The place isn't too big. The cooking station is in an awkward part of the restaurant. Right in the middle but doesn't really affect the service or the food. The waiter was very nice. We shared the Chicken Satay. I loved the cucumber sauce. It had a nice vinegary flavor. The peanut sauce could have been a bit saucier. It was chunky and the taste was ok. The satay was ok as well. The chicken looked tofu-esque but it was chicken. My husband initially ordered Tofu w/ garlic sauce but they brought chicken. The waiter was very apologetic and offered take back the chicken and do the tofu order but my husband decided to keep it. I took a taste and it was excellent! They had real pieces of garlic in it. If you're a garlic lover, you will LOVE this dish. I went w/ the Kaw Soi w/ shrimp. The broth was a little sour than how I normally like it but it was still good. Khao Soi Thai in Studio City, CA is still the best! I would come back and try some other dishes. The price point is great! We had leftovers.

My favorite Thai in NYC! Amazing good & service. Have a great lunch special as well. 10/10!

We were looking for some cheap healthy dinner and stumbled on Thai Delight. What a delight! We ordered the chicken pad thai and the wonton soup, both absolutely delicious. The restaurant was pretty empty, but the owner is friendly, and our food came out looking very fresh. I went back the next day for the same soup again! Highly recommend!

Recently moved and have been looking for an exceptional Thai spot near me. I'd say this place hits the spot! I already want to return and try other items. Very flavorful and comforting food. The service was very hospitable, and I enjoyed the intimate space inside too.

Super easy to order online and food was ready in less than 20 mins for carry out. Crab Rangoon s are really good and al is the chicken pad Thai. Papaya salad regular spicy is super spicy so avoid if you can't handle heat. Great Thai addition to Gramercy.

Sunday, 1/8/2023 around 1 ish, party of 3. We were greeted and able to sit wherever we liked. We immediately received menus and water. The gentlemen was very pleasant and patient as 2 of the diners were not familiar with Thai food. One ordered a Shrimp Tom Yum Soup which he enjoyed. The lady ordered the Basil Fried Rice with no pepper spice. She enjoyed it and took some home. I had the Chicken Drunken Noodles which were delicious and very flavorful. Thank you for cutting the hot peppers with seed big enough for me to find and push to the side. Overall, we were not rushed at all and enjoyed some time catching up over some tasty food. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our rotation.

The restaurant is slightly on the smaller side as seating is very limited. However, at the time that I went which was Friday around 1pm, there was still some seating left. The service is extremely fast and I was able to order from the lunch menu. As for the lunch menu, their portions are pretty decent for the amount you pay. I was able to get a side salad, the pad see eu, and the Thai iced tea at a discounted price.

I'm a Thai foodie from California and I really loved SaiTong! The restaurant was busy and I was by…read moremyself so I was happy to sit at the bar, and was attended to by the most sweet bartender ever. Very polite, professional and attentive. I first ordered the crispy spring rolls, which were very good. For my main I had the Massaman Curry. Now folks, this is my favorite curry of all time -- actually one of my favorite foods of all time -- and while it's common in LA where I used to live, it's not as common where I live now, in the Bay Area. And the restaurants that do carry it usually do not make it right and it's not very good. I am used to Massaman in the traditional preparation where it's more like a beef stew made with chunks of beef and needs to cook overnight. When done right it is the most aromatic curry ever -- it's almost like an aphrodisiac! -- and the beef comes out oh so tender. Usually if places have this curry but then offer a choice of protein, then it generally is not cooked properly, and that is actually how they prepare it at SaiTong. But because of such great reviews I decided to take a chance and try it. Well, let me tell you, it was definitely not the norm...it was absolutely delicious! I had it with chicken (they serve breast as default), and the chicken soaked up the curry really nicely. I also asked for there to be no onions, which I think alters the flavor of a curry too much. It does include the traditional potatoes and peanuts, and the potatoes were fine and cut into nice little chunks, the peanuts actually were thrown in raw.. what I think is the more traditional way which is to actually burn the peanuts a little bit, but that's okay, it didn't take down the dish any. Their brown rice is of the very dark kind, which I like, and goes so well with the curry. Service was wonderful from the bartender but was also provided by the rest of the staff and everyone was so nice. I left there feeling so satisfied, and cannot wait to go back and try some other dishes.

Fortunately, there were plenty of options near my Midtown hotel that offered quick delivery. Dagg Thai was just around the corner and had solid Yelp ratings. Rather than creating an online account, I called the restaurant directly and placed my order. They estimated delivery would take about 25 minutes. Less than 20 minutes later, the food was waiting for me in the hotel lobby. I ordered: * Cashew Nuts with Shrimp -- Bell peppers, onions, scallions, cashews, and dried chilies. * Dumplings -- Mixed shrimp and pork served with a soy vinaigrette dipping sauce. The Cashew Nuts with Shrimp had a flavorful, light sauce with just the right amount of heat. I really enjoyed it. My only disappointment was that the shrimp were battered and fried; I would have preferred grilled or pan-seared shrimp. The dumplings were more like shoo-mai than traditional dumplings. They were a bit dense but still flavorful and satisfying. Considering the quick delivery, the food arrived piping hot, and the excellent Cashew Nuts dish, this was an easy four-star meal.

My friend and I were heading somewhere else for dinner, but our original spot was closed for a private event. We decided to pivot and come here instead, and it worked out very much in our favor! I actually just got back from a trip to Thailand, so I went in with high hopes but a curious mind about how the authenticity and flavors would compare. While there were naturally a few little differences in taste here and there compared to being on the ground in Thailand, it didn't dim the deliciousness whatsoever. The food here is absolutely stellar. We decided to sit at the bar, and both bartenders who looked after us were incredibly friendly, helpful, and super clear when explaining the specials. I asked one of them for their favorite recommendations, and it did not disappoint. Here is what we ordered: Pineapple Fried Rice ($21): We ordered it without adding any protein, and it was packed with flavor. Highly recommend. Pad Thai ($24): We added beef to this one, but honestly, the noodles were so incredibly flavorful on their own that it didn't even need the additive! Thong Pan Sai Gai ($17): These looked almost like little tacos but were uniquely delicious. Papaya Salad ($16) & Satay Spring Rolls ($16): Perfect, fresh starters to kick off the meal. Mango Sticky Rice ($17): A must try for dessert. They use purple rice for this, and it was so yummy. For drinks, my friend ordered a Lycheetini ($19) and loved it. I had the Tangmo, Tangmo, Tangmo ($20) which was nice and refreshing. Even though our meal was a mix of great apps and sides, it was incredibly filling. We actually walked out with leftovers.
