About 30 minutes away, we found this little Thai place, that we weren't 100% certain about, but it had gotten good reviews. So we traveled the 30 minutes to a town called Stayton, an entered this little strip mall, where our chosen place to eat was hiding towards the back. We were a little circumspect. It didn't look all that fabulous from the outside, but we noticed several tables enjoying their food. So we decided to take a chance. And we were so glad we did. We all ordered the pho, and I have to tell you... I have lived in a number of states in the US and a couple places overseas and this was really really good pho. This little gem had really fresh ingredients and we were not disappointed. Unfortunately, for us, because it is so far away from where we live in Portland and Beaverton, it will probably be a long time before we get back here, but if you live in the area or are ever visiting nearby, definitely stop in this little place that no one would look at twice.
