Well, not horrible but the service is very slow even at times when there are hardly any patrons. All three of our dishes came out lukewarm, as if they had been waiting to be brought out for a while. Getting refills on the drinks was nearly impossible. The interior is very dated ,Worn and on the edge of being dirty . Far better options relatively close, but if there's a particular item, you just have to have off their menu it may be worth it to you. Parking is a touch limited so avoid busier times . read more

I would give this "restaurant ", if I would even call it that, a zero. Was here today to have dinner with two relatives that are both handicapped. A young person pulled up right before them and parked in the handicapped spot crooked. I asked him nicely to please move and why. He refused and was extremely rude. He was picking up food. I'm assuming, Doordashing. I asked the manager to intervene and she said there was nothing she could do. I am furious. The worst customer service I have ever had!!! read more

Pretty pleased with the food and service. Surprised me too lol I wanted a good burger and the whisky burger did not disappoint. I see why the average review is 2.5...simply EGREGRIOUS...the GM has horrible customer service skills on top of my order being screwed up for the 3rd time in a row...she had the audacity to be irritated with me because i was irritated that my lunch order was screwed up once again...i picked up 45 minutes after placing order & order was not ready...she did not know how to enter e-gift card...took her over 5 minutes to process payment...for me to find out my order was put in incorrectly...when I asked for a correction, she had the nerve to suck her teeth and this rubbed me completely wrong...i asked for a refund and as i tried to grab my 2nd receipt, she tried to grab it first...i snatched it off the pad & she yells "don't touch me"...I didn't touch the trick but at this point i was livid...don't freaking lie on me...i do not recommend this location as she is a bit comfortable with handling customers in that manner...not me sis!!! Bartender is busy she comes over to me and is very nice, takes my order gives me my drink. No problems with her. Ordering online was fairly easy. Went to the bar to have a tequila sunrise while I waited since I got there 20-30 early. Bartenders very friendly and attention and the drink was delicious! My order was brought to me when they said it would be and the waitress (Andy?) was great! Plenty of food, the ribs fall off the bone, the shrimp are big and crispy. Good broccoli and mashed potatoes. They do need to warn people when the sauce has a bite to it. I don't like peppery flavors. The server I had took about 10 min to bring be my soda. Then I ordered the new York bacon cheddar burger with fries. Took over 35 min to bring the food out. After receiving my food. It was good done right but waiting so long for dinner is not good. Especially when it was not even that packed to begin with. I don't see myself coming back to this location again. When in the area. We haven't been to a TGIFridays in ages. We stopped in to try the endless $10apps. We were seated in a corner booth and our server was Morenzo. I hope you get him! As a matter of fact...ASK FOR HIM! We wanted just a quick bite...nothing major. We did 2 rounds of apps. The first time it was mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. The second round was potato skins and chicken flat bread. The moz sticks were great...almost melt in your mouth. The fried pickles were ok. The potato skins wet as expected and the chicken flat bread....well that was DRY. Skip that! After handing out halloween candy tonight, my family and I decided to take advantage of the Monday night 50 cent wing special at Fridays. I ordered the whiskey glaze for an extra 50 cents. The wings were the "worst" I've ever had. They were over fried, dry, day old tasting wings and small at that! The glaze had no flavor other than it being sweet. We had a complimentary salsa and chips. The salsa was up there with one of the worst I've ever had. I've had better tasting jar salsa! My husband's medium glass of beer was $7 and wine is $5 for a 6 oz glass. We've been spoiled by the ginormous tasty wings at Grottos, $2 a wing and worth every bit of it. Beer and wine is cheaper and bigger pours. We'll stick with Grottos from now on! read more

went here on Monday 3/6/2023 at 5:30 pm parked in a spot up front and walk in with with my party of 4 sat down and order drinks and appetizers the waitress was very nice at the end is ask me to move my truck because I was parked in a curbside parking spot. but the parking spot is not marked plus they have 1 handicap spot and 5 curbside spot I politely told the waitress I would not move my truck she said ok and left. About 2 minutes here comes I guess he was some kind of manager he asked if that was my truck and I said yes he asked me to move it because it is in a curbside parking spot I told him is is not marked he gave me this speech that all of those are marked I showed him that one is not and he threatened to tow my truck. Just want you to know I'm not in a handicap spot and there is no one in the curbside spots either . So he proceeds to threaten me to move my truck or it gets tow or I have to leave the restaurant . so the 4 of us got up and left you can be sure I will not go back here again and i will not recommend this place to anyone. Place a $70 order on July 4th because not much was open. I don't usually eat here but I wanted a steak. I should have known better. I think it was probably the toughest steak I've ever had! Although the flavor was good, I couldn't even cut it with a knife there was so much gristle. I expect a small amount in a steak, but the entire steak was nothing but gristle. The cow must have been 100 years old! The sides were good. They advertise free chips and dip with the new Frijitas, which was missing from the order and one of the sides was missing from the 3rd meal. With the rising prices of food, and 30 bucks for a steak, it should be eatable at least. Actually, it should be great at those prices. The dogs enjoyed it as they were the only ones able to chew it. Now I understand why they are so low rated. So maybe stick with a appetizer if you eat there. Leave the steak to a steak house. TGI should be embarrassed to even serve a piece of meat that tough. Either get a decent meat distributor or stop offering steak on the menu! Shame on you! read more

My husband and I stopped here while en route to vacation with our two boys. While entering the building it seemed a bit outdated. The hostess also helped the person behind us before us, but we were quickly seated. Our server, Keysha, was AWESOME!!! She was super nice and probably the most attentive server I've had in awhile. She for us refills before we had to ask, napkins, etc. She even made sure our kids' meals came out prior to ours. The kids meals were perfect portions for them. They seemed to have really enjoyed them as there wasn't much left. Our meals were good. My husband got the turkey burger and said it was excellent. In the area for a family beach trip. I called to place an order for a large traditional wing platter among other things and I asked the girl who was taking down my order how many wings come in that platter & she put me on hold & let someone else answer the phone and I had to restart my order.
