Just tried Testo for the first time at Carriage Farm in Hillsborough and thought it was pretty good! The pepperoni was super high quality and the sauce was very flavorful. I wish the dough was a bit thicker as it was slightly tough to pick up the slice. I also wish there was a bit more cheese on the right side of the pie. The people running the cart were really nice. It was extremely busy at the brewery and there was a 25 min wait for the pizza, but Testo was super efficient. They take down your number and text you when your order is ready so you can go and enjoy a drink while you wait. Great service! Overall, this pizza tasted great and I love that they travel with their mobile pizza cart various locations. Looking forward to visiting again next time they're in Boro!

Have been a customer for so many years, since they first started at English Farm in Basking Ridge. They were great then, and they remain great now. Super friendly, the pizzas are always delicious and they use local seasonal ingredients from farms around the area. Easy to follow their schedule on their Instagram page and website. Lots of local breweries and farms from Thursday through Sunday.

LOVE these guys. I usually prefer NY-style pizza but these guys do a fantastic job of artisan pizzas. As fresh as can be - they straight-up use meats and vegetables from the local farmers. They always have a margherita and a pepperoni available and multiple specials. They had a corn, onion, bacon pizza the other day that was killer! Very clean and organized. Paying is quick and they accept cards too. Usually about a 20-minute wait which is perfect because you can walk around and grab some vegetables, honey, etc. from the farmers market and then go devour a pizza of two.

After traveling with two kiddos under 2 we needed to stop for the evening and wanted to order…read moresomething quick, fresh and tasty. Dominick's was pretty high on the list according to some reviews, so we thought we'd try it out. We ordered the Sicilian Pizza and a Caesar Salad. We're Italian and, well, snobby - when it comes to pizza, sauce, pastas etc. So let's start with the Pizza. Traditional Sicilian Pizza. The crust is airy, and light; yet has a memorable crunch that keeps you coming back for more. The sauce, I would dare say is house made. It isn't overbearing with too much basil, or overly acidic - it's just right. The cheese is sliced mozzarella, which I'm unsure if it is fresh sliced or not (maybe management can confirm) but it is definitely quality! It gets better with every bite. Now. The salad. Fresh cut lettuce, onions, house made Caesar dressing I would say. Store bought croutons however. The salad was overdressed which created an off taste for me. The dressing had a unique flavor, maybe a tad too peppery - but not unpleasant by any means. As a traveler just coming through, my two cents might not mean much! But I would definitely recommend Dominick's for some authentic eats - with fresh ingredients. One thing I would recommend is to send utensils!

I had Dan's Backyard BBQ at the 2019 Hunterdon County 4H Fair. This review needs to be qualified…read morewith the fact that I don't like St. Louis Style Ribs. Even though I am a Louis Prima fan (sorry for the obscure reference) the bone to meat ratio just doesn't make up for the higher fat content. At least for me. This guys ribs changed that. You don't eat these ribs so much as you hold them up and allow the meat to dive into your mouth like an Olympian off the 10 meter platform. They are that good. And I have eaten enough brisket in my life that writing a review including a reference to pork is probably something I shouldn't do publicly, but his is top notch. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful. I know that sounds like a lot for serving somebody BBQ but those fairgrounds on a weekend can be a certified nuthouse. At no time did I see anyone lose their patience or desire to help the customers. Five stars all the way.
