The flower itself was crispy and warm, and then stuffed with a rich and creamy cheese filling. It was much better than I expected, and I can see why the dish was so popular. My Bucatini was similarly amazing. I did not expect the pasta to be home-made, as this isn't heavily advertised for the restaurant, but the pasta was so fresh and actually home-made. The pasta was cooked perfectly (not too al dente but still with a bite). Even in NJ, I have found it so hard to find pasta that is truly home-made and cooked this well.
