This place was picked out by one of my alumni as the spot for our summer meeting, it was packed! But very efficient! Our waitress was really on top of it! The food was savory and delicious! The bread and butter starter is so good! I had a strawberry lime spritz that was very refreshing especially in this heat! My steak was cooked just how I asked, and I enjoyed my sides! Great experience! Check them out if you are in the area!

We got right in, the place was pretty but we got a nice two seat table which made it a cozy meal, and I liked it. The waitress we were assigned did allow us to sit with drinks empty for a while and I went to seek out my own to go boxes when I hadn't seen her for a while. The place was pretty busy so I understood but it wasn't ideal. The food was good and who doesn't like the rolls!?!?

My wife is picking the order up I placed on the app. I might just see how long you'll keep me on hold

If you would like to place a Togo order over the phone you're better off driving to the actual store and placing your order inside and waiting for it to be done. I've been waiting for my Togo order to be taken for over 10 minutes now on hold listening to the terrible song about Texas Roadhouse on repeat. This experience doesnt change from past experiences either. Always whenever I call to place a Togo order this happens. All I can say is I love the rolls this company offers but this locations management needs to tighten up with the phone orders because not everyone has access to an app or a phone with that. I have an iPhone and actually have the app. I ordered with the app and I'm still on hold. It's amazing. The only reason I called is because my wife is old school about ordering things to make sure they got the order and the computer didn't mess up which is fine. I get it. Answer the Togo order phone for crying out loud. This is honestly worth a no star review considering the uncleanliness of half of the restaurant near the bathrooms being unusable and almost everywhere else because of the stench from the bathrooms. Good luck management. You guys need an overhaul.

You simply can't go wrong with Texas Roadhouse. The rolls? Fantastic. The green beans? THE BEST GREEN BEANS IVE EVER HAD. The ribeye steak? Very very good but I think you can cook the same level of steak at home for cheaper. Still worth it for a night out.

If you're looking to eat good but not break the bank- look no further! This is a staple for me & my daughter. Service was great but those 2-tops HAVE TO GO!!! It felt like people were knocking into us the whole time and I get it, it was Sunday so of course it was packed. But the way the restaurant is laid out is like they threw the 2-top tables in last minute. When I made the online "waitlist" submission, I should have said 3 people. Anywho, I'll be back soon I'm sure and I'll be doing just that!

It was good nothing special. The Caesar has change I haven't been in over a year. And felt a little rushed. The dirty soda was good .

Do you ever go to a chain restaurant expecting the worst--but get the best? I am just floored almost beyond words. Almost. I supported a friend's grandchild's fundraiser. I merely donated because I don't frequent Texas Roadhouse. So I was surprised when my friend brought a gift card. I was thinking to myself, "How will I ever spend this?". Well, today actually presented itself as I needed to pick up items at Best Buy and drop off FedEx envelopes at Office Depot. It was a 30 minute wait, which I was pretty much ready to anywhere but there. But to my surprise, my normally impatient husband plead that we just wait it out. We were pretty tired, so just sitting and watching the people almost seemed better that going back into the wind and cold. The place was packed as usual. Elbow to elbow room till we finally were seated. Our server, Allison came to our table and greeted us warmly and was happy--which if you saw how busy and jam packed it was--you just wouldn't, couldn't expect anything extraordinary. But Allison suggested drinks--like I'm sure she was supposed to do. But her mood--was welcoming! The menu did not have prices for alcohol. We were interested in the wine offerings and did not want sticker shock so we inquired what the prices of the two Cabernets they offered. We expected pushback from our server--but she didn't! She asked and reported back with a smile. We ordered a bottle, prime rib 16oz each. I knew deep down I couldn't eat it all and that a take away bag would be necessary. But I was starving by that time--no breakfast or lunch. We were blown away by what we were served, promptly, mind you, even before our salads! Any other time we would have complained--but our food came out and we were just dumbfounded at the size of the prime rib and stunned it was cooked perfectly to order. The veggies were over cooked, but that paled in comparison to the service and the food. We ate like kings!! We felt compelled to ask for Allison's manager to brag on her. She was excellent!!! If you are blessed to have her as your server, tip her well! She does her job very well, and you will have a surprisingly wonderful meal! I love it when a chain shocks me!

All in all, I've said it before n I'll say it again! Great spot! Amazing Staff! :) everything is consistent in every location we've been to, today we it wasn't as packed with made it a lot more enjoyable I think!

My husband is very ill, but to get him out, I suggested a good steak at the place we have been to many times over 8 years. But, that has come to an end! The hostess never smiled and was disgusted to even be there. Then our waitress did smile but never came back to the table after food delivered. Food was just blah. French fries are cooked in grease not compatible with good tasting. There are too many places to eat around this area and is it really too much to ask to be treated well? Guess so at Texas Roadhouse in Avon, Indiana. Keep driving past!!

