Husband and I came in with our 5 kiddos and we all had an amazing time! We had 5 star service, thailicious catered to our every need, kiddos were given stickers and all types of sweets! The inside is very cute and warm, the lighting is dim very relaxing probably helped kiddos stay a bit calm. We ordered their fried wontons and satay chicken for appetizers, really liked the presentation. Kiddos had orange chicken and fried rice and they devoured everything and these kids are a bit picky. Husband and I had the Thai beef boat and crying tiger both really good! I highly recommend!

Came here for lunch with my son and had their pad see ew with beef, while my son had the same with chicken. My son got their Thai tea. Parking is easy, service great, food came out fast - glad I stopped in while in the area this week.

Thailicious is a small hole in the wall eatery in a strip mall off of South and Norwalk Blvd. My friend and I ordered a few appetizers that were pretty ordinary and run-of-the-mill. But what did stand out was the tom yum noodle soup, which was exceptional. The tangy and spicy base paired perfectly with the vermicelli noodles, to the point that I'm surprised more Thai restaurants don't offer this combination. I also appreciated that they offer different sizes, so I was able to finish my small soup without wasting any. Lastly, service was friendly and attentive. To sum it up, I'll definitely be back for more tom yum noodle soup. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.

THAILICIOUS !!! Let's talk about it the menu is actually larger than expected especially with it being a smaller establishment. , but I was happy I was able to have options , I order the eggrolls , or gyoza and silver noodles and everything was absolutely delicious and filling . The service was great , immediately greeted and served a cup of water , my waiter tip was really cool dude love how he engaged with the customers and his bubbly attitude , and let's not forget his HONESTY! I was going to order more but he ensured me this was enough food especially for just 1 person and it was so thank you tip for saving me money . The ambiance, clean . I'll definitely go back to Try more things in the menu .

Best Thai food in the Cerritos/Artesia area! I've been looking for authentic, flavorful Thai food and I finally found it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the Pad See Ew and the Green Curry--both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and the service was quick. Small, cozy spot, but worth it. Will definitely be back! Found my new go-to spot for Thai! Their lunch specials are a great value, and the food comes out hot and fast. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, and the veggies were fresh. If you love authentic flavors, this is the place. Friendly service and easy parking, too!

Stopped by for their lunch special, and I went with their most popular dish, the Sweet Basil with ground pork. It also came with two sides, so I grabbed the Tom Yum Soup and a side of white rice. The flavors here are bold and authentic, exactly what you want when you're craving Thai food. I asked for extra spicy, and they delivered, no questions asked. The Tom Yum Soup was the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, and the Sweet Basil pork was loaded with flavor. The inside was a little dead, but I think that's normal for a slow rush hour. Service was quick and friendly, parking was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely planning to come back.

Came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. It's located right next to Honey Bakery. Got seated right away since it wasn't busy at all. Friendly and attentive service from staff. My niece and I shared Pad Thai with tofu as our protein. We were asked how we wanted our tofu cooked, steamed or fried, so my niece chose steamed. The pad thai was flavorful but it was too soft and saucy for my liking. Other things to mention: - There is one gender neutral restroom. - Plenty of parking in the lot - Max of 3 cards to split the bill

I accidentally stumbled upon this place while getting gas on the corner of Artesia and South. Although the parking lot is a little suspect as it really needs some TLC, the inside of the restaurant was inviting. I was escorted to a table by a waitress. The place is super tiny, so not too many tables here. I ordered their lunch special which was affordable and offered healthy portions. The service was phenomenal. I made the mistake of not ordering rice with my sweet basil ground pork dish, but my food was delicious! It even came with a soup which was amazing. Definitely coming back in the near future.

This was the best Pad Thai I have ever had. It was beautifully made and the portions of food here are huge, so I would suggest sharing if you are eating here with friends/family. As for the Tom Yum Soup, it was delicious, with the perfect balance of sour and spicy. The waiter was also very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a welcoming feeling to it. I will 100% be coming back in the future to try their other dishes.

Hi Ruth. We are still closed. I will keep you posted when we open back up. We still working on getting our license back.

Is this place closed? I tried calling. No answer. So we drove there and it looked like maybe some construction inside? Wasn't sure. But they wouldn't answer the phone. :(

Looks like they lost a license or something - the owner posted about it under another similar question that was asked they are looking to get it back & reopen soon.

Did you guys change phone numbers or something? I have been trying to order my food both online and over the phone and I either get voicemail or that the online service is not available right now. Can you please update? Thank you!

From the reviewers the food seems good. How are the portions?

Good! I ordered take-out (Panang curry + Garlic Pepper Beef) and they filled all the containers :)

This is defintely the best Thai food in the area. It hits your tastebuds harder than Hulk smashing Loki. The curries are rich in flavor and the noodles are perfectly cooked,, the texture is just spot on. I feel like Doctor Strange when I eat here just experiencing all the different flavor timelines at once. The Pad Kra Pow is superb and the seafood is just divine! But here is the real superpower. they can make dishes with absolutely no sugar! I usually keep a pretty close eye on carbs and sugar, so finding a spot that does this is huge. Most places can't do that cause their curries are pre-prepped like mass-produced Ultron bots. But Original Thai makes it to order from scratch. It is like Shuri customizing your gear right in the Wakandan lab. The ladies here are super friendly and treat you like family.. Prices are very reasonable so you don't need Tony Stark money to eat like a king. Food and service are wonderful. Highly recomended.

