The store is quite expansive with many different models on display. I shared my preferences with one of the associates, Kayla, (sizing/firmness/seat depth) and she was very kind to show me models that fit the criteria. At the end of my visit, Kayla provided some fabric swatches and emailed links to the couches I had expressed interest in. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I still don't have my order. Our original delivery was scheduled for 9/11/26. I took the day off work to receive the order. Both pieces arrived visibly damaged damage severe enough that the driver himself said the items should never have been loaded onto the truck in that condition. We rescheduled for Tuesday, 9/15/26, and I received confirmation via both text and email on 9/14/26. To make sure this wouldn't happen again, I proactively texted ahead of time asking that the replacement items be inspected before being loaded. I was told this would be handled. I then took a second full day off work for the delivery window. The driver called to inform me there were no items from our order on the truck at all so there is nothing to deliver. They were also unable to haul away our old furniture as arranged, since that removal was tied to this delivery. For the third attempt, I confirmed the order that morning since I have trust issues now. The driver called me about 2 hours before the delivery window to say only 1 of the 2 pieces of the sectional were on the truck to be delivered. So despite confirming the order myself that same morning, I was never contacted by the warehouse or Bob's Customer Service. I took a third day off work only to have the delivery fail yet again. At this point, I have no confidence that Bob's can execute this delivery without yet another failure. So we have a 4th day scheduled now to attempt to complete this order. This is honestly so ridiculous.

I paid $2,500-$3,000 for a king-size mattress. Delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the delivery team dumped it at my doorstep and left--in the rain. No installation. No warning. No accountability. I live in a small condominium. The mattress was meant for a second-floor bedroom but instead blocked my entire entrance. Customer support told me they'd "send help in a couple of days," as if this was somehow acceptable. With no alternative, my wife, teenage son, and I tried to move it ourselves--impossible. I ended up paying local workers out of pocket to haul and install it. When I complained, one of their representatives laughed on the call, then dismissed my claim entirely. This company takes your money and disappears when problems arise. Recently seeing them associated with the Olympics is disturbing--elite athletes deserve far better than a brand that shows this level of negligence and disrespect. Do not trust the reviews. The email that comes says they are leaving it at the curb! What? That is where people leave their items to be donated in this town. Then, it comes in many boxes and the assembly is non trivial. You have to cover the parts of the sofa. We had a heavy demim material that doesn't have much give It took hours to unbox and assemble with three blisters as a thank you. I would not have ordered if I knew when the sofa would actually arrive and the process....white glove delivery is not available. If late delivery, poor communication and hours of assembly is your style..they are the company for you. Not once did they mention the hours of assembly this would take...they said it was easy.
