do not purchase products from this brand! i purchased davison set a year ago and after couple…read moremonths they started peeling. i had multiple variations of this product and they are all same. i reached out to cb2/crate barrel and they suggested replacement 6 months after my purchase. and 6 months later i am having the same issues. funny part is, store manager told me that these furnitures are defected and they have been hearing issues with them. when i scheduled an inspection with cb2, furniture medic magically decided that it is water damage in all of the pieces i have and i caused every single top coat damage. now cb2 says their medic has the last say and they wont help with fixing it. i strongly recommend staying away from this brand and this furniture. every single step of the process was headache. now i am stuck with a furniture set after 1 year of paying $10k!

I would think there could be some flexibility, especially for a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling that customer service was lacking and the attitude was unnecessarily dismissive. You'll be inspired to switch up your whole decor aesthetic after just one visit! A friend recommended we check them out when we moved into a new house and our beloved couch that we'd literally had for decades... like while we were just dating... was not working in our new space. We needed a custom size and wanted the L shape to create a scenario where our family of four could curl up together and make key memories before the kids head off to college in a few years. We had never designed a couch before but definitely had some thoughts and ideas. The staff were there for it and vibed with us on it over multiple visits, calls, and emails. It was a BIG step for us and they held our hands the whole way. We must have sat on every couch there over the course of 3 visits and in the end, designed with them the PERFECT couch. Everyone was completely lovely. But here's where it gets really good. My husband wanted a low, deep, lounge style but I felt like I needed a little more stucture so we combined the styles of two couches, keeping it low and loungey but adding a second row of cushions so you or a guest can choose if you want to be laid back or more upright. It's the best of wboth worlds and completely flexible for older guests who would be swallowed up in a couch this deep. It's gorgeous... we sat down with them (on that couch!) and plotted it all out, with the L facing the right way in our house to make sense and bring the space to life. Mady hand-sketched it all up right then and there. The delivery team was so nice and lovingly unpacked the whole thing and were so sweet when I had a major brain fog moment and freaked out that they had made a mistake and designed the L facing the WRONG WAY! In quite a panic, I called the shop and reached Noa, who calmly dealt with my extreme freak out. The delivery team patiently waited for the whole thing and consoled me as I shed a few tears. Noa offered to come take a look at it IN MY HOME to assess the situation. A few days later, I'm walking through my home with them (Noa and her mom, the owner!) and we are all chatting about how it actually looks awesome in the orientation that it's in. I still had sworn that I didn't design it that way but agreed that it actually felt like I should have. They were calm, poised, creative, open, and completely invested in making sure their handmade piece felt perfect in my space. They were not aggressive nor accusatory... just there to see how best to resolve the issue, knowing that it was a custom-built piece. And they were lovely humans as well. We talked about art and design, building a business from the ground up, and the challenges with keeping a small business afloat during economic downturns and worldwide pandemics. Months later, I realized that no one made any mistakes and we actually designed it just like this, and it's been my absolute favorite thing in my home ever since. I think about this experience often, and I'm so grateful for their graceful reaction and approach. The couch itself is a standout in the space and sets the tone for the rest of our decor. It's comfortable beyond belief. It's easy to maintain, has held its shape for years now, and is easy to clean. We got it in a cream fabric, so that was a worry, but they taught us how to care for it easily! Not only does it hold our whole family, but a lot more people when the kids have friends over. It has helped shape not only our space from a design perspective but in how we interact within the space and with each other. And we get so many compliments on it. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched. We couldn't be happier. THANK YOU! But what really stands out is that in this age of faster, cheaper, AI, and automation, this company is a family business of artisans that care deeply for the products they craft and the impact on their customers and clients. They want you to love the pieces you bring home, and they care to work with you until you do. They love art and design, so definitely take their suggestions!! Their pieces show that love and care and offer you a heightened level of quality and comfort. They are well worth the price, and I hope that you will pop your head in the shop and judge for yourself. Their communication leading up to the pick up was great. They were very responsive via text. Day of pick up, I needed to pick up after my scheduled time which they were accommodating about. When I received my flowers, one of them was dead and broken. I texted a photo to the person I had previously texted and I didn't receive a response. I then posted a 4 star review on Yelp which caused the store to reach out to me. Turns out the shop never received my text. They confirmed this with a screenshot of their messages. Orchid sent me a partial refund for my order and assured that they would have replaced the flower if given the opportunity. I would highly recommend Orchid. Their service and responsiveness to negative feedback shows that the company makes their customers a priority and that they are always willing to learn and grow.

