We love this place! The atmosphere is fun and always lively! The food is delicious and the all you can eat rolls are absolutely the best! The steaks are always cooked to perfection - juicy and flavorful. They have delicious cocktails and great drinks. The service is always prompt and the servers are all so fun and friendly. Highly recommended!

This location didn't live up to the same experience we have at our home location. Potato skins were ok. They weren't very warm. The cheese was pretty set meaning they had been sitting a while before we got them. Our steaks were cooked as requested but they were missing that traditional Texas Roadhouse seasoning. They didn't taste of much and meat was a little tough. It just didn't hit the spot like we know it can.

We tried the new mozzarella twists. The marina was the star!! Mozzarella twists were your basic mozzarella sticks. Nice cute concept of twisting them for something different. The marina was amazing!! I had the bone in ribeye, medium well cooked to perfection! As always the rolls with the butter were on point. Service was great as always.

I had the shrimp appetizer and it was good, but I only got five shrimp medium size, and it cost 9.00. The rest of my group thought that the food was fine. The free bread buns were really good. The AC was very chilly, they also had a ceiling fan on and I ask that to be turned off and they were happy to do that! I really appreciated that ! The rest of the meals were about average price! I am very sad that they dumped Bud-Light beer, as it was on the menu! To me that was a very political move! Which a business should stay away from.. The server was very polite and checked on us often! The place was very clean!

My wife with The Roadkill, I had the bone in Ribeye w/side of shrimp.

We stopped for a lunch/dinner around 2:30 for New Years Eve dinner. We had a server named Carter. He was absolutely one of the best waiters we have had. He made great recommendations, fun and attentive. But not overwhelmingly attentive (which is nice). Our food was absolutely wonderful!!! We agreed it was one of the best mealls out we have had all year! Thanks to the entire staff that work together like a fine machine!!!

Absolute 5 star experience here. We entered right at they opened at 11 on a Saturday. I told our…read moresever that I had an event coming up at noon so we'd be ordering right away, and by golly, the staff took care of us. Drinks, followed by poutine 5 minutes later, then food about 10 minutes after that. We were all done within 30 minutes! The food was fantastic, too. Delicious poutine, with oozy gooey squeaky cheese curds. I had the smoked fish salad; it had the right amounts of everything and felt like a distinctly Duluth dish. My husband had the fish and chips. I had a bite of his fish, and it was perfect, with great batter and flavor. I would happily come here again on a visit. I can see why this is a city institution.

It was a bit chilly today, but those pickled jalapenos really helped. The seating was nice. It's great it was dog friendly, but I would recommend going on a warmer day, Iif you're bringing your furry friends. We had the bbq burger(added jalapenos) w/onion rings and poutine. I usually end up not liking the poutine at places, but will try it. Here, I actually really liked it, and will definitely get it again. The same for the onion rings, they were crispy and not too greasy. We also got the inhouse made root beer. That was quite good as well.

Accidentally found this place on maps. Tip: always zoom in and out in an area when looking for food…read moreas the buttons seem to pop at different "elevations". SO glad I stopped. I had the special, a simple cheeseburger and fries. Simple it was not. This will now be my go-to place for a burger whenever I'm in town. The burger is never frozen, the fries are real and fresh cut (but they do it right and soak them in water). OMG, I was expecting a typical flat little burger and a half a dozen bites of fries...oh no, bring your appetite my friend! The burger was juicy and thick but also fully cooked. The fries were divine! They were golden brown with a perfect crisp, skin on for flavor, and not too skinny nor thick AND didn't leave me wanting more. I ALWAYS want more fries. I made the mistake of saying "no" to tomato and lettuce and onion. They are usually a little limp leaf of nearly white lettuce and a paper thin slice of lacy flavorless wet tomato. Nope, not here. I saw them preparing other baskets as I was sitting at the counter awaiting my order...the fixings were thick, bright, and crunchy! Don't skip it. I'm also super excited to try their other dinner selections like meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. I have a hunch the potatoes won't be instant. I'm curious about breakfast too, although I'm never in town that early. They have a small selection of desserts as well. They also serve my favorite root beer, 1919, along with 1919 cream soda which I didn't even know they had! Just like the quality and quantity of food, the service is what I remember it used to be. I was greeted with a genuine warm and welcome smile. I wad given an appropriate amount of time to decide before being pestered multiple times. My questions were answered without a look of annoyance and I wasn't made to feel like a bother. The small talk was personable and appropriate. Service sets the tone and I felt comfortable and belonging. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars was it kinda yucked me out nobody wore gloves at any point. Grabbing fistful of potatoes out of a bucket of water would require a type of dishwashing glove, and I get that they are fried in hot oil so that didn't bother me as much. It was more the handling the raw fixings without gloves and noting that the lettuce (as beautiful as it was), and I'm assuming the other vegetables, we're not washed prior. I don't think many restaurants do for the reason of preparation speed and ingredient longevity. That part bothers me everywhere because all I can think of is pesticides and germs. I don't typically end on a less than positive note but, I knew this one was going to be lengthy and people's attention spans short. I lied, I will say this...I left very happy and satisfied and NOT smelling of grease! In summary, GO!

Great food, great service, great prices. Down home small town diner feel, definitely worth stopping…read moreby if you're in the mood for a quality lunch!
