Food was very good. Portions were large. They got me with the free sample of chicken. Price was better then others Asian food place. I do not like spicy so I was hesitant at first. They have spicy food. But, about half of the food was not spicy. The place was clean. But, you can not see the cooking area. The staff was very, very friendly.

Fresh hot and tasty Chinese food at Ruby Thai kitchen. In my opinion, much better than Panda Express. The staff is constantly offering FREE samples to help you decide. Have a great day!

Located in the Cerritos mall food court, this place is a bit cheaper than Panda Express and you definitely get more food. The quality is not as good though. They are always offering free samples as you walk-by and that is great. Get the mango chicken, it's similar to orange chicken. The noodles and other dishes were not very good. TLDR; out of the mall food court options, it's comparable to Panda Express. You get more food for your buck but the quality is worse.

Food is very flavorful. The portions are good size. The price is very good especially for a food court. Limited entrees but what they have is very tasty. Large selection of sides. Not just limited to rice or chow mein. Give them a try

Save your money. The meat sample was delicious. But I ordered the Pad Thai. Umm, gross. It's not even pad Thai. Bummer. Save your money and go to Panda Express. I usually Yelp new places. It has three stars. I should have known.

Expensive! Their to go box is very small. The partition is very small and doesn't taste like Thai food.

Cold food and everything really sucks. Not recommended. Stay away. Went and got shrimp and noodles.

Pretty decent for mall food. Tasty and hot. The price is also reasonable given that you are in the mall.

Avengers Assemble! So we have been coming to this place for…read moreover a decade... basically since the first Iron Man movie came out. It is always 6 out of 5 stars. This is defintely the best Thai food in the area. It hits your tastebuds harder than Hulk smashing Loki. The curries are rich in flavor and the noodles are perfectly cooked,, the texture is just spot on. I feel like Doctor Strange when I eat here just experiencing all the different flavor timelines at once. The Pad Kra Pow is superb and the seafood is just divine! But here is the real superpower. they can make dishes with absolutely no sugar! I usually keep a pretty close eye on carbs and sugar, so finding a spot that does this is huge. Most places can't do that cause their curries are pre-prepped like mass-produced Ultron bots. But Original Thai makes it to order from scratch. It is like Shuri customizing your gear right in the Wakandan lab. The ladies here are super friendly and treat you like family.. Prices are very reasonable so you don't need Tony Stark money to eat like a king. Food and service are wonderful. Highly recomended.

The Pad Thai noodles were a little stuck together, but the flavor was still solid. The crab fried rice had great taste and was definitely the highlight. There were a few small pieces of crab shell in the rice, but honestly, it just confirmed they're using the real deal and not imitation. The cream cheese wontons weren't the best we've had, but they were still decent. We did have one small issue, my wife went in to grab our food and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and was were told it was already in the bag, but when we got home there was only one included. Overall, even with a few minor hiccups, the food was tasty and we'll still go back.

Plenty of seating but the waiting area was pretty impacted that others had to wait outside. We were able to try the moo tod nam pla (crispy pork belly), pad thai, super crab fried rice, and this hot pot with noodles. We thought the hot pot with noodles would come as a soup, but was surprised to see it was like pancit (a Filipino noodle dish)-- tasted like it too and was pretty simple. The other times I've come here, I have been able to try the khao soi (yellow curry broth with egg noodles) and the kapow (chili garlic dish with protein of choice). I still think those two dishes reign out as my favorite at this restaurant. It was a plus though that they gave free thai tea to mothers in celebration of the holiday-- only a few restaurants do that so 1 extra star for that!

That excitement slowly dwindled as the wait continued, I still waited about 10 mins after tables cleared up. The service was lack luster and immensely slow, I didn't get checked up on once throughout my meal, I was given one napkin even though there were two of us dining, and it took a very long time to finally get the check. As far as the food goes I will say the food was quite good. Though I do have some critics this may just be more or personal taste. The Roti & Curry (Yellow curry) was quite delicious but the Roti was very oily to where a bite felt like putting a teaspoon of oil in my mouth. The curry was a little too strong and sharp in flavor where it was confusing to know if I loved it or hated it. The Thai Tea was phenomenal probably one of the best I've had and I highly recommend it, super flavorful and perfect level of sweetness. The Drunken noodles were good but they were dry, I was expecting some drunk noodles not sober ones. Overall this is just your average Thai restaurant, the food wasn't bad, but the service was definitely the most frustrating part.

So today I decided to bring a friend out to try authentic Thai food and Can Coon did not disappoint us at all. I ordered Nam Kao Tod : Crispy rice with ground pork ,ginger, peanut I ordered not spicy B/C my friend can't handle the heat. Thai flavors are like how I experienced in Thailand so flavorful they made it just right. My favorite dish. Nuah Num Tok: It's beef salad with roasted rice lime juice red onions I asked to cooked the steak medium rare and it came out perfect Chinese Broccoli with Crispy Pork: this dish is my all time favorite. Crispy Pork was nice and crispy not chewy not hard at all Can Coon knows how to make this dish so well. Chinese Broccoli was not over cooked it was fresh and crunchy. Last dish was a Thai Menudo soup Or #45 Tom Kreong Nai The beef was so tender melt in my mouth, tribes was crunchy not over cooked we loved it with a hint of limes I added more of chilies powder B/C Thai food is all about the heat and spicy. The Thai Lady that took care of us is super sweet and friendly She's very attentive always keeps my glass full. She makes sure we got everything we need and with smile too. The restaurant is very clean no trash on the floor no stain or food left on the table. The Ambiance was nice and quiet not too loud we can have a normal conversation without yelling at each other. We will be back soon. Kob Khun Ka.
