After traveling with two kiddos under 2 we needed to stop for the evening and wanted to order something quick, fresh and tasty. Dominick's was pretty high on the list according to some reviews, so we thought we'd try it out. We ordered the Sicilian Pizza and a Caesar Salad. We're Italian and, well, snobby - when it comes to pizza, sauce, pastas etc. So let's start with the Pizza. Traditional Sicilian Pizza. The crust is airy, and light; yet has a memorable crunch that keeps you coming back for more. The sauce, I would dare say is house made. It isn't overbearing with too much basil, or overly acidic - it's just right. The cheese is sliced mozzarella, which I'm unsure if it is fresh sliced or not (maybe management can confirm) but it is definitely quality! It gets better with every bite. Now. The salad. Fresh cut lettuce, onions, house made Caesar dressing I would say. Store bought croutons however. The salad was overdressed which created an off taste for me. The dressing had a unique flavor, maybe a tad too peppery - but not unpleasant by any means. As a traveler just coming through, my two cents might not mean much! But I would definitely recommend Dominick's for some authentic eats - with fresh ingredients. One thing I would recommend is to send utensils! read more

So, I spend the day researching all the haute cuisine in the area as I'm here for work. Turns out everyone was traveling and jet lagged today, so we decided to do our own things tonight and do dinner tomorrow. All that research and I end up here at Dominick's pizza - where I got myself a tasty small chicken cheesesteak and some fries. Four stars for its category and I could see how this place is so popular. read more

Really good pizza! This place is not a place you would find easily just driving by despite a sign on the road. The people who worked there were really friendly and the Grandmas square pie was fantastic! The crust was crispy but not burned, cheese and sauce were amazing! Will be back to try more from them or the Grandmas pie again because it was so good! read more

Here's a nice addition to the local food offerings in Liberty Corner. Although the name is Dominick's Pizza, it's not only a pizzeria. They sell salads, subs, and pasta in addition to pizza. It is in the location of the former Gourmet Touch Bakery. The space has been completely remodeled and looks terrific! The interior is immaculately clean and pleasant in soothing shades of gray. A variety of enticing pizzas greet your eyes when you walk in the door. They have all the standard toppings like sausage, mushrooms and peppers, and some creative options as well like Hawaiian Pizza with ham and pineapple. One person in my family got two plain cheese slices and said it was just like pizza should be--flavorful and crispy with quality cheeses. I came craving a sub and choose the Italian sub with the request to hold the onions and ham. They had no problem accommodating my variation. It was a great sandwich on excellent bread with tasty salami, capicola, and provolone. Others in my family had the Garden salad with mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, onion, olives, and roasted peppers. They said everything was fresh and delicious and came back the next day for more salad. They do not have coffee. Assorted bottled beverages are available in a refrigerator by the front door. There were two tvs on the walls playing Channel 7 news. There are about ten tables. You won't notice the building driving down Church St since it's back behind Krausers. Plenty of free parking. I am happy we have this new restaurant and will probably be a lunch hour regular. read more

Our first visit to Dominick's for a Margherita Pizza, and it was fantastic. The added pepperoni has the perfect little imported bite too it. Easy to miss this shoppe as it's behind other stores, but go for it! Will definitely return to try their sandwiches and pasta since the pizza was so good. Margarita pie is my favorite here. Being from newark there is a lot of good pizza from that side of the state.

Dominick's is near my corporate office that I visit regularly each month. During my last trip, I had a craving for pizza and found Dominick's on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I thought the prices were terrific and the menu options were expansive. I ordered two slices with sausage and peppers and to my delight, both slices were covered end to end with both. Loved the crisp crust after the quick reheat . I'm looking forward to trying out their cheesesteak sub when I return on my next trip. read more

Just add this place to the terrible pizzerias in this area. I've continued to try every place that opens and this one might be worse then Lenny's which is at the bottom of the barrel on quality food and pizza. Oh well.... best tasting pizza in town is stil Buono's but even that's not great. So for good pizza, you'll need to travel 10 miles to Morristown and eat at Fiamma. read more

The pizza is fantastic! Pro tip: Order the pepperoni Stromboli, buffalo chicken rolls as well. You will not be disappointed. Cold subs even great and my son swears by the chicken Parmesan sub. The salads are very fresh (so my wife says, they are too healthy for me)...A rarity nowadays. read more

Had a Hawaiian pizza, garlic bread, garlic knots. Their sauce is excellent, fresh taste and slightly tart, and makes the pizza. The bread and knots were solid, crush good and not overly done, edges still soft and edible. Very friendly, fast service, and love having a pizza restaurant in the neighborhood.