Tweak is the BEST shop to go meander in, playing with all the products they have is encouraged! They have really smart, cool products for the home, smart toys and games, and amazing books. It's the kind of place where you see something and say, "OMG, this is BRILLIANT!" I got my friend stemless, plastic wine glasses, she loved them. My guy friend loved the ice cube tray shaped liked little guns! I got the wine breather and wine chilling "corkcicle," too. For a foolproof girl gift, there's Voluspa candles...the goji one is my favorite. There's an air hockey table in the back, and the owner, Tara (super cute, friendly blonde) encourages kids (and/or adults) to play. There's an entire wall of unbreakable things, so its no big deal if kids play. AND EVERYTHING IS PRE-WRAPPED! You can literally walk in, find something awesome, and walk out with a beautifully wrapped gift. That's kind of the brilliance. Everything is interesting, beautiful, or smart, and WRAPPED. There are cute cards, too. Tip- It's between Beverly Hills Juice (great juices and smoothies) and Mandarette Chinese, there's a little yellow dog house in front. Operated by the longest active support group at Cedars-Sinai ("Helping Hand of Los Angeles" - founded in 1929), the "Helping Hand Gift Shop" is staffed by hospital volunteers, & proceeds go to help to support research & establish programs to help advance women's healthcare. Featuring jewelry, handbags & totes, baby gifts, "Ahava" bath/body products, books & magazines, Cedars-Sinai apparel, specialty gifts, artwork, sleepwear, "blinged-out" drink ware, designer luxury "Jacques Levine" slippers, & gourmet chocolates, the "Helping Hand Gift Shop" has something for everyone that will brighten the day of any visitor or recovering patient. And of course, let's not forget their gorgeous floral arrangements... Unlike the average hospital gift shop, "Helping Hand's" beautiful floral arrangements rival any outside florist, & the volunteers will personally deliver their arrangements & gifts to inpatients at the hospital. Most importantly, the kind "Helping Hand" volunteers were compassionate, & offered the most wonderful things to help make my stay even more comfortable. I cannot thank them enough. I still love the Helping Hand Gift Shop (not as much as the sundry store across the bridge for…read moresnacks, beverages and my personal favorite, Scratchers), but I am deducting a star because the cost of their mylar balloons increased. $8 for a single balloon is expensive, but the last time I visited (over the summer), the mylar balloon I purchased was $10. You can purchase mylar balloons from the dollar store for a couple dollars and if you pay more, you're receiving a huge balloon. That was ridiculous, but it lasted for a good while. I always ordered flowers and had them delivered to the patient's room, whether I was there or not. The larger, more expensive arrangements do not last. They die really quickly, which is bad. The mini roses look beautiful at first, but they also die quickly. The only flowers that truly lasted are the carnations. They are costly considering they are carnations, but they are good flowers - probably the best ones they sell. The people who work there are really nice, very helpful and they have a variety of other items, so if you browse, you may find something you like and want to buy. Not everything is overpriced.

I walked into the store today to get my kids clothes embroidered for their school. The owners wife…read morestickers my shirts and took my info and said I can come back next weds. I then asked for an invoice or a receipt or a ticket that shows I dropped off my stuff. As soon as I asked for a receipt all hell broke out. Her husband starts yelling at her and yelling at me. He told me to go to another place and said that I called him a thief. Mind you I hadn't said anything other than politely asked for a receipt. He was so hostile and rude I left. Please don't walk in here and don't give this man your business. How dare he yell and berate at me like that when I haven't done anything or said anything rude. This is how you treat a customer. Shame on you. I was looking to purchase a few items from him too. He has no idea how to treat a customer. Mind you I had my 2 year with me while he yelling at me at the top of his lungs
