The cup felt flimsy, like if you squeeze too hard might pop the cover off, no big deal if the actual drink is great, then you bypass this BUT unfortunately this has to be one of the saddest bubble tea drinks I've had in a while. The drink was warm!!! Ugh, the ice was added last so therefore it melted immediately and so by the time it got to me, warm... I'm like ok I can add ice at home lol .. I had the mango and my boyfriend the peach. Both flavors were good, but both warm with ice is just not the same. We had it with tapioca bubbles and mango/peach popping boba. The popping boba was good but the tapioca pearls were SOOO HARD and a weird orange see through color so either they weren't ready or they were old! They were so hard they kept clogging our straw and couldn't sip our drink... everything about it was just a disappointment, I was so sad because I've been going there for years and I've loved their bubble tea and never had that problem! For the rice I actually got a half and half blend of sushi rice and black rice. My nitpick would be the amount of rice given, I felt like there wasn't enough.
