He explained all of my options to me and explained the pros and cons of the different materials we could go with. He did not try to up-sell me on anything I didn't want and found a great product for a good price that worked within the budget I was looking for. When it was time to install the window Stuart's crew was fast, courteous, professional, and cleaned everything up perfectly. And I seriously love the window and the work they did. I know that's saying a lot about a window, but just take a look at the attached picture. I sit in this office about 60% of my life and that is being conservative. Now on beautiful days, instead of feeling stuck inside, I get to open two beautiful bay windows any time I want and let the world in. My wife and I will need new windows across the back of our house pretty soon, and I will not hesitate to call Stuart when the time comes.

We were referred to Toby at Accolade by a contractor we trusted. We wanted to replace double…read moredoors with a slider that fit the decor and style of the house. The slider from Pella ($6800) was supposed to be a custom size, but still fell short of the door height of the doors in the house. Toby convinced us that the slider from Pella would fit within an inch of the height of our other doors. Installation was a mess. They used small drop cloths. We had dust everywhere. After installation, the door was over 3" short of expectations; a difference that you can't "unsee". The installers left without checking with us. The lock was installed upside down and would not work. We immediately brought this to Toby's attention telling him the door, as installed, was unacceptable. We wanted the slider removed. Toby and Accolade refused stating that we ordered a custom door and that we owned it. Follow door up suppliers measured the door and referred to it as "stock". Accolade did refund us the additional $1400 installation fee, but they stuck us with the $6800 cost of the door. We contacted Pella and they sided with Accolade. Everything was OK, until it wasn't. Watch your back.

I hired this company about 2 years ago and they did an excellent job for me at a reasonable price…read more They, however, are now called Advanced Windows, but they still came back and did some caulking for me and replaced a cracked window for me free of charge. They also arranged for me to get a rebate from both the power company and the gas company because of the energy cost they save with their specially insulated double-pane windows and I couldn't be more pleased with how they look and keep the sounds outside to a bare minimum.

On Oct 10,…read more2022, the workers of Energywise Windows Inc replaced our windows - six months after Greg Ginther did the measurement. During the installation, the workers found that the measurement for one window was incorrect, and one piece of glass of a new window was broken during installation. The old windows were already removed and damaged. Because of this, we had to live with plywood board patches for the whole holiday season until the replacement came in on Jan 10, 2023. We were told the windows have life time warranty. We thought we would not need to worry about the foggy issue anymore. However, on Oct 30, 2023, after a big rain and a sudden temperature drop, we found three pieces of glass with moisture trapped and fog. Greg Ginther was contacted, and he came and confirmed that three windows need a glass replacement. He said that the new windows would be delivered within 6 months and he would contact us when ready. This never happened. Recently, we found a big piece of exterior window trim missing and water damage. We contacted Greg - no reply. Called his number - directly went to voice message. Our messages were read and later blocked. We are easygoing customers and seldom complain. But in this case, it is outrageous that we spent around 20k and ended up in such a big mess.

