I went into the store about 2 weeks ago and purchased a very expensive reclining sectional (bobs discount my ass) and when we were finalizing the purchase I specifically told them to make sure they are delivered in a small truck because we have narrow streets in my neighborhood. The sales associate acknowledge my request as did the sales manager when they looked over the order. I was told a small truck would be requested for delivery. A week goes by, delivery date comes up and guess what??? They sent a big ass truck. They would not make any arrangements or accommodate the delivery. It needed to be rescheduled and I had to bend over backwards to move things around to make sure I would be home to receive said delivery. Fine! It was rescheduled and I ONCE AGAIN asked to make sure they send a small truck, again it was acknowledged a small truck would be sent out. Can anyone guess what just happened??? Anyone ??? I will give you one guess. That's right they messed up the delivery again. They decided no, we'll ignore the customers request and send a big ass truck the 2nd time again because you know we can't follow instructions and instead of calling and saying we don't have a small truck available lets send back out in the big truck that failed to maker the delivery the 1st time around. So I asked them how they are going to make this right, there answer ... we will have to reschedule. I cancelled my order on the spot!
