian food, especially Thai. We picked this place sat out front during the festival. For starters, the service was fast and frequent. She took care of us, and made 5-6 stops by our table in the course of the hour. The orange chicken was the best I ever had, by far. The red curry was solid but nothing to rave about. The salad rolls and egg rolls were good, and tasted "fresh". The fried rice was also good. We will definitely be back. read more

What a wonderful little "hole in the wall" place. It doesn't look like much when you walk in but the the food is amazing. We stopped here after spending a long, exhausting day at the hospital with a family member. The woman who greeted us was energetic and funny! She was very attentive and offered some off the menu items. We shared pot stickers, which were not on the menu, and panang curry. Our rice was even served in the shape of a heart. The food was delicious, was served quickly and the service was even better. She even sent us home with some zucchini bread that she had made. I don't want to slam the place based on the salad roll order. It's not very impressive which makes me hesitant to order more. There is no green salad in the roll. It's all just light green white lettuce. It comes w plum sauce & u have to ask for peanut sauce. The peanut sauce is just acceptable. Nothing great. I realize I've been here b4. It a small front 5 tables w 2 small sidewalk facing windows u can't really see anything out of. Then it goes way back with more seating in a dark windowless area. All the way in the back are the bathrooms. Small squeeze in past the door. Nothing impressive. I forgot. Wud not come again. read more

Hand down the GREATEST Thai food on this earth. Nothing compares or even comes close. I have been going here for the past four years and am helplessly addicted to their spicy basil noodles with beef. I guarantee that if you order the spicy basil noodles, and ask them to add crispy basil on top with a side of red curry sauce, your standards for Thai food will be forever changed. The food is pretty good. My pineapple rice was kind of burned but edible. My issues are with cleanliness. The doors have black handprints all up and down them like they've never been wiped. Had I seen the bathroom before I ate, I would not have ordered. No soap, and no toilet paper. My feet were sticking to the floor. Scary. read more

We had the pleasure of meeting Nui and were comforted by her hospitality and beaming smile even under her mask. We enjoyed a chicken steamed bun that was generously sized and not in the menu. The spicy fried rice and Panang curry was delicious and perfectly portioned. We are so happy we found this place and love how they support the local community donating to the local high school with desert sales. We'll be back. read more

This is one of two Thai restaurants in Silverton. They have great tofu in curry, as well as other Thai dishes. The waitresses and waiters are very attentive and make sure your hot tea is always full. The owners of the place also operate it and wait tables - that sort of thing. We've often ordered take out from here, but one night we dined in and the owners young daughter was dancing around and singing to herself, because I couldn't understand her I thought I was in that dream sequence from Twin Peaks with a midget in a red tuxedo that talks backwards. But, it really didn't distract me from enjoying myself. read more