We never liked these, and it was time for a serious upgrade. After doing a lot of research we selected 3 candidate companies to explore and GreenTex was easily the one at the top of our list. We liked the fact that they are family owned and place a high value on integrity and honesty. Our first experience was with the sales consultant, Bill. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and address all our questions. There was no high pressure or rush to make a decision (unlike other companies!!) and he did everything he could to help us meet our budget objectives while maintaining a high standard of the final look & functionality of each window. We went with their vinyl offering and he walked us through all our options. In the end, we knew exactly what we would be getting, how they would operate, look, and enhance our home. Both my wife and I were really impressed with the company from that moment on and we signed up. Next up was our construction lead, Dave. Dave was super friendly and came out to take exact measurements of each window and re-reviewed everything with us to make sure that there were no questions left unanswered. During his time here, we decided to make a few tweaks to our selections and GreenTex accommodated us at every turn. Dave also explained the timetable and gave us a good estimate of what to expect as far as the actual install process was concerned. After this, the window order was submitted, and we sat back expectantly waiting for our installation. Several weeks later we were advised that the window order had been delivered to their warehouse and we agreed upon a start date. The morning of our install, the crew arrived on-time and got straight to work. It's always a bit nervous providing strangers with complete access to your house, but Damien, Azan, Colt & Andy were the best crew we could have hoped for. The quality of the windows is one thing, but the quality of the crew is equally important. They were professional, courteous, and maintained the high integrity that we entrusted to GreenTex from the beginning. These gents were exceptional from start to finish. The windows are great, but the workmanship of the install was superior. Side note... don't listen to the "F.U.D." from the big-name window companies; the removal and install was done perfectly. We have a lot of brick work and GreenTex never touched our bricks and replaced/resurfaced the mortar. The windows themselves exceeded our expectations. The build quality is amazing, and they operate smoothly and are consistent from one window to the next: no product variation. They also look fantastic both inside the house as well as from the curb. Our neighbors love the way our house looks and the new windows have raised the bar on curb appeal! Once they were finished, Dave followed back up with us. "Do not sign or submit the final payment until you have looked over everything and are 100% satisfied". They go out of their way to make sure you are happy from start to finish. Let's face it, having new windows installed is a significant investment. You want to make sure that everything is done right because you live with the results. We contacted Austin Pro Siding as part of a comprehensive siding replacement project, as our…read morefiberboard siding was end-of-life and starting to really have problems that would have only gotten worse. Along the way, we also discovered that we needed to have the roof replaced, and so put that in the mix for a bid as well. We contacted six different companies, each of which brought a particular set of strengths and challenges. We chose Austin Pro based on a combination of factors: personalized attention to our project, comprehensive estimate and explanation of each line item, and ability to get the project done on a timeline that worked for us. We chose to have the house re-sided with Hardie Plank, painted with Sherwin-Williams paint, and re-shingled the roof with GAF shingles. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the process of basically re-doing the entire house, especially when insurance companies come into play. To that end, everyone at Austin Pro was first rate. Before we even settled on a contractor, Paul, our project manager, walked me through the intricacies of the process, and spent probably more time than he wanted explaining how things would go, and what options we had. The bid was competitive, and the line-by-line items on the original bid made it easy to see what was going to be done, and what materials were going to be used. He was patient and courteous and flexible, and was also able to speak to us in a way that didn't make things even more confusing. Kevin was the siding project lead, and though we never met in person, I felt comfortable that he had our best interests at heart as he got the crew on site, working fast and efficiently to remove and replace the siding. He even called in the middle of the siding job to tell us that we didn't need something we thought we would, saving us money that we could then use for add-ons we didn't originally budget for. The siding install and siding paint was done beyond our initial expectations, with nice touches like window framing and utility box framing that I didn't even know we needed but now look perfect. We had the back door repainted as well as our front balcony and pillars, and the end result is fantastic. It really was done to the point where it looks like a brand new house, and not one built in the early 1990s. Paul was back on site for the roofing job, and the roofers did a great job removing and replacing the shingles and skylight with new materials, on a roof that is exceptionally steep and challenging. They had the entire project done in only two days, and it looks fantastic. Finally, Garrett came by to do the final walk-through and punch list check-off, and was a real pleasure to interact with. He fulfilled all the items on the list, at least the ones he could do on his own, and did so in a friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient manner. All in all, Austin Pro lived up to their name and to their reputation. It is possible to find a company that can do your big jobs for less, but I am not sure you could find one that could do it better. They stand by their work with a quality assurance guarantee, and while I don't intend to need it, it's great that it's there.

I was able to submit a web form, email a picture and an appointment scheduled over email. Garrett arrived early, was extremely professional and courteous and found the issue quickly. It was fortunately very minor: clogged weep holes that couldn't be seen or reached from the ground. He grabbed his ladder, cleared them out and explained to me in detail how they work and can fail. He even took the time to check a few more windows for me. If I ever need any services they provide, they'll be the first I call!

I can't say enough great things about the amazing experience we had with Window World!! We just…read morefinished replacing all 55 of the 30-year old aluminum windows in our home with the very high-quality Window World ones. They are beautiful!! Many of our windows face south. Our breakfast nook and kitchen were made almost unlivable by the amount of heat that our old windows let in. We have had many mid to high 90 degree days since our new windows were installed, and our breakfast nook and kitchen have become our favorite places to be, as our Window World windows keep all that heat out completely. Our entire house stays much cooler now. Braden, our salesperson, was extremely professional and not high pressure at all!! Unlike some sales people, he understands all technical details of the windows, and the process of installing them. He used to be a window installer himself, and it really shows. He took very, very accurate measurements, so all our 55 windows fit perfectly when they arrived. As he looked at every window for the estimate, he explained what would need to happen for each one, such as caulking, masonry, etc. The price for all 55 of our windows was 1/2 the price of the 3 other companies we got quotes from. The quality, and look, of the windows is fantastic! After the installation was complete, Braden came by and looked at each window. He tested them for ease of raising and lowering them, as well as tilting them in and out. We found about 12-15 that were too tight, and he sent a crew over the next day to take care of them. They did a tremendous job of making them absolutely correct. I can't say enough positive things about the crew either. They arrived exactly when they said they would each day. Wes was our foreman, and did a good job of communicating with us on the first day. Bruce was the foreman-on-site of our job (was there every day), and he did a SUPERB job! He answered all the myriad of questions we had in a very professional and friendly manner. It took a 4-5 man crew 3 1/2 days to install all 55 windows. Bruce was very easy to communicate with. All the men on the crew were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Each crew member was very proficient and knew exactly what to do. The men got along very well with each other. It was a very happy crew. In my opinion, a happy crew does a good job. They had large tarps which kept the construction mess away from our carpets and furniture. Even with the tarps, they thoroughly vacuumed all the carpets and wiped down our belongings at the end of each day. They were very respectful and careful with our belongings. We were very impressed that WW's installation inspector came by twice just to be sure that things were being done properly, and to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Window World. It could not have been any better.
