It does not open all the way and locks halfway so if you open it normally it'll snap back and actually hit you. It could seriously injure someone. I had it snap back and hit my arm and it was very sore afterwards. I told a manager about it today and she said she "believes a work order has been put in for it" but didn't seem very concerned. I'm going to keep an eye on this. The door issue also doesn't allow wheelchair access as it doesn't properly open so it is not ADA compliant, even though there is a wheelchair symbol on the door. I would like to see this door fixed to avoid all of the above issues. Otherwise, Panera is a convenient option for a quick bite.
