In town for son's lacrosse and almost didn't order due to prior yelp ratings, but we were so tired that we decided it didn't matter. Food was great! Bacon cheese burger, fries, combo app (mozz sticks, potato skins, and boneless wings), mac n cheese, and broccoli all delicious! Food was hot when i picked up and staff was very friendly. Will order from here again if we are back in town! read more

Six of us had lunch there on Monday, September 13. I can only rate it all as very poor. My garlic and Parmesan and loaded with salt. Quesadilla nothing seen. It was very dry almost fish were not cooked completely read more

Everyone that works here is dumb as hell!!! And the servers they are just hiring anyone off the street. The server Anthony smells like half a pint of 1800 and the young skinny server couldn't take her eyes off her phone even for a second. My food was made in a rush. My mozzarella sticks were Drenched in Whiskey sauce !!! My server even forgot my Togo lemonade but I was so ready to leave this restaurant I didn't even bother asking her. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

Scrumptious food. We've always had a great time here at this location over the years. My adult daughter said, "The bar is cozy" the servers have become our friends, and the managers have moved on to open other new TGIF stores. We have enjoyed this TGI Friday's location for over a decade. read more

Well, not horrible but the service is very slow even at times when there are hardly any patrons. All three of our dishes came out lukewarm, as if they had been waiting to be brought out for a while. Getting refills on the drinks was nearly impossible. The interior is very dated ,Worn and on the edge of being dirty . Far better options relatively close, but if there's a particular item, you just have to have off their menu it may be worth it to you. Parking is a touch limited so avoid busier times . read more

I almost ate it but I was careful I' hv the receipt and picture for proof I'm suing them cause me great stress ! Pls no not eat there ! The nasty kitchen will make u sick ! I would give this "restaurant ", if I would even call it that, a zero. Was here today to have dinner with two relatives that are both handicapped. A young person pulled up right before them and parked in the handicapped spot crooked. I asked him nicely to please move and why. He refused and was extremely rude. He was picking up food. I'm assuming, Doordashing. I asked the manager to intervene and she said there was nothing she could do. I am furious. The worst customer service I have ever had!!! read more

Their wing special is definitely a must try. I wish they had more flavors, but that's nothing they can control locally. Nice place to sit and dine after a long day. read more

Pretty pleased with the food and service. Surprised me too lol I wanted a good burger and the whisky burger did not disappoint. I haven't been to a TGI Friday in a long time but this was a fulfilling experience. I was going to go somewhere more expensive but I knew I would be upset if the food sucked so I came to TGI only to be blown away. My servers name was MYA she definitely knew what she was doing and even suggested the meal. read more

Isis is the most amazing hostess. Fridays has lovely staff. Check it out. They have happy hour until 7! Who does that anymore.

The food took forever to come, about 45 mins. And when it came it was very bad I tried the kids alfredo and that was bad too, there was about 20 people and 1 waiter. So much could've been improved so much.again the food was not that good the drinks to.I do not recommend this service. read more

Horrible service, 45 minutes to get my food. I decided to get it to go and my food was cold. Waiting for this business to shut down so hopefully something better can replace it. All of the employees in there are lazy. read more

I see why the average review is 2.5...simply EGREGRIOUS...the GM has horrible customer service skills on top of my order being screwed up for the 3rd time in a row...she had the audacity to be irritated with me because i was irritated that my lunch order was screwed up once again...i picked up 45 minutes after placing order & order was not ready...she did not know how to enter e-gift card...took her over 5 minutes to process payment...for me to find out my order was put in incorrectly...when I asked for a correction, she had the nerve to suck her teeth and this rubbed me completely wrong...i asked for a refund and as i tried to grab my 2nd receipt, she tried to grab it first...i snatched it off the pad & she yells "don't touch me"...I didn't touch the trick but at this point i was livid...don't freaking lie on me...i do not recommend this location as she is a bit comfortable with handling customers in that manner...not me sis!!! I'll handle her before she handles me...peace out...Ashley is a bxxxx!!! I have made official complaint with corp TGIF read more

If I could put less stars I would. I sat at the bar &the manager was talking to a couple three seats over from me. Didn't acknowledge me for 10mins. Bartender is busy she comes over to me and is very nice, takes my order gives me my drink. No problems with her. Manager continues to talk to the couple, he goes on saying "oh I fired her, she was drinking on the job" Iike sheesh how about you don't discuss peoples business so publicly. I never have luck here, I guess this will be my last visit. It's always crap. Ugh. read more

Eric did a fantastic job serving my family. All the food was wonderful and hot. It was a party of 25.

Stopped in hear after leaving the Dover race. I thought that other TGI FRIDAYS good that this one would be as well. I was fooled. When I enterd I was seated. But that's when it all went down hill. The server I had took about 10 min to bring be my soda. Then I ordered the new York bacon cheddar burger with fries. Took over 35 min to bring the food out. After receiving my food. It was good done right but waiting so long for dinner is not good. Especially when it was not even that packed to begin with. I don't see myself coming back to this location again. When in the area. But won't stop be from eating at other locations. Always enjoyed the food, with the good jack Daniel's Ribs. To all the good appetizers that they serve. They do give you the opinion for big or small portions. read more

Ordering online was fairly easy. Went to the bar to have a tequila sunrise while I waited since I got there 20-30 early. Bartenders very friendly and attention and the drink was delicious! My order was brought to me when they said it would be and the waitress (Andy?) was great! Plenty of food, the ribs fall off the bone, the shrimp are big and crispy. Good broccoli and mashed potatoes. They do need to warn people when the sauce has a bite to it. I don't like peppery flavors. Had to add stuff so I could eat the food and taste it beyond my burning (spices, not temperature) tongue. read more

Bartender Chuk is the best - very personable, friendly & professional. My order is always right.