The Pad Thai noodles were a little stuck together, but the flavor was still solid. The crab fried rice had great taste and was definitely the highlight. There were a few small pieces of crab shell in the rice, but honestly, it just confirmed they're using the real deal and not imitation. The cream cheese wontons weren't the best we've had, but they were still decent. We did have one small issue, my wife went in to grab our food and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and was were told it was already in the bag, but when we got home there was only one included. Overall, even with a few minor hiccups, the food was tasty and we'll still go back.

Plenty of seating but the waiting area was pretty impacted that others had to wait outside. We were able to try the moo tod nam pla (crispy pork belly), pad thai, super crab fried rice, and this hot pot with noodles. We thought the hot pot with noodles would come as a soup, but was surprised to see it was like pancit (a Filipino noodle dish)-- tasted like it too and was pretty simple. The other times I've come here, I have been able to try the khao soi (yellow curry broth with egg noodles) and the kapow (chili garlic dish with protein of choice). I still think those two dishes reign out as my favorite at this restaurant. It was a plus though that they gave free thai tea to mothers in celebration of the holiday-- only a few restaurants do that so 1 extra star for that!

That excitement slowly dwindled as the wait continued, I still waited about 10 mins after tables cleared up. The service was lack luster and immensely slow, I didn't get checked up on once throughout my meal, I was given one napkin even though there were two of us dining, and it took a very long time to finally get the check. As far as the food goes I will say the food was quite good. Though I do have some critics this may just be more or personal taste. The Roti & Curry (Yellow curry) was quite delicious but the Roti was very oily to where a bite felt like putting a teaspoon of oil in my mouth. The curry was a little too strong and sharp in flavor where it was confusing to know if I loved it or hated it. The Thai Tea was phenomenal probably one of the best I've had and I highly recommend it, super flavorful and perfect level of sweetness. The Drunken noodles were good but they were dry, I was expecting some drunk noodles not sober ones. Overall this is just your average Thai restaurant, the food wasn't bad, but the service was definitely the most frustrating part.

Honestly, it's basically…read morethe same broth, the king version just loads it up with brisket, tendon, tripe, and meatballs, so think of it as a fully stacked boat noodle. The broth is the star here. It's rich, flavorful, slightly sweet with a tangy kick, pretty sure there's some tangerine going on in there. Just a heads up, even "mild spicy level" has a noticeable heat, so if you're sensitive to spice, don't try to be brave... go no spice. The meats were surprisingly good, tender, not chewy, which is where a lot of places mess up. Noodles came out hot, no complaints there. We also got mango sticky rice and this is where they really sealed the deal. Mango was perfectly in season, juicy, sweet, not that sad sour off-season stuff. Sticky rice was soft and actually tasted like it was made fresh, not reheated from yesterday. Waitress was attentive and nice. Place itself is small, clean, modern, very mom-and-pop but done right, not rundown. I will definitely come back.

It's tucked in a small strip mall with limited parking. The inside is very small, but cozy, clean, and has a warm mom and pop feel to it. The menu is pretty big with lots of options to choose from. _Chicken Satay ($11.59) Strips of chicken charcoal broiled. Served with peanut sauce and cucumber chutney. Always a must try. This was probably one of the most well cooked and seasoned satay. Very moist and well flavored. The peanut sauce was spot on and the vinegar sweet chutney is a perfect balance and adds a nice crunch texture. _Tom Kha Fish Noodle Soup ($14.99) Rice noodles with fresh fish filet, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, galangal, kaffir lime, leaves in coconut milk spicy & sour soup. I would grow up having Tom Kha soup with my dad but was surprised as I've never seen fish kha in a noodle soup. I've had lots of Tom Kha and this is one of the top 3 I've had. The perfect amount of spices and aromas. Not too acidic or watery, and the right amount of sweetness. The fish was soft and had a good amount. The noodles were glass noodles, which was nice but I will say towards the end, the noodle soaks a lot of the broth. I would probably switch out for a different type of noodle next time. _Spicy Fried Rice ($13.79) Stir-fried with green beans, bell pepper, basil and your choice of chicken, pork or tofu. My bf ordered this and he did ask for medium but it was not really spicy (and that's coming from me, someone who really can't do spicy) Second time he ordered it mild and he said it was better and it did pack a bit more of a punch. I do appreciate that the rice was well seasoned and not too oily or buttery. _Orange Chicken ($13.79) Chicken breaded stir fried with Orange sauce. We have been on an orange chicken kick and compare to our favorite at Northern Cafe. We were pleasantly surprised, that this actually knocked it out. To be fair, its very different. I'm used to orange chicken being very sweet and heavy on sauce. This was more of a light sauce that had a tangerine flavor profile, so not overpowering, but still tasting the chicken with the sweetness being the enhancement instead of the main component. _Yen Ta Fo ($14.99) Pink rice noodles with special red soup, shrimp, squid, fish-balls, fish cake, imitation crab stick, tofu, white fungus & vegetables. I first saw this, when my gf, whom is Thai ordered it and I was intrigued as it was a dish I have never seen. I tried a bit and was a fan so when I saw they had it, I had to try their version. The soup was the perfect balance of sweet and sour (and I generally don't like sour), a bit acidic but also had a subtle light and refreshing taste to it. The white fungus had a nice chew to it, but more texture than taste. Safe to say we have found our new favorite Thai restaurant. We came here twice, and both times service is always very inviting and kind. Price is very fair for the quality and quantity.
