Joe let me know if his crew had any questions and confirmed if there was anything that needed to be clarified before proceeding. Furthermore, Amosa would text me periodic updates and let me know beforehand what the schedule was. We had a hiccup after the plumbers had capped off the outside gas line which shut off the water heater. I contacted Amosa to let him know that our hot water was not working and he was able to get the plumber to come to our house on a Sunday to fix the issue.
