Mango salad

I've driven past this restaurant for so many years and I finally got in. WOW. Sorry I didn't get here sooner! The take out orders are flying out the door so we know this must be the spot! Dined in. Gorgeous restaurant. Staff are amazing. And the food! The freshest you could find. Huge selection of menu items. Something for everyone. Vegetarian as well. Perfect portions. Not too small, not overflowing. Just right. We shared the Royal Peanut Dumplings, you get 4. Perfect flavor. I had the mango salad. I'm still blown away at how delicious it was. I've never had a salad like this, and it was spicy and tangy and I could have licked the bowl. They can modulate the spice level. This was beyond my expectations and can't wait to have it again. My hubby had the spicy drunken noodles with beef and said it was delicious. I had a Thai iced tea. A perfect date night for us. We'll be back!

Let's just say I'm a Thai food fanatic. And if I had to choose only one Thai restaurant in NY to visit for all of my days, it would be this quaint gem in Long Island. Every time my husband and I make the trek to Walmart from the city, this place is our unspoken motivation behind the journey. The service is quick & consistent, and the food slaps every time! Typically, we'll find ourselves here during the lunch special, and we're seated in comfort right away. If you're in the area, don't think about it, just go! It's well worth your time, money, and appetite.

Came across this little gem when my husband and I were looking for dinner on a Thursday evening. This restaurant popped up on our GPS and we were so hungry we just went with it, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was empty but they had a lot of takeout orders. Upon entering we were greeted by two cheerful ladies and was seated immediately. The restaurant's decor was very cute. We ordered the spring rolls, calamari, and for dinner chicken pad thai, and massaman curry. The food was delicious, we eat Thai food quite often but this surpassed other restaurants. The paid Thai was not dry and super flavorful, the curry was seasoned perfectly with right amount of peanut sauce. The service was awesome our wireless was super nice and attentive. Cannot wait to try other dishes. I cann

Very unhappy with my experience. Came here for an anniversary dinner and I guess the waitress forgot our order? The pineapple fried rice came out and after waiting 15 minutes for the other dish to come out and no progress we started eating the fried rice and it was already cold We asked for how long the second dish would take and we were told it's coming. It took an whole 45 mins but we were done eating and no longer in the mood so we took it to go. No apologies at all Not coming back The food tasted good but I can spend my money elsewhere

Please remember to follow CDC guidelines in regards to COVID and please don't visit restaurants if you or someone in your party does not feel well. This spot really surprised me! First off, it was much larger than I anticipated and it was beautiful! I unfortunately don't have pictures of the interior but it was very spacious and the ambiance was very relaxing. There were lights along the window, which gave a very relaxing vibe. The restaurant maintained the COVID requirement of at least 6 feet and I was pretty comfortable eating here. Onto the food! The calamari was standard, and was similar to the calamari I've had at other Thai restaurants. The seasoning was average, and could have been better. The tempura was a bit harder than expected and the squid itself was a tiny bit chewy. Overall, it was pretty decent app. The Hoi Jor was very unique and was a completely new experience. It was a bit oily but was very flavorful. There was a mix of crabmeat, shrimp, and water chestnuts that were wrapped in a dried bean curd sheet. Overall, it was delicious! The Massaman Curry was very rich and creamy, and the avocado was a great touch! I especially loved that it wasn't too thick or watery; the consistency of the curry was perfect. The aroma of the curry further contributed to its deliciousness. The Spicy Drunken Noodles was amazing! It was spicy so beware if you don't like spicy. But I felt the spiciness only enhanced the taste and flavor. The noodles had a firm consistency, and absorbed the flavor perfectly. I can see why this is a popular dish! Overall, this was a great restaurant and I will definitely return. The ambiance is wonderful, and makes the restaurant a great spot for dinner with family, a hangout with friends, or a cute date night spot.

Ordered takeout on seamless. This place had decent reviews on seamless and delivered in my neighborhood. It's pretty good. We ordered Spicy Basil Fried Rice with shrimp, Udon Drunken Noodle with shrimp, and Pot Sticker with chicken in it. It was slightly cold when it arrived. But not their fault. It traveled. I even plated it and had a glass of rosé with it. Allowed us the choose spice level. Option of mild, medium, spicy, very spicy. We chose spicy. This was actually spicy and I enjoy spice. Not unbearable but good. Udon noodles not pictured.

