This is a classic example of a great restaurant that has completely lost its way in a few months and is now an average, and poor service based dining establishment. What Asian restaurant does not have Chile Sauce and has not had it for several months and a classic example of not caring about the food quality, is the fact that in the Tom Ka soup they are substituting White Button Mushrooms for the Straw Mushrooms that are traditional in this soup. Thank you to the owners for purposely disconnecting the phone lines when you guys are busy we the customers really appreciate it ... I understand that your establishment gets very busy (which is good) but it's A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. Also TO WHOEVER IS READING THIS DO NOT TIP YOUR SERVER IF THEY ARE BEING RUDE !!! They don't deserve it . Food here is so good and fresh! We love most things we've tried, except the orange chicken. Very strong, tastes like perfume. But their teriyaki chicken is probably the best I've had. Their fried rice is delicious and their tea is very refreshing! I would recommend but make sure you get there on time. Those ladies do not like to be kept late! My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the 1st time last night. We had the Orange Shrimp , Stir fried vegetables and egg rolls. We'd never had orange shrimp before. It was beyond delicious. It was delectable!! We'd never tasted anything like it before. The stir fried vegetables were by far the best vegetable dish I've ever had. The seasoning was outstanding! The portions are more than ample. The egg rolls are made fresh in house daily. Although we ordered take out the service was outstanding! Definitely worth your money ! My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. Until today. 3 of us at our table orders sodas, my mom ordered a hot water (she brought her own tea bag due to dietary restrictions), and was informed NO outside drinks were allowed. NOT EVEN A TEA BAG or they were going to charge her hot water as a regular drink. We explained she has dietary restrictions yet the waitress didn't seem to care and was hell bent on the "rules". We asked to speak to the manager and the manager would not come out to speak to us. The waitress told us we would have to pay for the HOT WATER or leave. So we gladly left and took our business elsewhere. This place has really gone down hill - ESPECIALLY the service. HORRIBLE customer service. The table next to us asked for extra mint in their water and was told that would be an extra charge. Will not be coming back. Good luck staying in business with this kind of attitude. read more

They always have fast service. The food is always hot and good. My only complaint would be the soup on the lunch special is never over half way full. Very small portion of soup. The lunch special prices are good though. We had the appetizer sampler platter this time and it was very good. The food is very flavorful I'll give them that. I have been coming here for years but they have gotten really stingy with their portions. I ordered the pad Kee mow(drunken noddle) and when they brought it out, only half the plate was full. I asked the waitress if this was the right portion and she said it was. I loved coming here but when you're paying a premium price don't skimp out on the customers. All the waitress had to do was bring me out just a little bit more. I'm not kidding the serving I received was probably only enough for a kids meal of some sort. Let me begin by stating that the atmosphere is wonderful and the service was great. +BBQ CHICKEN: -The presentation wasn't too impressive and it looked a little awkward sitting on top of iceberg lettuce, other then that I would give the presentation 3/5. - The taste was 4/5 the BBQ flavor and amount was really delicious and mostly juicy, there were very few dry pieces of chicken, but not enough to stop me from eating. Surprisingly enough the iceberg lettuce complemented the BBQ chicken by providing a fresh cook crunch aside from the Sweet BBQ/Fried rice, and the lettuce moisture created a small sauce that heavily complimented the fried rice. On first attempt at the rice I felt it was missing something but with the BBQ/iceberg concoction it was mouth watering. +The salad - can't say much other then their dressing is amazing, I didn't get more than one bite as my wife enjoyed my salad so much I let her have it. + The chicken rice soup - A great appetizer!!! Delicious and light, they brought it out quickly with the salad. +My wife's PAD THAI: - Presentation 4/5 (due to generous portion) - Taste, usually it's 5/5, and I rarely get to post a picture because it's so good I don't take the time to review it... today it was 2/5. It was missing that "omg it's so good I can't stop eating" aspect that it usually has.... something is different although upon asking they stated the recipe is consistent. My wife requested it to be remade and had the same outcome. She decided she didn't want it at all and ate some of my BBQ Chicken. We will be back to try the pad Thai again, we hope it's our 5/5 pad Thai, if it is we will beg them to ensure it stays that way.
