I was skeptical coming to this place but I am so glad I went in and ordered food! I am definitely coming back for more and trying their lunch special! I had their orange chicken meal and it was amazing! I wanted to eat all of it but I had to stop myself. Their wontons are so crunchy with the middle part is so soft. My bf had the meat skewer and it was not chewy and it definitely had flavor.

I have to say, it hurts me to leave a bad review on a place like this but this has got to be by far the worst food I have ever had. The pad see ew had pieces of egg shells all over, the beef broccoli meat was absolutely disgusting, it didn't even taste like beef. It tasted like it could be rat meat and expired at that. The only thing that was OK was the orange chicken. Everything was old or burnt- from the rice, to the broccoli. It was a waste of money to say the least, I had to throw everything away because I didn't want to get sick. This place needs a food inspection asap.

Food was super fresh and flavorful. Have a good variety, from traditional Thai to more Americanized dishes for those picky eaters like me. Our order was taken quickly and the server was attentive to our needs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also like the decor/paintings.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can smell the lovely spices as soon as you walk in![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great spot.

I could've sworn I reviewed this place before, but I guess not. If I have, here's a bit more: Vegetarian review: - green curry: salty. Flavor is right, but salty. The fried tofu texture was great. Fried, but soft. - rice does NOT come with curry. You order it separately. - pad see ew: this was good. Tasty, flavorful, and probably a hair better than others. This is a small hole in the wall, and service was good (it was a call-in order, pick-up). Parking: easy.

Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) Lunch Special, comes with white rice + eggroll and soup

Great takeout for the price! I'm a big fan of their lunch specials that come with white rice, egg roll, and a soup. Highly recommend their pad kee mao (drunken noodle), pad see ew, and boat noodle! The Boat Noodle DEFINITELY has a kick. It is pretty spicy and I was unable to select a spice level online. It was a great flavor and not as sweet as some spots can be.

Clean and nice wide view of Bellflower Blvd.

Dined in before ugly storm 2-13-25. So this place use to be called Thai Melody I think. And honestly have never tried it so my friend and I decided, why the heck not. After our Gardening Club meeting in Bellflower, we really wanted something tasty. And Aon was the sweetest person to serve us. She made great recommendations for our next visit. The lunch specials are THe BOMB. So much food for $12.95!! Can't beat it. The pad thai with pork was perfect noodles, not too sweet and balanced with fresh bean sprouts. And the pork was soft and tender, not hard. Yay! The soup with the meal was good too, they even added brocoli & carrots. Not much of the places we eat at ever get this nutritious. Lunch combo comes with an egg roll too. Oh boy! Crispy. My friend ordered the yellow curry and that was a lot of food as well. We both shared so we got to try it all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are probably 6-7 tables to sit 4 ppl each.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was enough parking spots there next to the Laundry Mat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathroom is decent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most of all the service was superb and food amazing. We are going to hit this place up for more thai food awesomeness!!

Not my favorite but wanted to give it a chance. The crying tiger steak looks like it was cooked long ago then served. Sauce not spicy or sour. Bummer

Pretty solid option for a local Thai restaurant. Love the newly decorated store and friendly service. Price is also pretty reasonable. I got the drunken noodles today and it was pretty good. I'll be back to try their lunch specials next time.

    Hair in food

Ordered take out yesterday - there were egg shells in my pad Thai and a hair in my That Boat Noodles. First experience with this place was horrible based on the food I received. Won't be ordering from here again.

    Mango sticky rice

The combination of authentic Thai tea paired with the tantalizing decadence of mango sticky rice and service is a win!!! Give this place a spin

I was looking for a new spot to try on my lunch break and after seeing the photos I decided to give this new spot a try. I'm glad it did! The food was delicious and the service was great. They were very attentive and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice clean and cute ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely be back. Lots of food for the price too! I had drunken noodles and the egg rolls and a Thai tea!

Food is Good! This mom and pop Thai restaurant popped up as I was exploring what to eat for lunch. Had the Thai boat noodles and the crab fried rice. Both were tasty. The prices were reasonable and they give good portion size. Will definitely come again to try the other food they have to offer.

The food ordered is good. Ordered crying tiger and fried rice chicken. The sauce for crying tiger is good but the beef is somewhat chewy.

I felt almost confused at first, like as if the restaurant wasn't even sure of its own identity. However, once I started eating the food, I understood and am extremely impressed. I had ordered the crawfish pasta, popcorn chicken (spicy), and fried baos. The pasta was cooked perfectly with chunks of crawfish and sausage in a creamy tomato-esque sauce. I usually don't care for crawfish, but it was so delicious here. The sauce was so buttery and creamy, and the sausage added a cajun spice to the dish. The components are all very seafood boil, but felt different and innovative with unique flavors. The popcorn chicken was seasoned very well and had the perfect fried, crispy texture you'd expect from popcorn chicken. What really made this unique was the sauce that it was served with. I am not sure what exactly the sauce is, but it tastes like a ginger scallion sauce that is served with Chinese boiled chicken. The sauce is a little more elevated and flavorful than a traditional ginger scallion sauce. I would've never thought to combine popcorn chicken with it, but it works! The fried baos were the most surprising to me. I was keeping my expectations low because I usually think frying something that's not normally fried doesn't always bode well. Fear not, the baos were fried perfectly. They were fried lightly while the inside kept your typical bao consistency. Also, in case you were wondering the type of bao, it is basically a steamed bao with ground pork, and I think an egg yolk inside. The flavors felt very much like traditional dim sum, yet new and fresh. Hats off to the chefs and the creators of these dishes. So innovative while still keeping the familiar Asian flavors! I ordered delivery, so this review was solely based off of the food.

I've always liked this spot as a late-night eatery, and the food itself is still good, the broth is flavorful, and the noodles and other dishes have generally been enjoyable. That's why I was especially disappointed by how our most recent visit was handled. We arrived around midnight and put our name on the waitlist. There were a few parties ahead of us, and around 12:30 AM, the host came out and explained that at that point, seating was no longer guaranteed, despite the restaurant being scheduled to close at 1:30 AM. We decided to continue waiting and were eventually seated around 1:00 AM. We ordered immediately, and our food came out shortly afterward around 1:15 AM. At exactly 1:30 AM, while we were still finishing our meal, our server came over and said that they were closing and asked if we wanted boxes for the remaining food. Technically, it was phrased as a reminder and an offer to provide boxes for our food, but the implication was very clear: we needed to leave. That was what made the situation particularly uncomfortable. We completely understood that the restaurant was closing and had no intention of staying past closing to socialize or linger. We were literally still eating the food we had just ordered around 1:15 AM. We had only been seated for about 30 minutes, ordered immediately, and were already nearly finished when the server approached us. We had also already paid our bill. The timing just left an awkward feeling. If the restaurant closes at 1:30 AM and customers who are seated close to closing are expected to be completely finished and out by that time, I think that should be communicated before seating them. It would have allowed us to decide whether waiting until 1:00 AM was worthwhile. I also understand that employees need to finish their shifts and close the restaurant on time, and I respect that. My issue is more with the overall communication and the way the situation was handled. Being seated at 1:00 AM, ordering immediately, receiving our food around 1:15 AM, and then essentially being told at 1:30 AM that it was time to leave made the experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. This isn't a review based on the food, the food is still good. It's about the overall experience and customer service during this particular visit. Unfortunately, what should have been a nice late night meal ended with an awkward feeling that stayed with us after we left. Because of this experience, I can no longer give this location the five stars I previously gave it. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback, because I do think the situation could have been handled much more smoothly and with clearer communication upfront.