Visit Date: August 28, 2020 I was so excited to learn that if pad thai is made with rice noodles it's gluten free. I haven't had pad thai in forever because I thought the noodles were not gluten free and I was on my nutrition plan for so long. So I was looking for dinner and ordered from thai chic bistro. The pad thai was great I missed it so much and now that I'm not a vegetarian anymore I added chicken to it and it was awesome. This place is really good and I'd come back here again occasionally for some thai food.

Cheers!

I had a great experience at Thai Chic Bistro. Ambiance is lovely, along with excellent food and service. What more could a foodie girl want? I ordered the appetizer sampler with a glass of Pinot Grigio (may be named differently on the menu but includes 'money bags', spring rolls, dumplings, etc.) it was delicious to say the least. I, personally, did not need an entree after that. It was filling and flavorful. For dessert, I ordered the coconut ice cream which was also delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant and I intend to visit again to try their drunken noodle!

It's becoming ritualistic the way I frequent this place. Thai Chic Bistro is my hands down number 1 go to spot whenever I'm forced to do the dreadful Walmart run The food is very Authentic and looks delicious. They always put an emphasis on the details so the camera eats first. The service is great , the staff is very pleasant. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal. The Happy Hour is from 11am to 3pm I think and they offer a variety of choices. awesome signature cocktails & mocktails . The decor is antique but polished. Lots of seating available between two separate rooms. One room is dim and has more of a intimate feel, while the opposite room is very bright with huge windows letting in lots of natural light which I love. This place is a must try. As much as I don't like the monthly Walmart run I actually look forward to it because I know Thai bistro is patiently awaiting my arrival

A fairly new place in Hewlett, with pretty good food, and great people to serve you. They have a small parking lot next door.

Delivery fees almost made me reconsider. The pad Thai was just ok. The star were the curry puffs.

The atmosphere is modern and stylish with a nice bar area that lots of people mention in other reviews. The vibe feels lively but still relaxed enough for lunch or drinks with friends. They have a sleek interior and the bar is a fun spot to hang out. Their happy hour is only on Thursdays from 4:30 to 6:30 and it's worth planning around that. I've grabbed a few happy hour bites and drinks and they are always good. They do have creative cocktails and quality sushi and small plates during happy hour. I will say their non-lunch prices are on the higher end compared to other Asian fusion places around here, but they do offer a big variety of options. You can get everything from sushi and sashimi to ramen, noodles, rice bowls, and more creative fusion entrees. For what you get the variety and quality make it worth it to me. The food is always yummy whether I am grabbing lunch, takeout, or eating in. Everything I have ordered has been flavorful, fresh, and comes out fast which I love when I am grabbing lunch on a work break or picking up takeout after a long day. I've never had a slow order or a mix-up with takeout which is something I appreciate. Overall Moca Asian Bistro is one of my favorite Asian fusion spots around Hewlett. The modern vibe, great bar, big menu, and consistently tasty food keep me coming back again and again. If you like variety, good happy hour deals, and quick service this is a great choice.

Its been a few years since I last ate at Little Fu's but I was happy to see that everything pretty much stayed the same! I love the ambiance!! Not a fancy restaurant and it doesn't have to be! But, you look around and the decor is perfect, authentic, and sets the mood for a great Chinese dinner! The menu is extensive offering Chinese, Vegetarian and Japanese dishes. Its huge, not really a menu, more like a book! The service is always friendly, attentive and accomodating. Our waitress came back to our table several times to ask if there anything else we needed! I was with my husband and it was getting late so we ordered simple and split all! Fried Dumplings and Boneless Spare Ribs appetizers, Rice Wine Shrimp for the main dish! NOTE - The menu lists this dish under Chefs Specialties as Rice Wine Chicken! They will prepare it with Shrimp but you have to ask as Rice Wine Shrimp is not on the menu! Dumplings - probably the best you'll ever have. Big, completely filled with a very flavorful meat, and perfectly fried. Boneless Spare Ribs - delicious, cooked perfectly and flavorful. Pretty large portion and none left! Need I say more?? Rice Wine Shrimp - very flavorful and served with jumbo Shrimp! You can choose whatever vegetables you would like included. You may not think this goes with the dish but get them anyway, trust me, it does! Onions!!!! Also ask for extra sauce! I was a regular at Little Fu's when I lived in the area!