We haven't been to a TGIFridays in ages. We stopped in to try the endless $10apps. We were seated in a corner booth and our server was Morenzo. I hope you get him! As a matter of fact...ASK FOR HIM! We wanted just a quick bite...nothing major. We did 2 rounds of apps. The first time it was mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. The second round was potato skins and chicken flat bread. The moz sticks were great...almost melt in your mouth. The fried pickles were ok. The potato skins wet as expected and the chicken flat bread....well that was DRY. Skip that! It was pretty flavorless. We would go back because of the service! Morenzo was awesome!!! I made sure to tell the manager!!! Kudos Morenzo! read more

Where do I begin.... I ordered a sweet tea. Then was brought a tea with no sugar. The waitress tells me they ran out of sugar....I'm thinking ok. So instead of asking me if I want anything else I was tod that there are packets on the table. This was just the beginning. I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks were great, but then I also ordered the bruchetta Flatbread and boy what a disappointment. When you order bruchetta you expect tomatoes, I got a drizzle if tomatoes. Then when I asked for more tomatoes I was given cold tomatoes. Really? I asked them to heat them up, they did. The waitress told me, well whomever makes it in the back is sometimes stingy and sometimes he is not with the tomatoes. So i was thinking ok, sometimes I am sometimes I'm not stingy with my tip. After handing out halloween candy tonight, my family and I decided to take advantage of the Monday night 50 cent wing special at Fridays. I ordered the whiskey glaze for an extra 50 cents. The wings were the "worst" I've ever had. They were over fried, dry, day old tasting wings and small at that! The glaze had no flavor other than it being sweet. We had a complimentary salsa and chips. The salsa was up there with one of the worst I've ever had. I've had better tasting jar salsa! My husband's medium glass of beer was $7 and wine is $5 for a 6 oz glass. We've been spoiled by the ginormous tasty wings at Grottos, $2 a wing and worth every bit of it. Beer and wine is cheaper and bigger pours. We'll stick with Grottos from now on! read more

went here on Monday 3/6/2023 at 5:30 pm parked in a spot up front and walk in with with my party of 4 sat down and order drinks and appetizers the waitress was very nice at the end is ask me to move my truck because I was parked in a curbside parking spot. but the parking spot is not marked plus they have 1 handicap spot and 5 curbside spot I politely told the waitress I would not move my truck she said ok and left. About 2 minutes here comes I guess he was some kind of manager he asked if that was my truck and I said yes he asked me to move it because it is in a curbside parking spot I told him is is not marked he gave me this speech that all of those are marked I showed him that one is not and he threatened to tow my truck. Just want you to know I'm not in a handicap spot and there is no one in the curbside spots either . So he proceeds to threaten me to move my truck or it gets tow or I have to leave the restaurant . so the 4 of us got up and left you can be sure I will not go back here again and i will not recommend this place to anyone. Shame on you TGI Friday's in Dover. Playing a rodeo on several of the TVs in the restaurant. Disgraceful read more

My husband and I stopped here while en route to vacation with our two boys. While entering the building it seemed a bit outdated. The hostess also helped the person behind us before us, but we were quickly seated. Our server, Keysha, was AWESOME!!! She was super nice and probably the most attentive server I've had in awhile. She for us refills before we had to ask, napkins, etc. She even made sure our kids' meals came out prior to ours. The kids meals were perfect portions for them. They seemed to have really enjoyed them as there wasn't much left. Our meals were good. My husband got the turkey burger and said it was excellent. I got the chicken quesadilla which was good as well. We were in and out in about 35-40 minutes. Prices were reasonable. read more

Food was yummy but the environment was messy and waitress didn't ask for ID. Although my husband is old enough to drink, he is only 22 and looks a lot younger. Surprised me to say the very least. Place a $70 order on July 4th because not much was open. I don't usually eat here but I wanted a steak. I should have known better. I think it was probably the toughest steak I've ever had! Although the flavor was good, I couldn't even cut it with a knife there was so much gristle. I expect a small amount in a steak, but the entire steak was nothing but gristle. The cow must have been 100 years old! The sides were good. They advertise free chips and dip with the new Frijitas, which was missing from the order and one of the sides was missing from the 3rd meal. With the rising prices of food, and 30 bucks for a steak, it should be eatable at least. Actually, it should be great at those prices. The dogs enjoyed it as they were the only ones able to chew it. Now I understand why they are so low rated. So maybe stick with a appetizer if you eat there. Leave the steak to a steak house. TGI should be embarrassed to even serve a piece of meat that tough. Either get a decent meat distributor or stop offering steak on the menu! Shame on you! read more

In the area for a family beach trip. I called to place an order for a large traditional wing platter among other things and I asked the girl who was taking down my order how many wings come in that platter & she put me on hold & let someone else answer the phone and I had to restart my order. Both of them had very nasty attitudes & turned me off from even wanting the food so I ordered elsewhere. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Friday's. The menu has been pared down. The food was ok, nothing exceptional service was poor at best. When mistakes were made with our order no effort was made to correct it. We noticed that the wait staff stood around in the kitchen area.
