My car hood went out for delivery on August 3, 2020. According to the tracking online, it was delivered to my state on August 9th, this was a Sunday. I assumed it would be at my home that week sometime, since I am only about an hour away from where my hood was being kept. After not receiving it a week later, I looked online on the following Sunday and saw where they had commented, "Left message. UPS Freight is attempting to obtain appointment information". This was left on the 14th, which was a Friday, mind you, this message was FIVE days after my hood had been sitting at the current location. I was not sure what this even meant, so I checked my phone for a message and no, they did not leave one. I thought they would call back on Monday, so I patiently waited. When no call came in, I called on Tuesday, the 18th and asked what the message was all about. She said someone had to be home to receive the delivery because I was in a residential neighborhood. I told her that I would schedule then, since I didn't know about this in the first place. She said someone would call me back to schedule in 1 hour and she would mark it urgent. Her name was Angel. I had made this call at 10 in the morning and still had not received a call FIVE hours later. I called AGAIN at 3:30 and was told the exact same thing. I did not get this lady's name, but told her that I just went through this. She promised someone would call to schedule the appointment. Well....no one did AGAIN. I called back the next morning, the 19th and talked with a Debbie. She stated she could not figure anything out and would put me through to a supervisor. After 35 MINUTES, I hung up and called back. I got another lady who finally got me through to Jay, the supervisor and he finally got me through to scheduling. I scheduled the pickup the next day, the 20th between 1 and 4. I requested a call 30 minutes before because I needed to get home from work. She said it was all taken care of. When I see an email about the delivery, it says NOTHING about a pre call to confirm. I ended up leaving work early so that I could be home just in case. At 4:00, my hood STILL was not delivered. I had to CALL AGAIN and they stated it was out for delivery, but not sure where????? I finally got my hood at 7:30 that evening. And, you know it, NO PRECALL AS PROMISED!!! I was lied to about leaving a message, NOT! I was lied to about a call in an hour, NOT! I was lied to about another call in an hour, NOT! I was left on hold until I had to hang up! I was told I would have my hood within a SCHEDULED time frame, NOT! I was told I would get a call before they came, NOT! That's ALOT OF LIES and I am not at all happy with the company and the way they perform their business!!!! Beware!!!! read more
