We visited Texas Roadhouse in Belton MO on 07-28-2026 about 3:05 pm. Parking was plentiful at this time and there are several handicapped spaces for those needing them. We were greeted as we entered the restaurant, and the lady said she would be right back to seat us in a couple minutes. This restaurant opens at 3:00 pm on Monday-Thursday so there were a few people, three groups, in front of us. They got everyone seated in a reasonable amount of time, about five minutes for us, and have seating available while waiting. We brought a guest with us who has been visiting from Colombia. This was his first visit to a Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant was clean as were the tables. Texas Roadhouse has bags of peanuts in a small bucket on the table for guests to eat as they prefer. If you want more peanuts, just let them know and they readily and happily bring you more bags. They also provide their rolls with honey butter and those also are unlimited. The server, Joseph, was prompt, friendly, attentive, courteous and professional. I ordered the full rack of ribs that comes with two sides. My selections were the caeser salad and steamed vegetables (broccoli & carrots). The ribs were good though a bit dry for my preference, seasoned well, with the bones easily coming off the ribs (or the ribs coming easily off the bones). The caeser salad was very fresh, cold, a nice size, with a good complement of cheese and dressing as well as five nicely seasoned and crisp croutons. The broccoli & carrots were nicely steamed, fresh and good quantity. My wife had the eight ounce salmon that comes with two sides. Her selections were the garden salad with Italian dressing (comes on the side) and the steamed vegetables. Her salmon was cooked perfectly, nice flaking of the flesh, good moisture inside, nice seasoning. Salad was nice and cold, fresh. Steamed vegetables were cooked perfectly, not overcooked and mushy, nor undercooked or raw. Our guest ordered the half rack of ribs that comes with two sides. His choices were the garden salad with Italian dressing (comes on the side) and a very nice heaping small bowl of seasoned rice. He enjoyed his ribs, said they were delicious. His salad was fresh and cold. The seasoned rice was tasty and plentiful. The manager came by and mentioned he had something special for our guest since it was his first time at Texas Roadhouse. It was a plate with three bowls, one with mashed potatoes, one with the Texas red chili, and one with green beans. He (manager) said this was an opportunity to try some of their other sides to consider for future visits. They were full versions of all three so I said it was good he got the half slab of robs rather than the full slab! In addition he was given a Texas Roadhouse coolie can holder and a card for a free appetizer on his next visit. Looks like we will be visiting TR again for him since he liked it so much anyway! The server was very good without being intrusive. He made sure our drinks were filled (we all had waters this time) and he remembered how much ice we each wanted. He also brought napkins and wet naps for the ribs and made sure we had plenty. Our guest was pleasantly surprised when the TR dancers did their thing in the aisles every once in awhile. It provides a nice break from talk and everything else without being a bother, not real loud but enough volume for you know they are dancing. Otherwise, sound level in the restaurant was fine for talking and being able to hear those at our table. To pay, they have the machines at the table where you can play some games (we did not) and pay your bill, or you can pay the server, your choice. We paid the server and he readily and properly processed everything and made sure all was well. The restrooms were clean and well lit. Plenty of paper towels and drying off opportunity. As we left, several employees said varying things such as thank you for coming, have a good afternoon/evening, hope to see you again. Nice as they did not sound robotic. When we left, the parking lot was almost full as was the restaurant, so it is definitely good to arrive prior to 4:30 pm on a weekday of possible. read more

Went there on a Monday and it was kids night! It was a bit loud but that's ok with us. Our server was Lauren and she was so great! My husband is a hard person to impress and she nailed it with replenishing our drinks to checking on us and she was so quick. We ordered a variety of food and Lauren stuck around to make sure everyone who ordered steak had the right cook temp. Everything that came out was correct. Our server was friendly and helpful, and seemed to have a good understanding of food sensitivities. The food seemed to be well prepared, and the restaurant appeared to be clean. Had another good experience here. This time I tried the Chicken Fried Chicken entree with white gravy. I thought it was pretty good. It was on the early dine special and we happened to arrive before 6pm so enjoyed a little extra savings on our meal. Woohoo! Our server screwed up our side dish orders, things arrived from the kitchen that we didn't order, but she promptly brought us what we DID want. A few minutes later the manager came over and was very apologetic and comped our appetizer as a thank-you for our forbearance for the mix-up. The fried pickles we chose were enjoyable. Very thinly sliced discs with a slightly spicy coating that didn't flake off and wasn't 'beer batter" thick. I'd order it again. Last time I had skipped the fresh rolls and cinnamon butter. Okay so my review isn't very thorough because it is strictly on carry-out and only for a kid's menu item. However we have failed finding someplace that my daughter loves until now. They serve a healthy size portion of the real Kraft macaroni and cheese and a choice of side item and a drink. The sides are extensive and range from healthy to your standard option of fries. My daughter chose the mashed potatoes and you could choose a topping for them. We got home with her order and discovered half a dozen of their amazing rolls with it and two sides of cinnamon butter. I was blown away, all for $5.99. Now the portions were on the smaller side for an older child but mine is 6 and it was enough plus a snack for another day. Me and my family met at Texas Roadhouse in belton last night . I drove one hour and 30 minutes and my daughter and her family drive 45 minutes just to meet and visit and eat at Texas Roadhouse . It was absolutely the worst of any dining experience. The music as so loud that you couldnt talk to anyone because you could not hear over the music . The waitress seemed nice enough . We asked her politely if they could turn the music down a bit . She let us know she couldnt . She explained that's the volume and they are not in control of turning it down . She explained while shouting that when she goes home at night from her job she is yelling at her family because she is so use to yelling . Her ears ring and head hurts . I want you to know I have been in many Texas roadhouses all over the US and not one has music that loud . I love music but that was ridiculously loud . They crammed 8 of us into a booth with two chairs at the end . Our appetizer came and done had salads . We had to call her over several different times to please clear dishes as we didn't have room to eat . Those appetizer plates and salad plates were still sitting there way after our dinners arrived . My grandson found a long hair down in his mashed potatoes. We tried to get somebody to help get us a new mashed potatoes . By the time he got them we had all finished eating . By daughter called the waitress over and asked for my grandson meal to be removed from ticket . She said that's not a problem I will talk to the manager and it will be removed . When my daughter left and stopped at a light she realized they had never taken that meal off and there was an appetizer added that we never ordered . Also games that we had never played . Every restaurant can have an employee error from time to time. This stores hostess messed up and then the gal taking us to our table messed up. Really like the location, it's always busy (even in the afternoon before dinner), but they always get us in really quickly. Highly recommend getting on the waitlist (go to their website). We went to the Texas Roadhouse in Belton Missouri for my moms 75th birthday and was told because we had 10 people we had to sit in separate tables! I have been a server for a long time and have never heard of this. Also we were told they could have put 2 tables together but they were 2 different stations, I know that was just an excuse as they could have given up another table for the other server if they took they big party. There was absolutely no concern that we couldn't all be together and visit as we were across the isle from each other and would have had to yell.
