This review is for UPS Freight overall but especially for the West Sacramento location. A few months back we ordered a new kitchen table for our dinning room from on online retailer. The shipping option was UPS freight, and it cost over $100... which is to be expected, no harm done there. Anyway, once we ordered the table it was shipped via UPS Freight. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, the truck driver called us and said that he would not be able to deliver the package because the weight of his truck was too heavy to drive on our residential street. He suggested we "meet him on the highway with our pick up truck." We don't even own a pick up truck! I suggested to him that they should reschedule the delivery and use one of their smaller normal sized delivery trucks and deliver it to our front door... which is what we paid for! His response was "We don't have small trucks. And you should have known before paying for freight that your address is not deliverable... usually people know better that you we can generally only deliver to commercial properties." He then said he would take the package back to the UPS freight location in West Sacramento and I would have to arrange pickup within 3 days or it would be returned to the sender! So, after asking around to borrow a truck, I was able to get one and drove all the way out to the West Sacramento UPS Freight location to pick up my package. Well guess what! The first thing I notice when I pull up is an entire fleet of those normal sized ups trucks! So the driver not only was rude to me, but he flat out lied to me too! Once I go inside, it took them more then 30 minutes to locate my package. When they finally brought it out, they refused to load it into the truck for me. They said that I already signed the form and now it is my responsibility and not theirs! So here I am by myself trying to load this huge package into the bed of this pickup truck. Then I notice that the package was damaged! I went in to complain about the package and they did not even want to talk to me and asked me to leave. I ordered a $5,000 pool heater that was meant to be delivered between 1-3 June 2026. It was not. I called your customer service Wednesday June 3rd and was told it would be delivered Thursday June 4th by 2 different agents. June 4th no heater!!!!! Called again 3rd agent said it was en route from PA. I looked it up on your site, it left the warehouse in PA at 12:30am on the 3rd. Its a 6-7 hour journey to location in Southborough MA. So I should have recieved my delivery a day late on the 4th. I did not again. Your Agent said your delivery site in southborough should receive the delivery tomorrow Friday 5th June!!!!!! but he could not confirm I would receive delivery that day!!!! I have literally 5000 people waiting to swim in a commercial swimming pool that you are meant to be delivering a pool heater for. I have had plumber scheduled to install the heater since the 4th June, its a hot weekend...........any idea who Im going to tell them failed to make the delivery...... read more

Be cautious when ordering from Zara, as their contracted delivery service has been reported to engage in fraudulent practices. Customers have experienced theft of their items, with couriers taking pictures, quickly picking up packages, and removing items they want. In my own experience, the courier took my jeans and left behind a shirt. Additionally, they texted me to say my order was delivered, only to speed off and claim they couldn't return to rectify the issue. I contacted Zara, and they confirmed that they have received numerous complaints about this courier from other customers as well. This is unacceptable. There needs to be accountability for this courier's actions. The low reviews from other customers clearly indicate that there is something corrupt happening within this delivery process. It's time for Zara to address these serious issues. read more

DO NOT SHIP VIA UPS FREIGHT! Shipped a tool box from Williston ND to Anchorage AK. Was quoted $300. Then received a call AFTER it arrived saying it was $1200. Took a month to get there and was completely destroyed! They had somehow tipped it off of the pallet it was STRAPPED to and put it back on the pallet UPSIDE DOWN! Now they are refusing to pay the insurance claim because I dont have the original receipt from where I bought it new 3 years ago even though the sorting facility recorded that they had damaged it in Seattle before it was put on the boat. $4000 down the drain for the box and they are still hounding me about the $1200. Its actually uncanny - they manage to damage every single order that I send out regardless of where it is sent. My boss tells me never to use them and I made the mistake of shipping something to Utah with them and half the pallet was damaged. Customer service is a joke and nobody at UPS really cares. I guess I learned my lesson again. I would recommend paying $500 dollars more to ship with anybody else. These guys are an absolute nightmare. I dont know if its just this location or the drivers they hire - but is seems like the culture of the business is just bad all around. Ship with them at your own risk and hair pulling out. read more

We always have a shipment from Houston to Tyler and it took 4 days for them to delivered our package. We patiently wait for our package to get delivered but when they delivered it was the wrong box. Stupidddddddddd!!!!!!!! They didn't check it before they loaded it on their truck. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!! When we called the company about our package they said it was lost and we need to wait three more days for them to deliver. :'((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Maybe it's time for them to shut down. read more
