One of the employees, a young female, was handling food with her bare hands and attempted to fix the ice cream on a cone with her fingers so it wouldn't fall off. Absolutely insane.

I had to order everything for my kids sundae on the side and I'm glad that I still got a kid size because he didn't even finish the kid size. Absolutely insane it makes me want to write a bad review because I really wasn't treated with good customer satisfaction. I order numerous other things as well so it's not like I was just ordering one kid sundae. It's gonna make me not really wanna come back honestly. Usually the sundaes are really good and I did go because I wanted to try the strawberry waffle, which was not good. The waffle was extremely soggy so I definitely would not recommend ordering that. The parking lot is shared with another company so it can get crowded. The inside has an open area so the line can curl around and towards the door. There's a big chalkboard along the wall that my kid got a kick out of drawing on. The staff was mostly friendly young kids. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. I went with a small cookies and cream. The serving was pretty big! I have to say I agree with some other Yelpers that it's good ice cream, but it's not GREAT blow your mind away in the flavor department. My son got a mix of vanilla and chocolate and I felt the same way when I sampled his, it was good, but missing a notch or two in the flavor department ..... Of course he thought it was awesome and the best ice cream in the world! Prices were $7.25 for a couple of scoops in a cup. I thought it was pretty fair. Good stuff, but not great. My expectations were much higher for the lines I've seen this place have. Thanks guys!