On the menu you can get a crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich and one side for $8.99. And the side is a soup, salad or a side like a potato. I have gotten mine with French onion soup every time. This time my soup was not hot almost lukewarm. But the flavor is good. I like it. The chicken sandwich comes with all of the fixings. It is a great value and there are other items on the menu like a steak burger or a salad with steak. And everything is under $12. This has become our go to lunch spot when I am out with a friend.

The steak was cooked perfectly with that signature seasoned crust and juicy center. The loaded mashed potatoes were creamy, buttery, and topped just right with cheese, bacon, and green onions. The crispy chicken sandwich came out golden and fresh with perfectly seasoned fries on the side. And let's not skip the appetizers and sides -- the fried shrimp were crispy with great flavor, and the mac & cheese was rich, cheesy, and baked to perfection. Sometimes you just want good, dependable food done right -- and LongHorn always delivers. Consistent quality, solid portions, and flavors that never disappoint. Definitely a go-to.

It was several hours after the Indy 500 and apparently management misjudged the load of hungry race fans. Without a lot of other options, we decided to go with it. A wait of 10-15 minutes was quoted in a less than half empty restaurant, OK, we decided to sit at the bar. The lone bar tender was running ragged and could not even take our order before our table was ready, but she was very nice and pleasant. While waiting for our table, the host came over to the bar and engaged us in a nice discussion about auto racing and drag racing. Elise (sp?) was a server and she worked through the chaos with a smile and pleasant comments. She was overall wonderful. For some reason, she kept forgetting our rolls. This was not a big deal as our backed potatoes had enough starch and we took the rolls home. Food was good, and typical for this chain. NY Strips have connective tissue and this was not exception. Beef flavor was not strong, but acceptable, the potato was great as was the Cesar Salad. Interior decorations were exactly what you would expect.

Our server Emily was cheerful and informative. A parking garage across the street served us well for dining at this restaurant and attending an event at Hendricks Live across the street. The shrimp cocktail appetizer featured fresh large shrimp with dollops of horseradish on the plate and a nice sauce. I enjoyed the steak frites entree, a generous portion of steak perfectly cooked, served with a delicious broccolini and tasty fries. My sister ordered the chicken marsala and noted that she would have liked more sauce, and the truffle potatoes were delicious. My brother said his huge pork chop was perfect, and my sister in-law recommended the sirloin steak. We had reservations and were seated at a high top table, which is not my preferred way to dine but the restaurant was full so we didn't ask to be moved. We had a bit of a wait for our entrees and chalked that up to it being Saturday night. There is a separate bar area and rooftop dining with igloos available.

I drove an hour to visit this place and saw lots of good reviews. I started off with a lemon drop and a snack short rib eggroll. The lemon drop was watery and just did not hit like I would have hoped (I'm a lemon drop girly). They do use Titos as their well so that was good. The egg roll was dry- you definitely need to dip in the wasabi aioli to make it palatable. Next up were the buffalo chicken hush puppies. I like the idea here. The inside was moist and flavorful and the outside was kind of dry and drizzled with what I think was ranch. They were ok. I have a Ceaser salad add chicken and "fried" Brussels sprouts. The salad was suppose to come the onions , there were none so the waitress brought me some. The salad was mid at best and the chicken was dry and unflavored. I asked for some spicy ranch and that saved the salad! The Brussels sprouts were pretty good. My friend had the potato soup and said it was very watery (not creamy at all). I enjoyed the live music and overall vibe but good was average. Parking is an issue as well. There is parking in the rear or a parking garage but not super convenient parking.

Then we waited to be noticed by the wait staff. And we waited, and waited. It took 17 minutes before anyone came to our table. We would have left but we had a $50 gift certificate to use. Finally someone came over. We ordered teas & an appetizer of flaming saganaki. We found it very tasty. For entered I ordered the Greek meatball sandwich. My wife got a cup of egg lemon bowl ( which is a soup she loves) & Keftethes ( with beef meatballs). I found the fries god & the meatballs & bread decent but the sauce was a little off to me which greatly reduced my enjoyment. It was just ok. My wife thought the soup was a bit thin but overall god with a strong lemon flavor. Her entree the meatballs were good, the green beans were cold & the roasted potatoes were decent. Overall she was meh. We ordered desserts to go. Baklava, Galaktoboureko ( custard in philo dough) & Oreo cake. Wife thought the baklava had an overpowering cinnamon taste which hurt it. The Galaktoboureko was basically sugar cream pie with philo crust. I thought it was ok but wife thought it should have been thinner. She also believes the to go containers aren't sufficient for these desserts due to the sugar syrup. The "Oreo cake" had one cookie to the side & was dry. When we gave the waitress our gift certificate she said they would take that off when they rang up the bill. She came back & the gift certificates were not taken off. I pointed this out to her & she went back to talk to whoever is running the register. When she came back she said she has no idea what's going on but they gave me a $50 bill to credit the $50 in gift certificates. My amazing wife surmised that they credited someone else's bill & gave us the $50 to make it right for us. Bottom line is all the staff we interacted with were friendly but the restaurant is very disorganized. Food was just ok. Can't say we were impressed.
