Sadly, my problem is with pillows is inserts- they poke feathers constantly and are completely uncomfortable. I love the look but for a high priced store I really feel this should not be an issue (or sell the pillows for less and, as requested, let me add my own insert). The amazing Cassidy greeted me upon arrival and lead me directly to the sofa I'd set my sights on - The Metro. It only took about 2 seconds of sitting on it to confirm that this was the one for me. Cassidy shared a few requested options I inquired about (absolutely no upselling!) and before I could finish half my coffee the order was in. It's an amazing store and I only wish I had discovered them sooner. Stylish & unique yet reasonably priced especially when considering what you're getting. So go see Cassidy - she's brilliant and can help guide you through your expedition - make sure to check out their remarkable Metro (you could spend twice as much elsewhere only to end up with half the value) and plan on spending some time perusing all of their unique offerings. Ultimately, the hassle with my damaged car became too much during a stressful time. This driver (may have) caused cosmetic damage that would need over ~$1,000 in professional repairs. Regarding the couch, it really isn't holding up well even though pets don't use it, we are considered light weight people, and we do our best to keep it nice. The pullout bed mechanism was either installed wrong, or there is a flaw that makes folding it back in feel pretty dangerous. So that feature (which was the whole reason we bought it) is basically unusable. With that mechanism being suspicious, we can't even give this thing away for free. If you want an expensive, cheap couch... shop at Joybird. The people at headquarters were helpful to an extent, but couldn't really help all that much. The in-store team is awesome, but can't really help with the issues going on.

Called it their luck, their location which was right next to Bloomingdales stopped me and lured me in given most of the stuffs they carried came in gorgeous presentation. They did offer dining utensils, some kitchen appliances, but mostly candles and diffuser. Some of them came in the presentation you might have never seen or even imagined before. One of which was this porcelain diffuser I got that shaped like a flower with a dish below it so you basically poured the fragrance. It could be beautiful classy decoration, beyond served as it's primary function. They also offered gift-wrapping and when they did it they mean it as it was impressively packaged neatly even bowed. The greetings card were equally peculiar and even some came in funny design or wordings. The attendant was super helpful In assisting me finding my choice, asking on what I was looking for, my preference of shape and size, and most importantly my budget range!

While mildly, no make that really peeved, I assessed the linen situation from our 2016 purchase prior to Versai Fine Linens' move from La Cienega Boulevard to Beverly Hills. Yes, it was time but being one case short was most urgent. Versai's user-friendly website revealed the pattern in need was still available in lots of two. As this is a custom embroidered pattern, from order placed to delivery was a bit of a wait. Sean, who assisted us with our initial purchase, was in contact with regular updates, delivery, tracking via text. Order received and I couldn't be happier. Cases are beautiful but make existing linens look shabby so it's time to get back with Sean to either replace our pattern or go with something new for '22.
